Terrible support First, I think it's (or was in my case) a good program, and I would have liked to continue using it. However, support is terrible: my license had expired, so I renewed it; entering the new key gave me "it's successfully installed", but I got the message "database loading failed", and also a "1095 days remaining"-message; I sent a support ticket (telling me that I should have an answer within 24 hours) ..After 2 days still nothing..I found another mailaddress where the guy told me there was a " temporary database error", and the "1095 remaining days" was due to "a migration of the activation center"; he added that I could send a screenshot if the problem persisted, which I did the same day, without any further response, even after weeks ...appalling by any standard .

I had used Norton, Avast, Malwarebytes, Avira, and many other paid programs to defeat the program (seven run news) that was opening my browser 'by itself' without my actively opening anything, whether I was connected to the internet or not. Pop up protectors did not help. I was able to manually block the page from loading in only one of the many virus/malware programs I tried, Avast. However, none of them could keep it from opening the internet browser unexpectedly without intention by me. I have been trying to remove these unwanted items for nearly a year, with no success! Until now! Your program identfied and quarantined the file, an unwanted internet shortcut hidden in another file, along with some other suspicious files.
