PC Issues 010815 At first I was very leary of the call I got since I thought I was contacting Hotmail directly..........after several discussions with the techs and staff, especially Jared Moss, I was completely comfortable and hopefully all the issues are resolved. Very patient and kind to the technologically challenged I talked to three different people during my service call. All three were very helpful. I appreciated that I was handed off to someone who had expertise on Macs. When I apologized for my lack of knowledge, the response was 'no worries'. I wasn't made to feel inferior because I didn't understand something. Things were explained to me in terms that I could understand. I'm so glad to have my computer cleaned up!

Excellent service with good explanations and pro attitude and concern. I was pleased with Cameron C and Jared Moss for their professional approach and attitude with my problem. I believe that Jared performed well with the clean up of my computer. I was very pleased with the time he took to explain thoroughly the steps he performed to fix problems and did the cleaning of threats. Their help was greatly appreciated and yes by all means I would recommend this program to others. Thank you

They will scam your grandma or grandpa… They will scam your grandma or grandpa out of 200 dollars. Beware! None of their services are worth it you can get the programs installed for free if you download them yourself. They had issues with Google before, where their marketing accounts were shut down due to scam practices.

My Fast PC Experience I felt that the man, Jason, who led me through a maze of misunderstandings with my computer, was able to quell the demons inside. my box and saved my computer from the junkyard. He was helpful and and kind and I would be hard pressed to say anything negative about my experience with him. He was kind and supportive and answered my sophomoric questions without making me feel embarrassed, He needs a raise! thank you! .
