False advertising False advertising, they say in stock, turns out its not, its EOL and impossible to get (I knew that the part was EOL ahead of time, but they said in stock right?). Requesting a refund for a third time, they are still trying to push a substitution. Purchased through Paypal, so not worried about getting some of my money back, but CAD to USD conversion with Paypal will not give me exactly the same refund, so I will lose a little. Xiaomi MI10 Ultra Ordered a Mi10 Ultra from router-switch on the 29th October. I was suspicious, normally I don't order goods from sites I don't know, but their reputation was quite good here on Trustpilot and offered paypal payment that gives a fair safety. The phone was not in stock, took about a week to get the order processed and finally they have sent the shipment info to DHL on Friday, on the 6th November. DHL picked the package up on Monday the 9th and delivered the phone to my house on the 11th! In two days from Hong Kong to Ireland! Fantastic service, beautiful phone, everything was perfect.
