Feedback for improvements In general I like the app. However, I wish I could enter a block of vacation dates in one entry so I didn't have to enter each day individually which takes a lot of time. I have some employees who take sabaticals or several weeks off at once. It is tedious to make the entry (especially if they end up changing the dates after the fact. Also, I frequently have difficulty getting on the app from my iPad, not sure why.

The program needs updating The program needs updating. It doesn’t send emails to the owner when a document is signed. There are many other updates it needs. I’m currently looking for a better platform for all my HR needs

We are basically very happy with the… We are basically very happy with the app. Wish it had some kind of reporting capabilities and we are always getting an error message saying "there is an error in retrieving your employee's data. Please try again." I asked if it was going to get fixed but did not get a reply. Since the app still works we have not followed up on the error.

This is a great app for our small… This is a great app for our small organization. Previously, the staff kept hand written records. Now we have a method for employees to request time off and we can track leave balances. The app is easy to navigate.

I trust HRdirect to send me updated… I trust HRdirect to send me updated information when it becomes necessary for display to employees. It is one thing I don't have to think or worry about.
