Easy to use I have been using the Attendance app for several years now. Easy to use and helpful to me for HR purposes. The only issue is, at times, the program won't respond or gives error message that it wasn't able to update my entry.

For instance you have to delete employee email address is you want to make and save changes in employee record. Unnecessary Basel that is well documented. Also to assign Supervisor to employee you are forced to scroll through Al employees ex employees and active.

I trust HRdirect to send me updated… I trust HRdirect to send me updated information when it becomes necessary for display to employees. It is one thing I don't have to think or worry about.

very useful for hiring and managing my employees I started with employee records, which was free and I liked it so much that i decided to try another app. I then bought job applications app, and I love it! Saves me time and effort. They also have applicant tracking that works with this app, so I probably am going to buy that one as well. Good product and can't beat that price!

Feedback for improvements In general I like the app. However, I wish I could enter a block of vacation dates in one entry so I didn't have to enter each day individually which takes a lot of time. I have some employees who take sabaticals or several weeks off at once. It is tedious to make the entry (especially if they end up changing the dates after the fact. Also, I frequently have difficulty getting on the app from my iPad, not sure why.
