The result was better than expected. The result was better than expected. The people with the original diagones were through and well versed in the probable causes. The technician that cleared and reset my computer was a super efficient person that cleared my problem, reset my computer and went above the work I had expected to be done. Very happy and surprised at the outcome !

Excellent service with good explanations and pro attitude and concern. I was pleased with Cameron C and Jared Moss for their professional approach and attitude with my problem. I believe that Jared performed well with the clean up of my computer. I was very pleased with the time he took to explain thoroughly the steps he performed to fix problems and did the cleaning of threats. Quick clean and very nice people The My Fast PC folks knew aout Macs and were very patient and thorough. I anticipate better computer usage, but if there are problems I feel comfortable calling them and asking for help. Thanks to Carson and Jason for their professional help.

Friendly talented, and cooperative BUT unintendedly destructive. Ouch! Their cleaning operation created menu fonts on both Microsoft Office and Photoshop that were very tiny, pale, and almost unreadable against the background. They wanted to help, but demurred while sorrowfully asserting they didn't work on individual programs. I pleaded with them to just reverse the damaging activities but they weren't able to do that. I tried reinstalling Photoshop (which I've taught) and Office. The Office installation disk which previously worked resulted in NO program available. I lost all my spreadsheets, emails, receipts, and calendar. You REALLY need to think about that. Do NOT participate in this program. Over the last few months, I've spent enough to buy a new computer, but it's money down the drain. They DID refund my most recent automatic credit card payment.
