My Fast PC Experience I felt that the man, Jason, who led me through a maze of misunderstandings with my computer, was able to quell the demons inside. my box and saved my computer from the junkyard. He was helpful and and kind and I would be hard pressed to say anything negative about my experience with him. He was kind and supportive and answered my sophomoric questions without making me feel embarrassed, He needs a raise! thank you! .

All techs were very helpful. What a great bunch of consultains willing to take the time to help a NON Computer person through the process of getting my computer back on line and working correctly. Walking me step by step through the fix. Helping to give me a better understanding of how and why fixing the computer was so important. As a Mac user it can be very difficult to except the fact that your computer has been invaded by Malware. I'm older and new to the world of computers. They will scam your grandma or grandpa… They will scam your grandma or grandpa out of 200 dollars. Beware! None of their services are worth it you can get the programs installed for free if you download them yourself. They had issues with Google before, where their marketing accounts were shut down due to scam practices.
