They're so on point it's unreal Very good reception virtually everywhere and anywhere in the city of San Diego, whether im up in the mountains, deep in the desert, down at the beach, or anywhere in my place. I love the fact that i have yet to experience any "dead zones". Two thumbs up!

Good price, lousy service The price is good, but it's definitely a "get what you pay for" situation. Sometimes my phone just stopped receiving calls (even when I have multiple reception bars and phone is in full call-receiving mode), and customer service is hard to reach and not particularly helpful.

Your customer service is excellent Your customer service is excellent. Your staff went above and beyond to make sure my phone works. I want to recognize Volt, Karen, and Justin for their tremendously terrific assistance. Why would I go anywhere else when I can get this kind of support. Not only they meet my expectation, but they also exceed my expectation and I hope your customer service can go 24/7. Thank you.

Improve on communication I actually had no issues with the phone service itself and was very impressed with the signal I was getting. I left because communication from the company wasn't good. I couldn't make it to their working hours since they have the same hours as an average day job. Whenever I did try during a lunch break, I would be on hold for a while for both chat and phone. I tried emailing them and I didn't get a response back until about 3 weeks later. I can tell that the company is making improvements which actually makes me want to come back. If responses from emails become faster and working hours can be extended for both chat and phone, I would definitely go back to their prepaid plans
