Very professional service The service person was extremely professional and patient with me. I'm not that familiar with some of the PC lingo, but the person used words that were easy to follow and understand. The service provided exactly the "clean-up" work that they promised. My PC works well now. Only negative thing: A little "pricy" service for me.

They will scam your grandma or grandpa… They will scam your grandma or grandpa out of 200 dollars. Beware! None of their services are worth it you can get the programs installed for free if you download them yourself. They had issues with Google before, where their marketing accounts were shut down due to scam practices.

Excellent service with good explanations and pro attitude and concern. I was pleased with Cameron C and Jared Moss for their professional approach and attitude with my problem. I believe that Jared performed well with the clean up of my computer. I was very pleased with the time he took to explain thoroughly the steps he performed to fix problems and did the cleaning of threats. Troubleshooting My PC Super fast service! Removed unnecessary icons, found spyware I did not know was hidden on my PC. They identified phishing and unwanted garbage stored on the computer and also removed those. I was impressed with the speed and accuracy,

Quick clean and very nice people The My Fast PC folks knew aout Macs and were very patient and thorough. I anticipate better computer usage, but if there are problems I feel comfortable calling them and asking for help. Thanks to Carson and Jason for their professional help.
