GBCareful Ordering I placed an order on an "in stock" item August 2020, order arrives today (Jan 2022) to my old address (my bad, but hard to remember something I ordered about a year and a half ago). The current resident puts in a return request without my knowledge. Now I'm expected to pay mechanicalkeyboards.com $9 in restocking fees and $12 for a shipping label I didn't request. So out of this I lose $21 and no keycaps, great experience from everyone involved.

GBPerfect! I've had a handful of experiences with MechanicalKeyboards.com and each one has been great. The prices are reasonable, the stock is vast, the shipping is quick and I've never had a damaged packaged; I don't know what else I can say, they're a benchmark of a business.

GBThe keyboard never arrived The keyboard never arrived even though it is marked as delivered. I checked the keyboard on the time of delivery but there was no package. They also opted for the cheapest option for delivery (Surepost) so that they can delegate missing packages to USPS. However, USPS doesnt give a d*mn about the missing package. Very irresponsible and sketchy business practice.

CALightspeed Shipping and Excellent Customer Support I purchased a keyboard and deskmat from Varmilo and was very impressed when it arrived less than 24 hours later. This was even more impressive because I live outside of the US and was quote 3-7 business days. Packaging was ample and products looked even better in person. I did have an issue with the deskmat as it had a small flaw. Amanda from customer support was understanding and offered a partial refund considering the flaw, which I accepted. Overall very happy with my purchase!

GBI wish I could say I’ve had great luck… I wish I could say I’ve had great luck purchasing but I have not. First time my keyboard I purchased which was a ducky one two lasted me about 3 years. I purchase a ducky one three and the keys are having issues with resistance and noise. I reached out to them and the only solution they gave me was a return with a partial refund for a $150 keyboard because I threw away the box it came in. When I had an issue with EVGA they offered an RMA. Sent me a brand new 3080ti with the condition that I send back my defective 3080ti within 30 days or I would be charged for the new one. Micro center has better return policies so does Newegg so I’m extremely shocked by the lack of customer service. Lack of helpfulness. The only semi helpful suggestion was to purchase a new keyboard to replace mine. Why would I pay for another one to only get a partial refund on a defective one that I am not at fault for. Take your business elsewhere I do not recommend. I’ve also contacted ducky with receipts of the bad service. Ducky even admitted it’s a manufacturers defect
