I have an issue with the applications linking together. I have an issue with the applications not linking to each other. For example, an approved time off request does not remove PTO time in the Attendance Calendar. In order for PTO to be tracked, I have to put an additional entry to capture the time deduction and two entries per employee. As well, last years, time approved are not filed away, but the list continues to grow longer with no way to sort by date.

The program needs updating The program needs updating. It doesn’t send emails to the owner when a document is signed. There are many other updates it needs. I’m currently looking for a better platform for all my HR needs

Love the idea of the app and what it… Love the idea of the app and what it can do, but there are some serious changes and updates that could occur to make it so much better! Every time I open the app, it takes forever to download the information before you can access it. Constantly get error messages. And it needs to be able so that users can access any specific date to look and see what is scheduled off. The current app only allows "Todays Events" which is fine, but while approving additional time off requests, would be great if you could find out who was already scheduled off. Also on "Todays Events" if there are more than 7 listed, you cannot scroll down to see whom the others are on the screen.

I trust HRdirect to send me updated… I trust HRdirect to send me updated information when it becomes necessary for display to employees. It is one thing I don't have to think or worry about.

Four Star! I appreciate the attendance application as it makes it much more convenient to use rather than the paper tracking. However, it would be more helpful for our purposes to be able to have a separate bank for sick time and vacation time accruals. Also in the past few days as I've inserted info on the site, there seems to be glitches in not processing and I must sign off/on to achieve my objective. I would still however, recommend this to others.
