GBTerrible Support! I renewed 25 licenses on 3-9-2021, and the product key will only activate 3 instances of Malwarefox. I contacted their support through email (they don't have a phone option) and two days later I have not heard from their support and the issue has not been resolved. I like their product, but their support is TERRIBLE!! I asked for a refund, and will be using a different product.

GBNo response from Support I contacted support to cancel my auto-renewal as I am no longer using the program. I have received no reply after 3 attempts.

GBHonest review, I'm so impressed with this software! I have removed the malware again, the first two malware on 12.25.2021 and then three malware today (1.22.2022). I don't understand how I got infected when I already have anti-virus, well your software is much better than Malwarebytes (that app can't detect the malware on my pc. Thank you so much! ๐๐๐

BETerrible support First, I think it's (or was in my case) a good program, and I would have liked to continue using it. However, support is terrible: my license had expired, so I renewed it; entering the new key gave me "it's successfully installed", but I got the message "database loading failed", and also a "1095 days remaining"-message; I sent a support ticket (telling me that I should have an answer within 24 hours) ..After 2 days still nothing..I found another mailaddress where the guy told me there was a " temporary database error", and the "1095 remaining days" was due to "a migration of the activation center"; he added that I could send a screenshot if the problem persisted, which I did the same day, without any further response, even after weeks ...appalling by any standard .

FRgood product and so easy to use good product and so easy to use. unless I am big nut this product protects and checks only the C: hard drive... it does react very quickly!
