Very satisifed new customer I'm a brand new customer (as well as a new mechanical keyboard enthusiast). My first order came in SO fast, and everything was packaged perfectly. I really love how I can order switches in increments/packs of 10 (but still get a discount for ordering a lot more). That way I can just order a small pack of 10 without committing to a (possibly expensive) entire set of 100+ switches. I am definitely going to order again. Customer for life!

Excellent Customer Service I ordered some keycaps and the product did not exactly match the photo on the product listing. I would've given a 3-star rating for the product, but the service made me reconsider the entire shopping experience. Customer Service is 5-stars, so I'll settle on an average total of 4-stars. I reached out to support and they cleared up some confusion about terminology. Isaac is knowledgeable, while also being attentive to small details. Buyer beware Buyer beware! I ordered a Varmilo x MK x Ducky MIYA Pro for a birthday gift. The order confirmation said I would receive 4-7 business days. On the 6th business day, I contacted the company to track the item and learned they were still trying to figure out if the keyboard was in stock, and after I complained they offered to refund my money, which I did immediately! This company is sketchy!

Absolutly Amazing Company Decided to order a custom keyboard and after doing some research went with mechanical keyboards. Their website was easy to use and had a lot to choose from. The customer service i received was so fantastic.. They kept me informed through the whole process. EX: any delays in the keys i had ordered, when parts came in, as well as when it was finally done and shipped out to me.
