Absolutly Amazing Company Decided to order a custom keyboard and after doing some research went with mechanical keyboards. Their website was easy to use and had a lot to choose from. The customer service i received was so fantastic.. They kept me informed through the whole process. EX: any delays in the keys i had ordered, when parts came in, as well as when it was finally done and shipped out to me.

The keyboard never arrived The keyboard never arrived even though it is marked as delivered. I checked the keyboard on the time of delivery but there was no package. They also opted for the cheapest option for delivery (Surepost) so that they can delegate missing packages to USPS. However, USPS doesnt give a d*mn about the missing package. Very irresponsible and sketchy business practice.

Perfect! I've had a handful of experiences with MechanicalKeyboards.com and each one has been great. The prices are reasonable, the stock is vast, the shipping is quick and I've never had a damaged packaged; I don't know what else I can say, they're a benchmark of a business.

Super good customer service Super good customer service. The staff answeared my questions concerning pre-ordered items and additional purchases very fast via email. Very satisifed new customer I'm a brand new customer (as well as a new mechanical keyboard enthusiast). My first order came in SO fast, and everything was packaged perfectly. I really love how I can order switches in increments/packs of 10 (but still get a discount for ordering a lot more). That way I can just order a small pack of 10 without committing to a (possibly expensive) entire set of 100+ switches. I am definitely going to order again. Customer for life!
