Super fast international delivery, great product Ordered a Ducky One SF keyboard from mechanicalkeyboards.com because 1) Ducky keyboards are hard to find in stock at UK retailers 2) it's unlikely you will find the exact configuration you want (eg, silent red MX switches) 3) I specifically wanted the US layout 4) the price was comparable even after adding taxes and international shipping I ordered it on the 20th and it arrived on the 22nd from US to UK! Charged 25 dollars for shipping than… Charged 25 dollars for shipping than tried to extract another 20 for import fees. The company is tiger imports. I called to discuss the charges and overpriced delivery fee. Than after the phone call the next day they pulled the delivery back. I than tried to call them today only to be met with hostility and he explained because I mentioned the american express

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. Placed an order, they charged my card and then nothing for 18 days. I call and they say “oh, someone just bought the last one before you, but we could give you a different color” - but they wouldn't pay for overnight shipping to make sure it arrived in time for my sons birthday, even though their system screw-up caused this. I do not recommend these rude people at all.
