JUst what we needed! We have been looking for an applicant tracking system for almost a year. Most of the systems that we looked at were costly, had more features than we would ever use, and were not user friendly. For a small business, where each staff member wears multiple hats, we needed a system that was easy to use and we were not charged for a lot of features that we didn't need. I had been on the internet reviewing systems but didnot find HRdirect Smart Apps until last week. After reviewing the videos, I immediately purchased the apps. The fact that you can purchase only what you need was the deciding factor for our company.

Low cost HR apps but they have a few… Low cost HR apps but they have a few bugs that they can’t seem to get rid of over three years. For instance you have to delete employee email address is you want to make and save changes in employee record. Unnecessary Basel that is well documented. Also to assign Supervisor to employee you are forced to scroll through Al employees ex employees and active.

The program needs updating The program needs updating. It doesn’t send emails to the owner when a document is signed. There are many other updates it needs. I’m currently looking for a better platform for all my HR needs

The application still loads extremely… The application still loads extremely slow. I've had applicants report being unable to complete the application due to issues with your site.

very useful for hiring and managing my employees I started with employee records, which was free and I liked it so much that i decided to try another app. I then bought job applications app, and I love it! Saves me time and effort. They also have applicant tracking that works with this app, so I probably am going to buy that one as well. Good product and can't beat that price!
