Solid Solid. Got a 2018 mac mini and a specific G4 MDD and everything arrived per specifications. The Mac Mini was password protected on arrival but a simple restore took care of that issue. The G4 came in the original box (although banged up) and the case was in immaculate condition which was pretty neat. Best prices I've found for used mac computers. FYI the chat on the website doesn't work. However, I was able to get in touch with them using the toll-free number in the header. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
