A good app It's a very good app it just needs some improvements/upgrades to make it 5 star worthy. You need to be able to share the employees with different supervisors. We have multiple field crews and sometimes the guys switch and go with different managers/supervisors. These special jobs can sometimes take days so it's good that all managers are able to comment on attendance issues with whomever is on their crew that day. Right now you can only assign each person to one manager. This is the main issue I would like to see changed.

The application still loads extremely… The application still loads extremely slow. I've had applicants report being unable to complete the application due to issues with your site.

This is a great app for our small… This is a great app for our small organization. Previously, the staff kept hand written records. Now we have a method for employees to request time off and we can track leave balances. The app is easy to navigate.

Overall Overall - outstanding, but 4 star given simply because there are areas that are simply just awkward in using - too much switching screens to get the something done. Example: the parts of each section of adding an employee - has to be saved per section and is just slow. Otherwise I recommend to all some business clients and customers.

I trust HRdirect to send me updated… I trust HRdirect to send me updated information when it becomes necessary for display to employees. It is one thing I don't have to think or worry about.
