GBVery professional service The service person was extremely professional and patient with me. I'm not that familiar with some of the PC lingo, but the person used words that were easy to follow and understand. The service provided exactly the "clean-up" work that they promised. My PC works well now. Only negative thing: A little "pricy" service for me.

GBI feel wonderful knowing my computer is safe and secure! I made a mistake in speaking with another PC company. When I contacted My Fast PC I immediately knew I was talking to the right people. I explained what had happened, and the technician understood and gave me useful information! I authorized My Fast PC to go in and service my computer. I was later contacted by Steven, who further explained what he had done, the current state of my computer, and answered any questions I had. I trust My Fast PC implicitly. They have my confidence! Also, they are very nice, friendly people!

GBQuick clean and very nice people The My Fast PC folks knew aout Macs and were very patient and thorough. I anticipate better computer usage, but if there are problems I feel comfortable calling them and asking for help. Thanks to Carson and Jason for their professional help.

GBCleaning report Procedure went pretty well. Only problem is that all of my Word documents refuse to open, or open to a blank page! Over 1000 documents affected. Discovered I could "Choose All" and assign a font ID and a few will open. Trouble is: How can I change all 1000 without having to do so individually. I'm sure there is some simple solution, but it has not yet been provided to me. Requested advice. None received yet. For the cost of this service I expect more, or else a refund so I may find someone who will fix this.

GBVery patient and kind to the technologically challenged I talked to three different people during my service call. All three were very helpful. I appreciated that I was handed off to someone who had expertise on Macs. When I apologized for my lack of knowledge, the response was 'no worries'. I wasn't made to feel inferior because I didn't understand something. Things were explained to me in terms that I could understand. I'm so glad to have my computer cleaned up!
