The technician that cleared and reset my computer was a super efficient person that cleared my problem, reset my computer and went above the work I had expected to be done. Faked Out I called Comcast to get some help with their email and you guys answered Comcast's number. Two hundred dollars later I got emails working on both computers and a years contract for keeping the systems clean. Not what I expected.

Cleaning report Procedure went pretty well. Only problem is that all of my Word documents refuse to open, or open to a blank page! Over 1000 documents affected. Discovered I could "Choose All" and assign a font ID and a few will open. Trouble is: How can I change all 1000 without having to do so individually. I'm sure there is some simple solution, but it has not yet been provided to me. Requested advice. None received yet. For the cost of this service I expect more, or else a refund so I may find someone who will fix this.

Because I had not had my computer "cleaned" Ryan suggested he do that for me and explained the reasons he made changes. He reassured me that I could call whenever I had a question.
