This was even more impressive because I live outside of the US and was quote 3-7 business days. Packaging was ample and products looked even better in person. I did have an issue with the deskmat as it had a small flaw. Amanda from customer support was understanding and offered a partial refund considering the flaw, which I accepted. Overall very happy with my purchase!

The keyboard never arrived The keyboard never arrived even though it is marked as delivered. I checked the keyboard on the time of delivery but there was no package. They also opted for the cheapest option for delivery (Surepost) so that they can delegate missing packages to USPS. However, USPS doesnt give a d*mn about the missing package. Very irresponsible and sketchy business practice.
