CAFalse advertising False advertising, they say in stock, turns out its not, its EOL and impossible to get (I knew that the part was EOL ahead of time, but they said in stock right?). Requesting a refund for a third time, they are still trying to push a substitution. Purchased through Paypal, so not worried about getting some of my money back, but CAD to USD conversion with Paypal will not give me exactly the same refund, so I will lose a little. Stay away from them.

CNExcellent service! To be honest, I am not good at technology and I don't know how to select the router. So I searched the product on Google, as well as Amazon. It turns out that the price at Amazon is better. But the problem is they don't provide any technical suggestions. Well...I'm not an expert in this field. So I searched for other suppliers and FINALLY! I found Router-switch.com. From my personal experience....It's a very experienced supplier and their technical support is free, even though I only bought one device.

DEfalse stock information on website, item supposedly on back order forever I've ordered a service extension several weeks ago as it was stated as "in stock", seller contacted me a few hours later that item is on back order and if waiting for some weeks would be fine. Back order time already passed twice and item still not delivered, online still stated as "in stock".

CAInquired about a Juniper MX204-base… Inquired about a Juniper MX204-base they had listed on the site for just shy of $13k USD. No initial response, so called. Phone never got picked up after several attempts spaced hours apart. Eventually sent follow-up email 2 days later asking if they were still alive, to which they replied back promptly. That said, they tried to push immediate purchase "otherwise next shipment in > 4 months", ok, believable, but ... no instructions on how. Asked some questions about the router (you know, "if its new, will I have issues registering juniper care", etc.), at which point it all fell apart. Replies from seller indicating model no longer available, trying to upsell me on another unit for $2.5k more, ignored all questions about counterfeit, serial #, juniper care, etc. That said, of course the original model is still listed on their site, same price, available for express shipping, etc. TL;DR: Got the bait and switch experience, like several others by the sounds of it.
