Inquired about a Juniper MX204-base… Inquired about a Juniper MX204-base they had listed on the site for just shy of $13k USD. No initial response, so called. Phone never got picked up after several attempts spaced hours apart. Eventually sent follow-up email 2 days later asking if they were still alive, to which they replied back promptly. That said, they tried to push immediate purchase "otherwise next shipment in > 4 months", ok, believable, but ... no instructions on how. Asked some questions about the router (you know, "if its new, will I have issues registering juniper care", etc.), at which point it all fell apart. Replies from seller indicating model no longer available, trying to upsell me on another unit for $2.5k more, ignored all questions about counterfeit, serial #, juniper care, etc. That said, of course the original model is still listed on their site, same price, available for express shipping, etc. TL;DR: Got the bait and switch experience, like several others by the sounds of it.

Responce waiting over 1 month Router switch now request withdraw on the review. It took one month to get a reply stating they threw my email in the bin. If this is how a business treats potential customers i can only feel for the replies from others who actually purchaced and then got wall of silence. What is worse no responce or responce telling you you dont matter.

Xiaomi MI10 Ultra Ordered a Mi10 Ultra from router-switch on the 29th October. I was suspicious, normally I don't order goods from sites I don't know, but their reputation was quite good here on Trustpilot and offered paypal payment that gives a fair safety. The phone was not in stock, took about a week to get the order processed and finally they have sent the shipment info to DHL on Friday, on the 6th November. DHL picked the package up on Monday the 9th and delivered the phone to my house on the 11th! In two days from Hong Kong to Ireland! Fantastic service, beautiful phone, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this company for any business. Thanks!

I asked if the Fortinet APs that they… I asked if the Fortinet APs that they sold could be used in Europe and I was told that they are universal and that there are no restrictions. I order them and when they come it turns out that they are hardcoded to be used in China so I can´t use them. I have updated the review to 3 stsrs. I got in contact with Router-Switch and they arranged for me to return the products without cost. What you should update is with correct part numbers for the Fortinet APs that include the country code, EU for Europe as an example.

Increases price AFTER the sale and NO communication I placed an order for one of their items that they advertised on their website and they charged my PayPal account accordingly. The next day I receive an email from them saying that the price for the item has increased by $100. I replied to their email saying that I want to cancel my order and issue a full refund. They did not reply. I also tried to contact them through their "Live Chat" and they did not reply. I called their US phone number and it just kept ringing without anyone answering. My advice is to stay away from these scammers. Any other professional business would have responded. I will have to contact PayPal next to void the sale and get a refund. Buyer beware!
