We are basically very happy with the… We are basically very happy with the app. Wish it had some kind of reporting capabilities and we are always getting an error message saying "there is an error in retrieving your employee's data. Please try again." I asked if it was going to get fixed but did not get a reply. Since the app still works we have not followed up on the error.

The program needs updating The program needs updating. It doesn’t send emails to the owner when a document is signed. There are many other updates it needs. I’m currently looking for a better platform for all my HR needs

This is a great app for our small… This is a great app for our small organization. Previously, the staff kept hand written records. Now we have a method for employees to request time off and we can track leave balances. The app is easy to navigate.

It helps, but needs a bit of tweaking. The attendance calendar app saves me time! A few items would make the app better... 1. When you print to pdf, the overall picture of the calendar shows every day the same no matter what you have entered. The color coding (to identify trends) can only be captured by doing screen shots. 2. Every time a new employee is selected, you have to select the employee again because the previous employee's name is still on the entry window 3. If an employee is gone for more than one day, you have to make an entry for each day. The ability to enter a beginning and end date on one screen would save some time.

I trust HRdirect to send me updated… I trust HRdirect to send me updated information when it becomes necessary for display to employees. It is one thing I don't have to think or worry about.
