I trust HRdirect to send me updated… I trust HRdirect to send me updated information when it becomes necessary for display to employees. It is one thing I don't have to think or worry about.

very useful for hiring and managing my employees I started with employee records, which was free and I liked it so much that i decided to try another app. I then bought job applications app, and I love it! Saves me time and effort. They also have applicant tracking that works with this app, so I probably am going to buy that one as well. Good product and can't beat that price!

The time off request and attendance… The time off request and attendance apps are good but cumbersome. One should automatically update the other and they don't. Once the employee goes through the time off request process, management approves or denies it. But then you have to go under the attendance app to assign a category, vacation, ill, etc. or it will not calculate the hours. At the very least, you should be able to do this from the same app.

Four Star! I appreciate the attendance application as it makes it much more convenient to use rather than the paper tracking. However, it would be more helpful for our purposes to be able to have a separate bank for sick time and vacation time accruals. Also in the past few days as I've inserted info on the site, there seems to be glitches in not processing and I must sign off/on to achieve my objective. I would still however, recommend this to others.

For instance you have to delete employee email address is you want to make and save changes in employee record. Unnecessary Basel that is well documented. Also to assign Supervisor to employee you are forced to scroll through Al employees ex employees and active.
