Good company good products I don't know what other people's issues are I have used these guys multiple times over the past 5/6 years. Every and I mean every single time I get exactly what I wanted and in a very reasonable time for shipping(couple days).

Terrible Service, Do Not Use They sent half our order the first time. They still didn't give us all our parts in the 2nd order they sent to us. They did not refund shipping on the first, wrong order despite us ordering 2 day shipping and not receiving all our items on time. They have not only argued with us, they have lied to us claiming it's somehow our fault they didn't send us what they were supposed to. We sent them a picture of what we received and they still act like it's our fault they didn't send a part in 2 separate orders. In the end they told us we should just get the part at a store, which we had already done since they had taken so long despite us paying extra for fast shipping. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!! They are greedy and rude.

Bad experience I post two orders in this site, the first one they send an e-mail saying that the billing adress have a problem and need some documents, I made the order in my boyfriend name, I answer the email asking to cancel the order. and made a new one in my name. For 3 days the status was Processed and after that the order vanish of the site. They don´t answer my contact in the site, the don´t have emails to contact, the MSN is always offline and THEY CHARGE THE 2 ORDERS IN MY CREDITCARD. I don´t recommend this company. I thing the excellent review was posted by the orwner.

No problems on my end I ordered an Avrkey on Oct 22 and received it on Oct 29 so I had no problems on my end. when i sent a question about the avrkey before purchasing, i received a response within 12 hours.
