All techs were very helpful. What a great bunch of consultains willing to take the time to help a NON Computer person through the process of getting my computer back on line and working correctly. Walking me step by step through the fix. Helping to give me a better understanding of how and why fixing the computer was so important. As a Mac user it can be very difficult to except the fact that your computer has been invaded by Malware. I'm older and new to the world of computers. PC Issues 010815 At first I was very leary of the call I got since I thought I was contacting Hotmail directly..........after several discussions with the techs and staff, especially Jared Moss, I was completely comfortable and hopefully all the issues are resolved. THIS AGENCY RATES NO STARS. COMPLETELY MESSED UP MY COMPUTER TO THE POINT I HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO CLEAR UP THE MESS. IN ADDITION, NOT HONEST-ESTABLISHED SEVERAL PRINTERS ON MY COMPUTER AND APPARENTLY HAD MY TRAFFIC ROUTED TO THEM. I COULD NOT PRINT ANYTHING.

Frustration As soon as the download was complete and my computer rid of all junk/viruses my page changed back from Google to Ask with 3 lines at top which are driving me "crazy".. please help & I was unable to contact PC to discuss this problem
