GBIt helps, but needs a bit of tweaking. The attendance calendar app saves me time! A few items would make the app better... 1. When you print to pdf, the overall picture of the calendar shows every day the same no matter what you have entered. The color coding (to identify trends) can only be captured by doing screen shots. 2. Every time a new employee is selected, you have to select the employee again because the previous employee's name is still on the entry window 3. If an employee is gone for more than one day, you have to make an entry for each day. The ability to enter a beginning and end date on one screen would save some time.

GBFeedback for improvements In general I like the app. However, I wish I could enter a block of vacation dates in one entry so I didn't have to enter each day individually which takes a lot of time. I have some employees who take sabaticals or several weeks off at once. It is tedious to make the entry (especially if they end up changing the dates after the fact. Also, I frequently have difficulty getting on the app from my iPad, not sure why.

GBvery useful for hiring and managing my employees I started with employee records, which was free and I liked it so much that i decided to try another app. I then bought job applications app, and I love it! Saves me time and effort. They also have applicant tracking that works with this app, so I probably am going to buy that one as well. Good product and can't beat that price!

GBCan't Honestly Recommend This scenario happened more than once: I received an alert that our posters had a revision, so I emailed the company to find out which posters had the revision and requested a temporary printout until a new poster could be shipped to us. The customer service team did not know what the revision was. I do not receive updates in the online "SmartApps" account, even though they say to look there. They also take a long time to send out new posters. I don't know that I can honestly say that this "service" saves our organization work in the end. I will definitely be looking into switching providers for our labor law posters.

GBThe time off request and attendance… The time off request and attendance apps are good but cumbersome. One should automatically update the other and they don't. Once the employee goes through the time off request process, management approves or denies it. But then you have to go under the attendance app to assign a category, vacation, ill, etc. or it will not calculate the hours. At the very least, you should be able to do this from the same app.
