10/10 Amazing Customer Service I bought a Keyboard a while a ago, to be exact a year ago, and noticed my keyboard would do the causal key chattering. So I contacted support if maybe they could probably help me with this issue. So Isaac S, sent many useful documents about some things that can help me with my issues. After doing that, nothing really worked. So Issac told me If I could send him a Video of me doing the procedures that were listed in the documents. After doing that all of that, Isaac told me to send them the keyboard and it'll be covered by the warranty.

Excellent Customer Service I ordered some keycaps and the product did not exactly match the photo on the product listing. I would've given a 3-star rating for the product, but the service made me reconsider the entire shopping experience. Customer Service is 5-stars, so I'll settle on an average total of 4-stars. I reached out to support and they cleared up some confusion about terminology. Isaac is knowledgeable, while also being attentive to small details. We were able to quickly and reasonably negotiate a satisfactory resolution. I trust mechanicalkeyboards.com and I would gladly shop with them again.

Very satisifed new customer I'm a brand new customer (as well as a new mechanical keyboard enthusiast). My first order came in SO fast, and everything was packaged perfectly. I really love how I can order switches in increments/packs of 10 (but still get a discount for ordering a lot more). That way I can just order a small pack of 10 without committing to a (possibly expensive) entire set of 100+ switches. I am definitely going to order again. Customer for life!

Super good customer service Super good customer service. The staff answeared my questions concerning pre-ordered items and additional purchases very fast via email. Lightspeed Shipping and Excellent Customer Support I purchased a keyboard and deskmat from Varmilo and was very impressed when it arrived less than 24 hours later. This was even more impressive because I live outside of the US and was quote 3-7 business days. Packaging was ample and products looked even better in person. I did have an issue with the deskmat as it had a small flaw. Amanda from customer support was understanding and offered a partial refund considering the flaw, which I accepted. Overall very happy with my purchase!
