Very satisifed new customer I'm a brand new customer (as well as a new mechanical keyboard enthusiast). My first order came in SO fast, and everything was packaged perfectly. I really love how I can order switches in increments/packs of 10 (but still get a discount for ordering a lot more). That way I can just order a small pack of 10 without committing to a (possibly expensive) entire set of 100+ switches. I am definitely going to order again. Customer for life!

Charged 25 dollars for shipping than… Charged 25 dollars for shipping than tried to extract another 20 for import fees. The company is tiger imports. I called to discuss the charges and overpriced delivery fee. Than after the phone call the next day they pulled the delivery back. I than tried to call them today only to be met with hostility and he explained because I mentioned the american express

Buyer beware Buyer beware! I ordered a Varmilo x MK x Ducky MIYA Pro for a birthday gift. The order confirmation said I would receive 4-7 business days. On the 6th business day, I contacted the company to track the item and learned they were still trying to figure out if the keyboard was in stock, and after I complained they offered to refund my money, which I did immediately! This company is sketchy!

Super fast international delivery, great product Ordered a Ducky One SF keyboard from mechanicalkeyboards.com because 1) Ducky keyboards are hard to find in stock at UK retailers 2) it's unlikely you will find the exact configuration you want (eg, silent red MX switches) 3) I specifically wanted the US layout 4) the price was comparable even after adding taxes and international shipping I ordered it on the 20th and it arrived on the 22nd from US to UK!
