Terrible Service, Do Not Use They sent half our order the first time. They still didn't give us all our parts in the 2nd order they sent to us. They did not refund shipping on the first, wrong order despite us ordering 2 day shipping and not receiving all our items on time. They have not only argued with us, they have lied to us claiming it's somehow our fault they didn't send us what they were supposed to. We sent them a picture of what we received and they still act like it's our fault they didn't send a part in 2 separate orders. In the end they told us we should just get the part at a store, which we had already done since they had taken so long despite us paying extra for fast shipping. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!! They are greedy and rude.

Excellent Service, In Spite of Major Site Changes I happened to be unfortunate enough to order the evening before Modchipcentral went down for most of a day, in order to switch over to new hosting. In spite of this major technical undertaking, I received a polite and quick response from them when I asked if my order would be delayed, and it shipped out in the first business day since I placed my order. Shipping/customs was prompt, and I got my product the following day (with next-day saver shipping). I realize there are some negative reviews out there for this company floating around, and I expect that it's simply that because it is a relatively small company, when something major happens (for instance, I remember reading that they lost a full day of orders), it can take a long time for an extremely small staff to pick up the pieces. This small company does an incredible amount of business every day, so I expect that most of the reviews posted are the result of a few off-days, not some continuing trend.

No problems on my end I ordered an Avrkey on Oct 22 and received it on Oct 29 so I had no problems on my end. when i sent a question about the avrkey before purchasing, i received a response within 12 hours.

Awesome company! Modchip central Ltd has the best customer service ever! And they are 100% legit because they got my xbox 360 slim modded with an xkey (v2). And I asked if they would install my demon dual nand, which wasn't even an option on their site, but they still accepted to do it. Now that is quality service! Thanks Modchip Central Ltd!

SCAM Yes, MODCHIPCENTRAL is a scammer. Let join force to stop them from scamming another customer. My story: They took my order when the item is out of stock. I didn't expect I would need to wait 6 months. I accepted it is my fault because I know it is out of stock. When I placed the they finally have this item, they send me an email saying that there is an item sold out which is fully stocked when I initially placed the order so I must continue to wait. You see legally they must reserve the item in stock when order is placed. MODCHIPCENTRAL IS A SCAMMER. I got paper/emails back everything I said.
