I did not like the sim card erasing my… I did not like the sim card erasing my AT&T apps, and installing Verizon apps and splash screen. I was unable to remove the splash screen. I have since traded that phone in.

Phone customer service I called and could hardly understand the rep. VERY ANNOYING!!! Get American reps!! Also he wouldn't tell me where he was located-RED FLAG!! I might try them on my second phone first. I also didn't see an option to keep my number-weird. Plus I couldn't get the chat to work. Entered my IMEI for my second phone I wanted to use but they wouldn't accept it. It is a older phone-Samsung Galaxy A32. I guess that's the problem.
