PC Issues 010815 At first I was very leary of the call I got since I thought I was contacting Hotmail directly..........after several discussions with the techs and staff, especially Jared Moss, I was completely comfortable and hopefully all the issues are resolved. They will scam your grandma or grandpa… They will scam your grandma or grandpa out of 200 dollars. Beware! None of their services are worth it you can get the programs installed for free if you download them yourself. They had issues with Google before, where their marketing accounts were shut down due to scam practices.

Quick clean and very nice people The My Fast PC folks knew aout Macs and were very patient and thorough. I anticipate better computer usage, but if there are problems I feel comfortable calling them and asking for help. Thanks to Carson and Jason for their professional help.

Faked Out I called Comcast to get some help with their email and you guys answered Comcast's number. Two hundred dollars later I got emails working on both computers and a years contract for keeping the systems clean. Not what I expected.

My Fast PC Experience I felt that the man, Jason, who led me through a maze of misunderstandings with my computer, was able to quell the demons inside. my box and saved my computer from the junkyard. He was helpful and and kind and I would be hard pressed to say anything negative about my experience with him. He was kind and supportive and answered my sophomoric questions without making me feel embarrassed, He needs a raise! thank you! .
