Xiaomi MI10 Ultra Ordered a Mi10 Ultra from router-switch on the 29th October. I was suspicious, normally I don't order goods from sites I don't know, but their reputation was quite good here on Trustpilot and offered paypal payment that gives a fair safety. The phone was not in stock, took about a week to get the order processed and finally they have sent the shipment info to DHL on Friday, on the 6th November. DHL picked the package up on Monday the 9th and delivered the phone to my house on the 11th! In two days from Hong Kong to Ireland! Fantastic service, beautiful phone, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this company for any business. Thanks!

Excellent service！ To be honest, I am not good at technology and I don't know how to select the router. So I searched the product on Google, as well as Amazon. It turns out that the price at Amazon is better. But the problem is they don't provide any technical suggestions. Well...I'm not an expert in this field. So I searched for other suppliers and FINALLY! I found Router-switch.com. From my personal experience....It's a very experienced supplier and their technical support is free, even though I only bought one device.

Took 2 months to arrive but works perfectly. I ordered an Oppo 5G CPE T1 router on 30 November 2020, paid extra for eExpress shipping and handling and it took 2 months to arrive! The router was well packed and came with a UK plug adapter and was very easy to set up with an O2 sim as there is a new O2 mast 400 metres away. I am getting downloads of at least 100 Mbps and sometimes twice that on 4G. I don't have 5G yet but it should be running this year so am hoping for even higher speeds later this year. I am hooked on mobile broadband now and never going back to phone lines or fibre. One star off for dreadful eExpress delivery.

False advertising False advertising, they say in stock, turns out its not, its EOL and impossible to get (I knew that the part was EOL ahead of time, but they said in stock right?). Requesting a refund for a third time, they are still trying to push a substitution. Purchased through Paypal, so not worried about getting some of my money back, but CAD to USD conversion with Paypal will not give me exactly the same refund, so I will lose a little. Stay away from them.
