All techs were very helpful. What a great bunch of consultains willing to take the time to help a NON Computer person through the process of getting my computer back on line and working correctly. Walking me step by step through the fix. Helping to give me a better understanding of how and why fixing the computer was so important. As a Mac user it can be very difficult to except the fact that your computer has been invaded by Malware. I'm older and new to the world of computers. Faked Out I called Comcast to get some help with their email and you guys answered Comcast's number. Two hundred dollars later I got emails working on both computers and a years contract for keeping the systems clean. Not what I expected.

My Review The personnel was most helpful and reassuring that the major problems and others effecting my computer were removed and I feel relieved about some of the pop ups that were foreign and scary to me! I was also pleased with the answers to questions I may have had Thank You, Barbara Gunn

Very patient and kind to the technologically challenged I talked to three different people during my service call. All three were very helpful. I appreciated that I was handed off to someone who had expertise on Macs. When I apologized for my lack of knowledge, the response was 'no worries'. I wasn't made to feel inferior because I didn't understand something. Things were explained to me in terms that I could understand. I'm so glad to have my computer cleaned up!
