False advertising False advertising, they say in stock, turns out its not, its EOL and impossible to get (I knew that the part was EOL ahead of time, but they said in stock right?). Requesting a refund for a third time, they are still trying to push a substitution. Purchased through Paypal, so not worried about getting some of my money back, but CAD to USD conversion with Paypal will not give me exactly the same refund, so I will lose a little. Stay away from them.

false stock information on website, item supposedly on back order forever I've ordered a service extension several weeks ago as it was stated as "in stock", seller contacted me a few hours later that item is on back order and if waiting for some weeks would be fine. Back order time already passed twice and item still not delivered, online still stated as "in stock".

Avoid. Avoid. Sold me faulty goods with Chinese instructions. I contacted them for support and they instead sent me suggestions that have nothing to do with the fault I'm experiencing. Then they went away to "speak to Huawei" and I haven't heard from them since. I'd avoid these guys.

i was sceptical from ordering at first… i was sceptical from ordering at first but i am really glad i did, it was shipped next working day from china and arrived in 4 days, postage is expensive, i brought the 5g cpe win and great product, language is default Chinese but was easy to change to english, and come with a world wide adaptor for the power too. great router, blistering speeds. really happy, highly recomend the product and the company!!
