JUst what we needed! We have been looking for an applicant tracking system for almost a year. Most of the systems that we looked at were costly, had more features than we would ever use, and were not user friendly. For a small business, where each staff member wears multiple hats, we needed a system that was easy to use and we were not charged for a lot of features that we didn't need. I had been on the internet reviewing systems but didnot find HRdirect Smart Apps until last week. After reviewing the videos, I immediately purchased the apps. The fact that you can purchase only what you need was the deciding factor for our company.

Four Star! I appreciate the attendance application as it makes it much more convenient to use rather than the paper tracking. However, it would be more helpful for our purposes to be able to have a separate bank for sick time and vacation time accruals. Also in the past few days as I've inserted info on the site, there seems to be glitches in not processing and I must sign off/on to achieve my objective. I would still however, recommend this to others.

I trust HRdirect to send me updated… I trust HRdirect to send me updated information when it becomes necessary for display to employees. It is one thing I don't have to think or worry about.

The program needs updating The program needs updating. It doesn’t send emails to the owner when a document is signed. There are many other updates it needs. I’m currently looking for a better platform for all my HR needs
