All techs were very helpful. What a great bunch of consultains willing to take the time to help a NON Computer person through the process of getting my computer back on line and working correctly. Walking me step by step through the fix. Helping to give me a better understanding of how and why fixing the computer was so important. As a Mac user it can be very difficult to except the fact that your computer has been invaded by Malware. I'm older and new to the world of computers. PC Issues 010815 At first I was very leary of the call I got since I thought I was contacting Hotmail directly..........after several discussions with the techs and staff, especially Jared Moss, I was completely comfortable and hopefully all the issues are resolved. They will scam your grandma or grandpa… They will scam your grandma or grandpa out of 200 dollars. Beware! None of their services are worth it you can get the programs installed for free if you download them yourself. They had issues with Google before, where their marketing accounts were shut down due to scam practices.

THIS AGENCY RATES NO STARS. COMPLETELY MESSED UP MY COMPUTER TO THE POINT I HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO CLEAR UP THE MESS. IN ADDITION, NOT HONEST-ESTABLISHED SEVERAL PRINTERS ON MY COMPUTER AND APPARENTLY HAD MY TRAFFIC ROUTED TO THEM. I COULD NOT PRINT ANYTHING.

Faked Out I called Comcast to get some help with their email and you guys answered Comcast's number. Two hundred dollars later I got emails working on both computers and a years contract for keeping the systems clean. Not what I expected.
