GBSCAM - bait and switch ***SCAM*** They are cheaters and liars. After telling me they would replace a defective unit for free, I sent it back to them only to have them tell me I would have to pay for the replacement. They flat out lied. Bait and switch. Stay away from Modchipcentral.com.

GBKiss your money goodbye with Modchipcentral Tried to buy a Gateway 3ds card from them with so many problems. First it started with hidden "international fees" of 5$ on top of my invoice, then they advertise shipping to the US in 3-5 days for 8$ only to have major problems with customs for their only shipping provider (USPS) which had my package for a month. They wouldn't do a investigation on my tracking number to check if it was lost, stolen, or seized either. Finally, they don't offer refunds or returns when there is problems so you basically lose your money when they mess up custom forms or something happens (lost, stolen, seized). Anyone should avoid them at all costs! Don't do business with them, you will regret it.

GBAVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company is the worst in terms of customer service. But don't take my word, just listen to my story and for yourself. I baught 2 items from these guys. The first order was for a progskeet. Their site said it was in stock the day i ordered. A couple days later they hadn't shipped the item and when I contacted them about it, they said it was waiting on a cable but would be shipped that Friday. I waited and the next week came. The product still wasn't shipped (notice their site says they ship withing 2-3 days and it had been over a week). Once again i contacted them and their reply was they didn't have the product (not the cable, the entire product). When i asked for a refund they insisted it would cost 25% off because the credit card fee (even though I wasn't returning anything. It never left their warehouse) and once again said it would be shipped by that coming Friday. The entire time this back and forth was going on, their emails were rude and trying to place the blame on me for ordering the product claiming "I knew it was out of stock" and "their website said it was out of stock" when in fact their website did NOT say it was out of stock. Finally they DID ship it. I got it via ups and tried to use it. The product didn't work. It would turn on but the drivers never worked for it. So I ordered item 2 since a driver issue isn't their fault but progskeets. Item 2 was a 3k3y and ripper (it was a package deal, so counts as 1 item). This time they shipped without problems. Yay! but that was short lived when the ripper failed to work. The 3k3y worked perfectly but was an outdated firmware ver. (easy fix but annoying). The ripper did not work at all. So.... Since I now had 2 defective orders I decided to return them both (not the 3k3y just the ripper and progskeet). I emailed and they aid to send it via usps ONLY and gave me their address. It cost me $32 to send a small box back to them since it's international. That's more than the ripper costs alone. They sent me another riper immediately and I got that today. Guess what? It's defective. The lights don't work on it but since it does work, I'll keep it (just won't use the lights). The progskeet? I asked for that to be refunded. they haven't refunded it. Instead they keep emailing me back and forth insisting it's my problem it doesn't work and that they will deduct fees if I insist on a refund. 2 new fees have magically appeared so far and I still don't have a refund. So be warned. This company may not be a total scam (u do get the item.... eventually) but they are known for sending defective items and making it hell to get the problem fixed. I'd advise you to look elsewhere for your needs.

GBGood company good products I don't know what other people's issues are I have used these guys multiple times over the past 5/6 years. Every and I mean every single time I get exactly what I wanted and in a very reasonable time for shipping(couple days).

BRBad experience I post two orders in this site, the first one they send an e-mail saying that the billing adress have a problem and need some documents, I made the order in my boyfriend name, I answer the email asking to cancel the order. and made a new one in my name. For 3 days the status was Processed and after that the order vanish of the site. They don´t answer my contact in the site, the don´t have emails to contact, the MSN is always offline and THEY CHARGE THE 2 ORDERS IN MY CREDITCARD. I don´t recommend this company. I thing the excellent review was posted by the orwner.
