GBFeedback for improvements In general I like the app. However, I wish I could enter a block of vacation dates in one entry so I didn't have to enter each day individually which takes a lot of time. I have some employees who take sabaticals or several weeks off at once. It is tedious to make the entry (especially if they end up changing the dates after the fact. Also, I frequently have difficulty getting on the app from my iPad, not sure why.

GBI trust HRdirect to send me updated… I trust HRdirect to send me updated information when it becomes necessary for display to employees. It is one thing I don't have to think or worry about.

GBThe application still loads extremely… The application still loads extremely slow. I've had applicants report being unable to complete the application due to issues with your site.

GBJUst what we needed! We have been looking for an applicant tracking system for almost a year. Most of the systems that we looked at were costly, had more features than we would ever use, and were not user friendly. For a small business, where each staff member wears multiple hats, we needed a system that was easy to use and we were not charged for a lot of features that we didn't need. I had been on the internet reviewing systems but didnot find HRdirect Smart Apps until last week. After reviewing the videos, I immediately purchased the apps. The fact that you can purchase only what you need was the deciding factor for our company.

GBCan't Honestly Recommend This scenario happened more than once: I received an alert that our posters had a revision, so I emailed the company to find out which posters had the revision and requested a temporary printout until a new poster could be shipped to us. The customer service team did not know what the revision was. I do not receive updates in the online "SmartApps" account, even though they say to look there. They also take a long time to send out new posters. I don't know that I can honestly say that this "service" saves our organization work in the end. I will definitely be looking into switching providers for our labor law posters.
