My new computer repair shop I needed a battery replaced in a Surface Pro and no repair shops in my area were willing to do it, because it's apparently not an easy procedure. I called Computer Repair Doctor and had the tablet looked at. It was an easy determination and the repair was done quickly. I was given updates, along the way, and I will definitely call them again, should a computer repair be necessary.

The process is sound The process is sound, and eventually it got fixed. But took too long, and only when I called was I notified of a shipping issue holding it up. Upon receiving laptop back, bottom screws were all missing from the case, and a wire was closed in over the ethernet port making it un-usable. They offered a free fix, which is great, but it's still 30 minutes each way - which is time wasted had it been done properly. Again, overall process with notifications appears sound, the solution just wasn't quality.

High Quality Service and Communication I needed a new touch-screen and hinge replacement on my laptop. The technicians at Computer Repair Doctor were always in communication with me about the status of the repair. Even though the parts ordered did not initially fit my laptop, they ordered another set of parts. Even though it took 6 weeks to repair my computer, I did not need to pay extra for parts or labor. Great service and constant communication from them!
