Phone never got picked up after several attempts spaced hours apart. Eventually sent follow-up email 2 days later asking if they were still alive, to which they replied back promptly. That said, they tried to push immediate purchase "otherwise next shipment in > 4 months", ok, believable, but ... no instructions on how. Asked some questions about the router (you know, "if its new, will I have issues registering juniper care", etc.), at which point it all fell apart. Replies from seller indicating model no longer available, trying to upsell me on another unit for $2.5k more, ignored all questions about counterfeit, serial #, juniper care, etc. That said, of course the original model is still listed on their site, same price, available for express shipping, etc. TL;DR: Got the bait and switch experience, like several others by the sounds of it.

Seamless shopping experience Router-switch kept me informed regarding each step of fulfillment, followed-up to check all was OK, and supplied a UK adapter without being asked. Device was new and functioned as expected. Used Google Translate to read the instruction manual.

Responce waiting over 1 month Router switch now request withdraw on the review. It took one month to get a reply stating they threw my email in the bin. If this is how a business treats potential customers i can only feel for the replies from others who actually purchaced and then got wall of silence. What is worse no responce or responce telling you you dont matter.

Avoid. Avoid. Sold me faulty goods with Chinese instructions. I contacted them for support and they instead sent me suggestions that have nothing to do with the fault I'm experiencing. Then they went away to "speak to Huawei" and I haven't heard from them since. I'd avoid these guys.
