A good app It's a very good app it just needs some improvements/upgrades to make it 5 star worthy. You need to be able to share the employees with different supervisors. We have multiple field crews and sometimes the guys switch and go with different managers/supervisors. These special jobs can sometimes take days so it's good that all managers are able to comment on attendance issues with whomever is on their crew that day. Right now you can only assign each person to one manager. This is the main issue I would like to see changed.

We are basically very happy with the… We are basically very happy with the app. Wish it had some kind of reporting capabilities and we are always getting an error message saying "there is an error in retrieving your employee's data. Please try again." I asked if it was going to get fixed but did not get a reply. Since the app still works we have not followed up on the error.

The time off request and attendance… The time off request and attendance apps are good but cumbersome. One should automatically update the other and they don't. Once the employee goes through the time off request process, management approves or denies it. But then you have to go under the attendance app to assign a category, vacation, ill, etc. or it will not calculate the hours. At the very least, you should be able to do this from the same app.

Overall Overall - outstanding, but 4 star given simply because there are areas that are simply just awkward in using - too much switching screens to get the something done. Example: the parts of each section of adding an employee - has to be saved per section and is just slow. Otherwise I recommend to all some business clients and customers.

I would like to see the Attendance app… I would like to see the Attendance app allowing for multiple same-day entries. We have employees who take some time available split in a single day. For instance, if an employee is out, they may be tardy and also may leave early. In addition, it would be helpful to add individual employee notes (such as if they get an extra day added for their anniversary date falling mid-year. We are a small company in the manufacturing industry so I input all data as the office manager. Using this app for just over 1 week, that is all I have come across at this time.
