Bad experience, inaccurate info, inaccurate order processing I made an order for 3 used Mac Minis on 1-25-19. After ten days, I had not seen my order processed or updated to include shipping information. When I contacted usedmac.com, I was told that the three computers were shipping on 2-4-19 and my order would be updated with the tracking number. On 2-6-19 I still did not have a tracking number, and when I contacted usedmac.com, I was told the delay was because of hard drive upgrades that I did not request, but the order would ship that day and I would have a tracking number. I did get a tracking number and when the order arrived, the box included only two Mac Minis, not the three that I ordered. I called usedmac.com and was told that the third Mac Mini was shipped separately and that the new tracking number would be updated on my order and the computer would arrive on 2-9-19. The order was never updated to include an additional tracking number and the computer was not delivered. I have contacted usedmac.com to request a refund for the third Mac Mini that I paid for but was not delivered, and I have not heard back yet. Very frustrating, inaccurate information and inaccurate order processing from usedmac.com.

I bought my mackbook pro 2015 model… I bought my mackbook pro 2015 model that arrived super clean and I was surprised with many free office software install! I’m a college student and I recommended them with my friends and were all happy with their service. Especially since we have distance learning because of the pandemic. I definitely recommend here and super surprised.

I then chatted with them once more with proxy and changed my ip so they think I'm from another country and voila! i got through the chat immediately, so i chatted with this Rozi (before it was mike) and she/he called me rude because i got through with a false ip/id and i was told that they will not send me the part and that i can forget about it, i will send a claim to internet fraud organization with hope for protecting other consumers from those lowlifes. STAY AWAY!!

Do not purchase from them This business is not serious nor worthy of your time and money. I purchased item 661-3593 VIDEO CARD ATI RADEON 9650 256 MB DVI/DVI FOR POWER MAC G5 from them, and they shipped me a regular 9600 with 128 MB instead. To make matters worse, the board seems to have defective VRAM, as weird patterns appear in both 2D and 3D modes. I have tried reaching them by chat and email and I they have completely ignored me about this issue.
