JUst what we needed! We have been looking for an applicant tracking system for almost a year. Most of the systems that we looked at were costly, had more features than we would ever use, and were not user friendly. For a small business, where each staff member wears multiple hats, we needed a system that was easy to use and we were not charged for a lot of features that we didn't need. I had been on the internet reviewing systems but didnot find HRdirect Smart Apps until last week. After reviewing the videos, I immediately purchased the apps. The fact that you can purchase only what you need was the deciding factor for our company.

The program needs updating The program needs updating. It doesn’t send emails to the owner when a document is signed. There are many other updates it needs. I’m currently looking for a better platform for all my HR needs

Easy to use I have been using the Attendance app for several years now. Easy to use and helpful to me for HR purposes. The only issue is, at times, the program won't respond or gives error message that it wasn't able to update my entry.
