Easy to use I have been using the Attendance app for several years now. Easy to use and helpful to me for HR purposes. The only issue is, at times, the program won't respond or gives error message that it wasn't able to update my entry.

Feedback for improvements In general I like the app. However, I wish I could enter a block of vacation dates in one entry so I didn't have to enter each day individually which takes a lot of time. I have some employees who take sabaticals or several weeks off at once. It is tedious to make the entry (especially if they end up changing the dates after the fact. Also, I frequently have difficulty getting on the app from my iPad, not sure why.

Overall Overall - outstanding, but 4 star given simply because there are areas that are simply just awkward in using - too much switching screens to get the something done. Example: the parts of each section of adding an employee - has to be saved per section and is just slow. Otherwise I recommend to all some business clients and customers.

The program needs updating The program needs updating. It doesn’t send emails to the owner when a document is signed. There are many other updates it needs. I’m currently looking for a better platform for all my HR needs

I trust HRdirect to send me updated… I trust HRdirect to send me updated information when it becomes necessary for display to employees. It is one thing I don't have to think or worry about.
