This is a great app for our small… This is a great app for our small organization. Previously, the staff kept hand written records. Now we have a method for employees to request time off and we can track leave balances. The app is easy to navigate.

I trust HRdirect to send me updated… I trust HRdirect to send me updated information when it becomes necessary for display to employees. It is one thing I don't have to think or worry about.

Can't Honestly Recommend This scenario happened more than once: I received an alert that our posters had a revision, so I emailed the company to find out which posters had the revision and requested a temporary printout until a new poster could be shipped to us. The customer service team did not know what the revision was. I do not receive updates in the online "SmartApps" account, even though they say to look there. They also take a long time to send out new posters. I don't know that I can honestly say that this "service" saves our organization work in the end. I will definitely be looking into switching providers for our labor law posters.

very useful for hiring and managing my employees I started with employee records, which was free and I liked it so much that i decided to try another app. I then bought job applications app, and I love it! Saves me time and effort. They also have applicant tracking that works with this app, so I probably am going to buy that one as well. Good product and can't beat that price!

The program needs updating The program needs updating. It doesn’t send emails to the owner when a document is signed. There are many other updates it needs. I’m currently looking for a better platform for all my HR needs
