I trust HRdirect to send me updated… I trust HRdirect to send me updated information when it becomes necessary for display to employees. It is one thing I don't have to think or worry about.

very useful for hiring and managing my employees I started with employee records, which was free and I liked it so much that i decided to try another app. I then bought job applications app, and I love it! Saves me time and effort. They also have applicant tracking that works with this app, so I probably am going to buy that one as well. Good product and can't beat that price!

The application still loads extremely… The application still loads extremely slow. I've had applicants report being unable to complete the application due to issues with your site.

Four Star! I appreciate the attendance application as it makes it much more convenient to use rather than the paper tracking. However, it would be more helpful for our purposes to be able to have a separate bank for sick time and vacation time accruals. Also in the past few days as I've inserted info on the site, there seems to be glitches in not processing and I must sign off/on to achieve my objective. I would still however, recommend this to others.

Feedback for improvements In general I like the app. However, I wish I could enter a block of vacation dates in one entry so I didn't have to enter each day individually which takes a lot of time. I have some employees who take sabaticals or several weeks off at once. It is tedious to make the entry (especially if they end up changing the dates after the fact. Also, I frequently have difficulty getting on the app from my iPad, not sure why.
