GBNo SIM card, no people to talk to Like several others I have not received a eSIM and support simply does not answer. I can see the purchase on their web site but no facility to press a resend. I suspect Hotmail may have blocked their emails. So beware, it is binary , you will either get your eSIM and presumably be happy but if anything goes wrong don’t expect any service whatsoever and be prepared to lose your money as it will be exceedingly difficult to retrieve what is probably a relatively small amount If you ignore the negative reviews fine, the odds are with you but you are gambling that the automated system works as there are no people out there to help

LTI have not received the esim card after… I have not received the esim card after payment and confirmation for three days. Support - does not reply 3 days. 50 eur wasted money for nothing.

ESI bought a eSIM at the airport because… I bought a eSIM at the airport because going to Japan. Right away I received the confirmation email but not the eSIM. Two hours later no eSIM so I email the support team without response. 13 hour later , already in Japan I had to buy a normal sim at 7eleven . Still no eSIM from Taro or answer to emai so I email again asking for a refund . 15 hour later and still waiting for them .
