THIS AGENCY RATES NO STARS. COMPLETELY MESSED UP MY COMPUTER TO THE POINT I HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO CLEAR UP THE MESS. IN ADDITION, NOT HONEST-ESTABLISHED SEVERAL PRINTERS ON MY COMPUTER AND APPARENTLY HAD MY TRAFFIC ROUTED TO THEM. I COULD NOT PRINT ANYTHING.

The result was better than expected. The result was better than expected. The people with the original diagones were through and well versed in the probable causes. The technician that cleared and reset my computer was a super efficient person that cleared my problem, reset my computer and went above the work I had expected to be done. Very happy and surprised at the outcome !

Excellent service with good explanations and pro attitude and concern. I was pleased with Cameron C and Jared Moss for their professional approach and attitude with my problem. I believe that Jared performed well with the clean up of my computer. I was very pleased with the time he took to explain thoroughly the steps he performed to fix problems and did the cleaning of threats. Frustration As soon as the download was complete and my computer rid of all junk/viruses my page changed back from Google to Ask with 3 lines at top which are driving me "crazy".. please help & I was unable to contact PC to discuss this problem

Faked Out I called Comcast to get some help with their email and you guys answered Comcast's number. Two hundred dollars later I got emails working on both computers and a years contract for keeping the systems clean. Not what I expected.
