Requesting a refund for a third time, they are still trying to push a substitution. Purchased through Paypal, so not worried about getting some of my money back, but CAD to USD conversion with Paypal will not give me exactly the same refund, so I will lose a little. Stay away from them.

Was subsequently told it would be 6 weeks....6 weeks for a support contract!. Requested refund and this point and still nothing received 10 days later. Paypal complaint filed.
