GBVery patient and kind to the technologically challenged I talked to three different people during my service call. All three were very helpful. I appreciated that I was handed off to someone who had expertise on Macs. When I apologized for my lack of knowledge, the response was 'no worries'. I wasn't made to feel inferior because I didn't understand something. Things were explained to me in terms that I could understand. I'm so glad to have my computer cleaned up!

GBYou are dependable, courteous and very helpful. Ryan helped me with my original question which was very important that I had contacted him about it because it was a scam. Because I had not had my computer "cleaned" Ryan suggested he do that for me and explained the reasons he made changes. He reassured me that I could call whenever I had a question. That makes me feel safe and cared for.

GBFrustration As soon as the download was complete and my computer rid of all junk/viruses my page changed back from Google to Ask with 3 lines at top which are driving me "crazy".. please help & I was unable to contact PC to discuss this problem

GBPC Issues 010815 At first I was very leary of the call I got since I thought I was contacting Hotmail directly..........after several discussions with the techs and staff, especially Jared Moss, I was completely comfortable and hopefully all the issues are resolved. GBMy Fast PC Experience I felt that the man, Jason, who led me through a maze of misunderstandings with my computer, was able to quell the demons inside. my box and saved my computer from the junkyard. He was helpful and and kind and I would be hard pressed to say anything negative about my experience with him. He was kind and supportive and answered my sophomoric questions without making me feel embarrassed, He needs a raise! thank you! .
