I trust HRdirect to send me updated… I trust HRdirect to send me updated information when it becomes necessary for display to employees. It is one thing I don't have to think or worry about.

Can't Honestly Recommend This scenario happened more than once: I received an alert that our posters had a revision, so I emailed the company to find out which posters had the revision and requested a temporary printout until a new poster could be shipped to us. The customer service team did not know what the revision was. I do not receive updates in the online "SmartApps" account, even though they say to look there. They also take a long time to send out new posters. I don't know that I can honestly say that this "service" saves our organization work in the end. I will definitely be looking into switching providers for our labor law posters.

Feedback for improvements In general I like the app. However, I wish I could enter a block of vacation dates in one entry so I didn't have to enter each day individually which takes a lot of time. I have some employees who take sabaticals or several weeks off at once. It is tedious to make the entry (especially if they end up changing the dates after the fact. Also, I frequently have difficulty getting on the app from my iPad, not sure why.

The program needs updating The program needs updating. It doesn’t send emails to the owner when a document is signed. There are many other updates it needs. I’m currently looking for a better platform for all my HR needs

We are basically very happy with the… We are basically very happy with the app. Wish it had some kind of reporting capabilities and we are always getting an error message saying "there is an error in retrieving your employee's data. Please try again." I asked if it was going to get fixed but did not get a reply. Since the app still works we have not followed up on the error.
