GBMy Review The personnel was most helpful and reassuring that the major problems and others effecting my computer were removed and I feel relieved about some of the pop ups that were foreign and scary to me! I was also pleased with the answers to questions I may have had Thank You, Barbara Gunn

GBVery professional service The service person was extremely professional and patient with me. I'm not that familiar with some of the PC lingo, but the person used words that were easy to follow and understand. The service provided exactly the "clean-up" work that they promised. My PC works well now. Only negative thing: A little "pricy" service for me.

GBTHIS AGENCY RATES NO STARS. COMPLETELY MESSED UP MY COMPUTER TO THE POINT I HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO CLEAR UP THE MESS. IN ADDITION, NOT HONEST-ESTABLISHED SEVERAL PRINTERS ON MY COMPUTER AND APPARENTLY HAD MY TRAFFIC ROUTED TO THEM. I COULD NOT PRINT ANYTHING.

GBFriendly talented, and cooperative BUT unintendedly destructive. Ouch! Their cleaning operation created menu fonts on both Microsoft Office and Photoshop that were very tiny, pale, and almost unreadable against the background. They wanted to help, but demurred while sorrowfully asserting they didn't work on individual programs. I pleaded with them to just reverse the damaging activities but they weren't able to do that. I tried reinstalling Photoshop (which I've taught) and Office. The Office installation disk which previously worked resulted in NO program available. I lost all my spreadsheets, emails, receipts, and calendar. You REALLY need to think about that. Do NOT participate in this program. Over the last few months, I've spent enough to buy a new computer, but it's money down the drain. They DID refund my most recent automatic credit card payment.

GBCleaning report Procedure went pretty well. Only problem is that all of my Word documents refuse to open, or open to a blank page! Over 1000 documents affected. Discovered I could "Choose All" and assign a font ID and a few will open. Trouble is: How can I change all 1000 without having to do so individually. I'm sure there is some simple solution, but it has not yet been provided to me. Requested advice. None received yet. For the cost of this service I expect more, or else a refund so I may find someone who will fix this.
