I order them and when they come it turns out that they are hardcoded to be used in China so I can´t use them. I have updated the review to 3 stsrs. I got in contact with Router-Switch and they arranged for me to return the products without cost. What you should update is with correct part numbers for the Fortinet APs that include the country code, EU for Europe as an example.

6 weeks to provide a support contract Purchased a smartnet service contract and paid via paypal. I reached out a few days later to get an update and was initially told it would be a few days. Was subsequently told it would be 6 weeks....6 weeks for a support contract!. Requested refund and this point and still nothing received 10 days later. Paypal complaint filed.

Inquired about a Juniper MX204-base… Inquired about a Juniper MX204-base they had listed on the site for just shy of $13k USD. No initial response, so called. Phone never got picked up after several attempts spaced hours apart. Eventually sent follow-up email 2 days later asking if they were still alive, to which they replied back promptly. That said, they tried to push immediate purchase "otherwise next shipment in > 4 months", ok, believable, but ... no instructions on how. Asked some questions about the router (you know, "if its new, will I have issues registering juniper care", etc.), at which point it all fell apart. Replies from seller indicating model no longer available, trying to upsell me on another unit for $2.5k more, ignored all questions about counterfeit, serial #, juniper care, etc. That said, of course the original model is still listed on their site, same price, available for express shipping, etc. TL;DR: Got the bait and switch experience, like several others by the sounds of it.
