Xiaomi MI10 Ultra Ordered a Mi10 Ultra from router-switch on the 29th October. I was suspicious, normally I don't order goods from sites I don't know, but their reputation was quite good here on Trustpilot and offered paypal payment that gives a fair safety. The phone was not in stock, took about a week to get the order processed and finally they have sent the shipment info to DHL on Friday, on the 6th November. DHL picked the package up on Monday the 9th and delivered the phone to my house on the 11th! In two days from Hong Kong to Ireland! Fantastic service, beautiful phone, everything was perfect. i was sceptical from ordering at first… i was sceptical from ordering at first but i am really glad i did, it was shipped next working day from china and arrived in 4 days, postage is expensive, i brought the 5g cpe win and great product, language is default Chinese but was easy to change to english, and come with a world wide adaptor for the power too. great router, blistering speeds. really happy, highly recomend the product and the company!!

6 weeks to provide a support contract Purchased a smartnet service contract and paid via paypal. I reached out a few days later to get an update and was initially told it would be a few days. Was subsequently told it would be 6 weeks....6 weeks for a support contract!. Requested refund and this point and still nothing received 10 days later. Paypal complaint filed.
