You are dependable, courteous and very helpful. Ryan helped me with my original question which was very important that I had contacted him about it because it was a scam. Because I had not had my computer "cleaned" Ryan suggested he do that for me and explained the reasons he made changes. He reassured me that I could call whenever I had a question. Very professional service The service person was extremely professional and patient with me. I'm not that familiar with some of the PC lingo, but the person used words that were easy to follow and understand. The service provided exactly the "clean-up" work that they promised. My PC works well now. Only negative thing: A little "pricy" service for me.
