Do your research Before you trust in these negative reviews, although problems & mistakes do happen, do more research on the web eg my shopping.com.au & see who you believe? Ive just purchased a FujiF200exr @ half the rec. retail price here in Australia. Had it delivered in A1 con within 5 working days. Couldnt be happier. Ill definitely shop with Citi again.

VERY "POOR" QUALITY PRODUCTS AND EVEN "POORER" CUSTOMER SERVICE Bought a Canon G12 some months ago that arrived without a converter... They said they would send me some gifts to apologise!? When I emailed just asking for the money I out layed for the converter got no response!? Some weeks later the crappy SD card they sent chipped while putting it in to my pc so is no longer readable!? I emailed and asked for it to be replaced but again to no avail!? They make out like they do good deals but don’t! They send out "made in china" rubbish accessories that break soon as you touch them and then back it all up with the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

Rude sellers and defectuous items Do not buy from this company from ebay!! I bought an Seiko Alpinist from them and it kept dying after 7 hours at rest. This seller sent me a defectuous watch and they will do anything to refuse my return and they won't refund me. He didn't even answered to my messages. Do not repeat my mistake , avoid this seller.

Sold me on free DHL Express Courier delivery then sent by post! I bought from Citiwide Online and free DHL Express delivery was offered on the auction. I bought it based on this as I needed the item quickly. Then they sent a "DHL" tracking number that DHL didn't recognise. When I queried it they said it was a postal tracking number, not DHL. I asked them to refund the difference in what it would have cost them to send via DHL instead of post, and their answer was "there is not extra cost charge for the DHL service". What weasels... since they don't charge extra for express international courier, they don't have to refund anything if they don't provide it? I don't think so! I'll be opening a formal eBay dispute.

Worse company in God's green earth .. Worse company in God's green earth ... bad customer service ... bad service .... can't even give you an accurate install date ... Will leave you with no device for the longest time ... this is disgusting and horrible never ever again ... DON'T DOBMY MISTAKE THIS IS GARBAGE
