GBThey will scam your grandma or grandpa… They will scam your grandma or grandpa out of 200 dollars. Beware! None of their services are worth it you can get the programs installed for free if you download them yourself. They had issues with Google before, where their marketing accounts were shut down due to scam practices.

GBVery patient and kind to the technologically challenged I talked to three different people during my service call. All three were very helpful. I appreciated that I was handed off to someone who had expertise on Macs. When I apologized for my lack of knowledge, the response was 'no worries'. I wasn't made to feel inferior because I didn't understand something. Things were explained to me in terms that I could understand. I'm so glad to have my computer cleaned up!

GBFrustration As soon as the download was complete and my computer rid of all junk/viruses my page changed back from Google to Ask with 3 lines at top which are driving me "crazy".. please help & I was unable to contact PC to discuss this problem
