Faked Out I called Comcast to get some help with their email and you guys answered Comcast's number. Two hundred dollars later I got emails working on both computers and a years contract for keeping the systems clean. Not what I expected.

PC Issues 010815 At first I was very leary of the call I got since I thought I was contacting Hotmail directly..........after several discussions with the techs and staff, especially Jared Moss, I was completely comfortable and hopefully all the issues are resolved. Very professional service The service person was extremely professional and patient with me. I'm not that familiar with some of the PC lingo, but the person used words that were easy to follow and understand. The service provided exactly the "clean-up" work that they promised. My PC works well now. Only negative thing: A little "pricy" service for me.

Great service! Although it's scary to give up your computer to strangers, this was an amazing experience. This group of talented techs made fast work of clearing up all my problems. So much easier than lugging the set into a store & waiting days to weeks for it. I can't recommend them enough.
