MCC is awesome! I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. But modchipcentral was so freaking nice to me and answered every email I had. I ordered a $100 sky3ds plus from thier website and it legit got here in 5 days! I really recommend this website, and especially of you are ordering from Canada. I'm definitely shopping here again

BAD They send out their stuff without testing it when they know that the failiure rate is high before even opening the box They do not follow up on their Rma's and you cant reach them easily

Excellent Service, In Spite of Major Site Changes I happened to be unfortunate enough to order the evening before Modchipcentral went down for most of a day, in order to switch over to new hosting. In spite of this major technical undertaking, I received a polite and quick response from them when I asked if my order would be delayed, and it shipped out in the first business day since I placed my order. Shipping/customs was prompt, and I got my product the following day (with next-day saver shipping). I realize there are some negative reviews out there for this company floating around, and I expect that it's simply that because it is a relatively small company, when something major happens (for instance, I remember reading that they lost a full day of orders), it can take a long time for an extremely small staff to pick up the pieces. This small company does an incredible amount of business every day, so I expect that most of the reviews posted are the result of a few off-days, not some continuing trend.

Horrible service and slow! I should have listened to others. No idea where order is but it has been almost 2 weeks. There site says "RECEIVE YOUR ORDER IN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO THE USA FROM HERE!". It's passed this and still no product.
