AUbuy somewhere else I received my 'waterproof' camera and straight away realised it was slowly letting in water. I wrote to them and after sending it off for testing and months of waiting i was told it was not a manufacturer fault and they would not cover it in their warranty. The camera was leaking from the moment it touched water! Their warranty is a scam, spend a few more dollars to buy off a decent company.

SIWorst experience ever Worst experience ever I bought the watch on ebay the told me that they will send the watch in 3 days and they gave me the tracking number the number was incorrect on royal mail they told me that the package with this number is not in their system and there were no messages from seller 2 days after the item should arrive they sent me the message and say that they didn't send the item and the order was canceled so they gave me the money back after 5 days. but until last day there were saying that the item is on the way and if the shipping will be quick it will arrive until next week and sometimes they didn't even answer my question but only write something with no sense so Messege for everyone stay away from that seller. The watch I ordered was Casio G-SHOCK Mudmaster GWG-1000 1A3JF

AUWorst Ever I don't think that I can adequately express how disappointed I am with Citiwide. Their payment system was easy, but everything past that point was extremely poor. Delivery was delayed and not all products ordered were delivered. To make matter worse, I ordered a 'waterproof' camera which failed on its very first use. The camera was sent back using the warranty stystem only to have both citiwide and Canon refuse the warranty! I am now out of pocket and have no camera to show for it. Their communication through this process was extremely poor. Citiwide are based in Hong Kong, a point they conveniently forget to mention. They use this to their advantage and hide behind this. English communication is extremely poor. They have NO customer service skills whatsoever. I can not possibly be more disapointed with Citiwide. Quite simply the worst customer experience ever!!!

AUbuyer beware BUYER BEWARE. BUYER BEWARE.... I just received my fuji s3300, it arrived DEAD ON ARRIVAL. its taken 3 days to get an email response, I have even sent them an email with a 2 minute video showing what is happening to the camera and the response was what batteries am i using? well I replied that i'm using the batteries they supplied with the camera. Yes the batteries are ok I've checked them. Then another 30 hours of waiting for a reply and i received an email asking if i am i putting in the batteries correctly and am i following the instruction book properly. What am i a three year old? I'm not holding out on their warranty which is supposed to be door to door pick up, at this rate it will take 3 weeks for a courier to arrive, and then they will probably say its not a manufacturing fault, AND THEN I'LL BE $90 OUT OF POCKET FOR POSTAGE COSTS.I thought i was buying from an Australian company as they have a .com.au web address, but it turn out they are Hong Kong based, I dont know how my consumer rights will go as they aren't Australian. I wish i had googled their name prior to my purchase. i wont be recommending them to anyone i know.......
