I really love how I can order switches in increments/packs of 10 (but still get a discount for ordering a lot more). Buyer beware Buyer beware! I ordered a Varmilo x MK x Ducky MIYA Pro for a birthday gift. The order confirmation said I would receive 4-7 business days. On the 6th business day, I contacted the company to track the item and learned they were still trying to figure out if the keyboard was in stock, and after I complained they offered to refund my money, which I did immediately! This company is sketchy!

10/10 Amazing Customer Service I bought a Keyboard a while a ago, to be exact a year ago, and noticed my keyboard would do the causal key chattering. So I contacted support if maybe they could probably help me with this issue. So Isaac S, sent many useful documents about some things that can help me with my issues. After doing that, nothing really worked. So Issac told me If I could send him a Video of me doing the procedures that were listed in the documents. After doing that all of that, Isaac told me to send them the keyboard and it'll be covered by the warranty.
