Avoid. Avoid. Sold me faulty goods with Chinese instructions. I contacted them for support and they instead sent me suggestions that have nothing to do with the fault I'm experiencing. Then they went away to "speak to Huawei" and I haven't heard from them since. I'd avoid these guys.

Xiaomi MI10 Ultra Ordered a Mi10 Ultra from router-switch on the 29th October. I was suspicious, normally I don't order goods from sites I don't know, but their reputation was quite good here on Trustpilot and offered paypal payment that gives a fair safety. The phone was not in stock, took about a week to get the order processed and finally they have sent the shipment info to DHL on Friday, on the 6th November. DHL picked the package up on Monday the 9th and delivered the phone to my house on the 11th! In two days from Hong Kong to Ireland! Fantastic service, beautiful phone, everything was perfect.
