Cleaning report Procedure went pretty well. Only problem is that all of my Word documents refuse to open, or open to a blank page! Over 1000 documents affected. Discovered I could "Choose All" and assign a font ID and a few will open. Trouble is: How can I change all 1000 without having to do so individually. I'm sure there is some simple solution, but it has not yet been provided to me. Requested advice. None received yet. For the cost of this service I expect more, or else a refund so I may find someone who will fix this.

Very professional service The service person was extremely professional and patient with me. I'm not that familiar with some of the PC lingo, but the person used words that were easy to follow and understand. The service provided exactly the "clean-up" work that they promised. My PC works well now. Only negative thing: A little "pricy" service for me.

My Fast PC Experience I felt that the man, Jason, who led me through a maze of misunderstandings with my computer, was able to quell the demons inside. my box and saved my computer from the junkyard. He was helpful and and kind and I would be hard pressed to say anything negative about my experience with him. He was kind and supportive and answered my sophomoric questions without making me feel embarrassed, He needs a raise! thank you! .

Excellent service with good explanations and pro attitude and concern. I was pleased with Cameron C and Jared Moss for their professional approach and attitude with my problem. I believe that Jared performed well with the clean up of my computer. I was very pleased with the time he took to explain thoroughly the steps he performed to fix problems and did the cleaning of threats.
