When you print to pdf, the overall picture of the calendar shows every day the same no matter what you have entered. The color coding (to identify trends) can only be captured by doing screen shots. 2. Every time a new employee is selected, you have to select the employee again because the previous employee's name is still on the entry window 3. If an employee is gone for more than one day, you have to make an entry for each day. The ability to enter a beginning and end date on one screen would save some time.

Most of the systems that we looked at were costly, had more features than we would ever use, and were not user friendly. For a small business, where each staff member wears multiple hats, we needed a system that was easy to use and we were not charged for a lot of features that we didn't need. I had been on the internet reviewing systems but didnot find HRdirect Smart Apps until last week. After reviewing the videos, I immediately purchased the apps. The fact that you can purchase only what you need was the deciding factor for our company.
