CAAvoid at all costs - they don't care about customers. Horrible service all around. If you're international, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. They DO NOT deal with the shipping/brokerage for you, meaning extra delays and import fees which they do not give any mention of at the checkout page. They're also liars. UPS said they will happily return to sender, but MK support for some reason says UPS will destroy the package and that they cannot refund me (Hmmmm...). Guaranteed it's because they don't want to accept any responsibility and want to keep my money which they do not deserve, instead of functioning with any integrity whatsoever. Imagine scamming your customers instead of being decent human beings. Save yourself time, money and peace of mind. Order elsewhere for your keyboard needs.

GBThe keyboard never arrived The keyboard never arrived even though it is marked as delivered. I checked the keyboard on the time of delivery but there was no package. They also opted for the cheapest option for delivery (Surepost) so that they can delegate missing packages to USPS. However, USPS doesnt give a d*mn about the missing package. Very irresponsible and sketchy business practice.

GB10/10 Amazing Customer Service I bought a Keyboard a while a ago, to be exact a year ago, and noticed my keyboard would do the causal key chattering. So I contacted support if maybe they could probably help me with this issue. So Isaac S, sent many useful documents about some things that can help me with my issues. After doing that, nothing really worked. So Issac told me If I could send him a Video of me doing the procedures that were listed in the documents. After doing that all of that, Isaac told me to send them the keyboard and it'll be covered by the warranty.

GBI wish I could say I’ve had great luck… I wish I could say I’ve had great luck purchasing but I have not. First time my keyboard I purchased which was a ducky one two lasted me about 3 years. I purchase a ducky one three and the keys are having issues with resistance and noise. I reached out to them and the only solution they gave me was a return with a partial refund for a $150 keyboard because I threw away the box it came in. When I had an issue with EVGA they offered an RMA. Sent me a brand new 3080ti with the condition that I send back my defective 3080ti within 30 days or I would be charged for the new one. Micro center has better return policies so does Newegg so I’m extremely shocked by the lack of customer service. Lack of helpfulness. The only semi helpful suggestion was to purchase a new keyboard to replace mine. Why would I pay for another one to only get a partial refund on a defective one that I am not at fault for. Take your business elsewhere I do not recommend. I’ve also contacted ducky with receipts of the bad service. Ducky even admitted it’s a manufacturers defect

GBShould have read the return policy… Should have read the return policy before hand because Jesus, it seems as if they want the product to be newer than it came before. I hate companies (in which I've only come across three this being the third) that make it a hassle to return items, literally the biggest turn off. didn't even start the return process because you can already tell it's gonna be a horrible experience. would rather just take a loss and never have to deal with companies like this.
