Worst customer support I've ever… Worst customer support I've ever encountered. My keyboard got lost by UPS and they refused to refund me or cooperate with me in any capacity. 10/10 Amazing Customer Service I bought a Keyboard a while a ago, to be exact a year ago, and noticed my keyboard would do the causal key chattering. So I contacted support if maybe they could probably help me with this issue. So Isaac S, sent many useful documents about some things that can help me with my issues. After doing that, nothing really worked. So Issac told me If I could send him a Video of me doing the procedures that were listed in the documents. After doing that all of that, Isaac told me to send them the keyboard and it'll be covered by the warranty.
