Worst experience ever Worst experience ever I bought the watch on ebay the told me that they will send the watch in 3 days and they gave me the tracking number the number was incorrect on royal mail they told me that the package with this number is not in their system and there were no messages from seller 2 days after the item should arrive they sent me the message and say that they didn't send the item and the order was canceled so they gave me the money back after 5 days. but until last day there were saying that the item is on the way and if the shipping will be quick it will arrive until next week and sometimes they didn't even answer my question but only write something with no sense so Messege for everyone stay away from that seller. The watch I ordered was Casio G-SHOCK Mudmaster GWG-1000 1A3JF

Warranty Waste of Money Bought a Panasonic Lumix ts3 in Jan 2012 used it a couple of times diving was OK , went snorkeling on the barrier reef and noticed moisture in the lense. Contacted "Mackcam" told me to send to an approved repairer, come back "USER ERROR" . they would not cover the damage. Camera is now scrap after only 3 months, panasonic Australia will not repair as it is imported. Wrote to "CITIWIDE" about purchasing a replacment ........ no reply. When you purchase from them you have no choice as to the MACKCAM warranty, it is a given. I have since found it is cheaper to buy in Australia as the warranty is in the price of the item. I

Sold me on free DHL Express Courier delivery then sent by post! I bought from Citiwide Online and free DHL Express delivery was offered on the auction. I bought it based on this as I needed the item quickly. Then they sent a "DHL" tracking number that DHL didn't recognise. When I queried it they said it was a postal tracking number, not DHL. I asked them to refund the difference in what it would have cost them to send via DHL instead of post, and their answer was "there is not extra cost charge for the DHL service". What weasels... since they don't charge extra for express international courier, they don't have to refund anything if they don't provide it? I don't think so! I'll be opening a formal eBay dispute.

VERY "POOR" QUALITY PRODUCTS AND EVEN "POORER" CUSTOMER SERVICE Bought a Canon G12 some months ago that arrived without a converter... They said they would send me some gifts to apologise!? When I emailed just asking for the money I out layed for the converter got no response!? Some weeks later the crappy SD card they sent chipped while putting it in to my pc so is no longer readable!? I emailed and asked for it to be replaced but again to no avail!? They make out like they do good deals but don’t! They send out "made in china" rubbish accessories that break soon as you touch them and then back it all up with the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
