GBA good app It's a very good app it just needs some improvements/upgrades to make it 5 star worthy. You need to be able to share the employees with different supervisors. We have multiple field crews and sometimes the guys switch and go with different managers/supervisors. These special jobs can sometimes take days so it's good that all managers are able to comment on attendance issues with whomever is on their crew that day. Right now you can only assign each person to one manager. This is the main issue I would like to see changed.

GBEasy to use I have been using the Attendance app for several years now. Easy to use and helpful to me for HR purposes. The only issue is, at times, the program won't respond or gives error message that it wasn't able to update my entry.

GBThe time off request and attendance… The time off request and attendance apps are good but cumbersome. One should automatically update the other and they don't. Once the employee goes through the time off request process, management approves or denies it. But then you have to go under the attendance app to assign a category, vacation, ill, etc. or it will not calculate the hours. At the very least, you should be able to do this from the same app.

GBLow cost HR apps but they have a few… Low cost HR apps but they have a few bugs that they can’t seem to get rid of over three years. For instance you have to delete employee email address is you want to make and save changes in employee record. Unnecessary Basel that is well documented. Also to assign Supervisor to employee you are forced to scroll through Al employees ex employees and active.

GBIt helps, but needs a bit of tweaking. The attendance calendar app saves me time! A few items would make the app better... 1. When you print to pdf, the overall picture of the calendar shows every day the same no matter what you have entered. The color coding (to identify trends) can only be captured by doing screen shots. 2. Every time a new employee is selected, you have to select the employee again because the previous employee's name is still on the entry window 3. If an employee is gone for more than one day, you have to make an entry for each day. The ability to enter a beginning and end date on one screen would save some time.
