Love the idea of the app and what it… Love the idea of the app and what it can do, but there are some serious changes and updates that could occur to make it so much better! Every time I open the app, it takes forever to download the information before you can access it. Constantly get error messages. And it needs to be able so that users can access any specific date to look and see what is scheduled off. The current app only allows "Todays Events" which is fine, but while approving additional time off requests, would be great if you could find out who was already scheduled off. Also on "Todays Events" if there are more than 7 listed, you cannot scroll down to see whom the others are on the screen.

The time off request and attendance… The time off request and attendance apps are good but cumbersome. One should automatically update the other and they don't. Once the employee goes through the time off request process, management approves or denies it. But then you have to go under the attendance app to assign a category, vacation, ill, etc. or it will not calculate the hours. At the very least, you should be able to do this from the same app.

This is a great app for our small… This is a great app for our small organization. Previously, the staff kept hand written records. Now we have a method for employees to request time off and we can track leave balances. The app is easy to navigate.

JUst what we needed! We have been looking for an applicant tracking system for almost a year. Most of the systems that we looked at were costly, had more features than we would ever use, and were not user friendly. For a small business, where each staff member wears multiple hats, we needed a system that was easy to use and we were not charged for a lot of features that we didn't need. I had been on the internet reviewing systems but didnot find HRdirect Smart Apps until last week. After reviewing the videos, I immediately purchased the apps. The fact that you can purchase only what you need was the deciding factor for our company.

Easy to use I have been using the Attendance app for several years now. Easy to use and helpful to me for HR purposes. The only issue is, at times, the program won't respond or gives error message that it wasn't able to update my entry.
