GBI ordered the eSim and they did not… I ordered the eSim and they did not send the QR code automatically. I had to contact support to get it. I was able to access voice and a strong 5G connection, but the APN settings never worked and I could not access the internet. After several back and forth communications with the support desk on how to configure the APN settings, I gave up and just let it expire. If they can get their act together, it might work and be good, but it's not worth the time trying to get it to work.

GBTheir promo prices are great Their promo prices are great. It's on the Verizon network. Activation was easy. Don't know why people had problems with customer service. I never had to contact them other than to ask a few questions prior to ordering the service. We'll see how it goes when the promo it over.

GBI needed an extra line and it was easy… I needed an extra line and it was easy to sign up. Also cheap for what I needed
