Contactually exceeds expectations. Very happy with using the database so far. Had been looking for a good contact management system for over 3 years now and the very first time I used Contactually I knew it was worth the wait and exactly what I was looking for. I love the interface, the simplicity of it. Its intelligent in finding extra info on my contacts through their email to know more about them, would definitely recommend to anyone doing commercial real estate or any other field as well.

Not easy to navigate Not easy to navigate. It's very frustrating to be sending out emails and have to go back to the very beginning after sending the limit of 50. Why can't it be made to go back where we left off?

Lately my drafts were not saving … Lately my drafts were not saving loosing work, also the template feature was not popping down for a composed message.

it's very simple to use it's very simple to use, the only things i don't like about it is that it doesn't automatically log phone calls and text messages outside of the contactually platform, which is a fairly big deal to me. otherwise it's great,
