DEfalse stock information on website, item supposedly on back order forever I've ordered a service extension several weeks ago as it was stated as "in stock", seller contacted me a few hours later that item is on back order and if waiting for some weeks would be fine. Back order time already passed twice and item still not delivered, online still stated as "in stock".

FRUnbelievably fast delivery! Unbelievably fast delivery! 5G Router came faster than the goods ordered within my own country! Also reduced price declared (no customs paid!) which is the way biggest plus!

GBIncreases price AFTER the sale and NO communication I placed an order for one of their items that they advertised on their website and they charged my PayPal account accordingly. The next day I receive an email from them saying that the price for the item has increased by $100. I replied to their email saying that I want to cancel my order and issue a full refund. They did not reply. I also tried to contact them through their "Live Chat" and they did not reply. I called their US phone number and it just kept ringing without anyone answering. My advice is to stay away from these scammers. Any other professional business would have responded. I will have to contact PayPal next to void the sale and get a refund. Buyer beware!

GBTook 2 months to arrive but works perfectly. I ordered an Oppo 5G CPE T1 router on 30 November 2020, paid extra for eExpress shipping and handling and it took 2 months to arrive! The router was well packed and came with a UK plug adapter and was very easy to set up with an O2 sim as there is a new O2 mast 400 metres away. I am getting downloads of at least 100 Mbps and sometimes twice that on 4G. I don't have 5G yet but it should be running this year so am hoping for even higher speeds later this year. I am hooked on mobile broadband now and never going back to phone lines or fibre. One star off for dreadful eExpress delivery.

SEI asked if the Fortinet APs that they… I asked if the Fortinet APs that they sold could be used in Europe and I was told that they are universal and that there are no restrictions. I order them and when they come it turns out that they are hardcoded to be used in China so I can´t use them. I have updated the review to 3 stsrs. I got in contact with Router-Switch and they arranged for me to return the products without cost. What you should update is with correct part numbers for the Fortinet APs that include the country code, EU for Europe as an example.
