GBI would like to see the Attendance app… I would like to see the Attendance app allowing for multiple same-day entries. We have employees who take some time available split in a single day. For instance, if an employee is out, they may be tardy and also may leave early. In addition, it would be helpful to add individual employee notes (such as if they get an extra day added for their anniversary date falling mid-year. We are a small company in the manufacturing industry so I input all data as the office manager. Using this app for just over 1 week, that is all I have come across at this time.

GBFeedback for improvements In general I like the app. However, I wish I could enter a block of vacation dates in one entry so I didn't have to enter each day individually which takes a lot of time. I have some employees who take sabaticals or several weeks off at once. It is tedious to make the entry (especially if they end up changing the dates after the fact. Also, I frequently have difficulty getting on the app from my iPad, not sure why.

GBLow cost HR apps but they have a few… Low cost HR apps but they have a few bugs that they can’t seem to get rid of over three years. For instance you have to delete employee email address is you want to make and save changes in employee record. Unnecessary Basel that is well documented. Also to assign Supervisor to employee you are forced to scroll through Al employees ex employees and active.

CAI have an issue with the applications linking together. I have an issue with the applications not linking to each other. For example, an approved time off request does not remove PTO time in the Attendance Calendar. In order for PTO to be tracked, I have to put an additional entry to capture the time deduction and two entries per employee. As well, last years, time approved are not filed away, but the list continues to grow longer with no way to sort by date.

GBThe time off request and attendance… The time off request and attendance apps are good but cumbersome. One should automatically update the other and they don't. Once the employee goes through the time off request process, management approves or denies it. But then you have to go under the attendance app to assign a category, vacation, ill, etc. or it will not calculate the hours. At the very least, you should be able to do this from the same app.
