Walking me step by step through the fix. Helping to give me a better understanding of how and why fixing the computer was so important. As a Mac user it can be very difficult to except the fact that your computer has been invaded by Malware. I'm older and new to the world of computers. GBThe result was better than expected. The result was better than expected. The people with the original diagones were through and well versed in the probable causes. The technician that cleared and reset my computer was a super efficient person that cleared my problem, reset my computer and went above the work I had expected to be done. Very happy and surprised at the outcome !

GBFrustration As soon as the download was complete and my computer rid of all junk/viruses my page changed back from Google to Ask with 3 lines at top which are driving me "crazy".. please help & I was unable to contact PC to discuss this problem
