HKPoor customer service I wanna buy a gitzo tripod from them and pay by paydollar, but never got reply more than 3 weeks, I tried to contact them in different ways, but still never got any feedback. They never reply on any message either on Facebook or email. The funny thing is, you still receive their edm, but I never subscribe their mail list.

AUVERY "POOR" QUALITY PRODUCTS AND EVEN "POORER" CUSTOMER SERVICE Bought a Canon G12 some months ago that arrived without a converter... They said they would send me some gifts to apologise!? When I emailed just asking for the money I out layed for the converter got no response!? Some weeks later the crappy SD card they sent chipped while putting it in to my pc so is no longer readable!? I emailed and asked for it to be replaced but again to no avail!? They make out like they do good deals but don’t! They send out "made in china" rubbish accessories that break soon as you touch them and then back it all up with the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

AUWorst Ever I don't think that I can adequately express how disappointed I am with Citiwide. Their payment system was easy, but everything past that point was extremely poor. Delivery was delayed and not all products ordered were delivered. To make matter worse, I ordered a 'waterproof' camera which failed on its very first use. The camera was sent back using the warranty stystem only to have both citiwide and Canon refuse the warranty! I am now out of pocket and have no camera to show for it. Their communication through this process was extremely poor. Citiwide are based in Hong Kong, a point they conveniently forget to mention. They use this to their advantage and hide behind this. English communication is extremely poor. They have NO customer service skills whatsoever. I can not possibly be more disapointed with Citiwide. Quite simply the worst customer experience ever!!!

AUWorst company ever I had my warranty refused and I would have been very surprised if they honoured it because it was a bit sus when every reply I received had if the camera is found to be human error it will not be covered they seemed to overstate this continously. The camera has never been near water and they have classed it as water damage. Believe me this will not be the last they hear of me I am going to pursue this to the very end they are not going to get away with it as I can see from other posts they have done this regularly.

AUbuy somewhere else I received my 'waterproof' camera and straight away realised it was slowly letting in water. I wrote to them and after sending it off for testing and months of waiting i was told it was not a manufacturer fault and they would not cover it in their warranty. The camera was leaking from the moment it touched water! Their warranty is a scam, spend a few more dollars to buy off a decent company.
