It helps, but needs a bit of tweaking. The attendance calendar app saves me time! A few items would make the app better... 1. When you print to pdf, the overall picture of the calendar shows every day the same no matter what you have entered. The color coding (to identify trends) can only be captured by doing screen shots. 2. Every time a new employee is selected, you have to select the employee again because the previous employee's name is still on the entry window 3. If an employee is gone for more than one day, you have to make an entry for each day. The ability to enter a beginning and end date on one screen would save some time.

The program needs updating The program needs updating. It doesn’t send emails to the owner when a document is signed. There are many other updates it needs. I’m currently looking for a better platform for all my HR needs

The application still loads extremely… The application still loads extremely slow. I've had applicants report being unable to complete the application due to issues with your site.

Overall Overall - outstanding, but 4 star given simply because there are areas that are simply just awkward in using - too much switching screens to get the something done. Example: the parts of each section of adding an employee - has to be saved per section and is just slow. Otherwise I recommend to all some business clients and customers.

The training app is great and it has… The training app is great and it has made getting our staff to complete safety training much easier. There are some glitches with the site especially when someone is creating an initial login. I have to resend the Self-Service Invite quite a few times for the initial process to work. I also don't like that there is no way to archive employee files for those who do not work with us anymore. Their training records are still included in training log, and this can make checking for completed training more tedious.
