Excellent!!! One pass and your program fixed the issue with my computer! I had used Norton, Avast, Malwarebytes, Avira, and many other paid programs to defeat the program (seven run news) that was opening my browser 'by itself' without my actively opening anything, whether I was connected to the internet or not. Pop up protectors did not help. I was able to manually block the page from loading in only one of the many virus/malware programs I tried, Avast. However, none of them could keep it from opening the internet browser unexpectedly without intention by me. I have been trying to remove these unwanted items for nearly a year, with no success! Until now! Your program identfied and quarantined the file, an unwanted internet shortcut hidden in another file, along with some other suspicious files. No response from Support I contacted support to cancel my auto-renewal as I am no longer using the program. I have received no reply after 3 attempts.
