GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. Placed an order, they charged my card and then nothing for 18 days. I call and they say “oh, someone just bought the last one before you, but we could give you a different color” - but they wouldn't pay for overnight shipping to make sure it arrived in time for my sons birthday, even though their system screw-up caused this. I do not recommend these rude people at all.

GBSuper fast international delivery, great product Ordered a Ducky One SF keyboard from mechanicalkeyboards.com because 1) Ducky keyboards are hard to find in stock at UK retailers 2) it's unlikely you will find the exact configuration you want (eg, silent red MX switches) 3) I specifically wanted the US layout 4) the price was comparable even after adding taxes and international shipping I ordered it on the 20th and it arrived on the 22nd from US to UK! Arrived in perfect condition, very happy with the product. Would recommend.

GBGreat parts and wonderful customer service I bought 5 10-packs of cherry MX blue switches. Two were the wrong switch type (Kailh blues), so I brought up the issue to customer support and they quickly resolved my issue and sent me replacements. No other electronics website has ever been this fast and with as good customer support and I fully intend to buy more keyboard parts from them in the future. I just wish they had LEDs in stock. 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

GBWorst customer support I've ever… Worst customer support I've ever encountered. My keyboard got lost by UPS and they refused to refund me or cooperate with me in any capacity. If you value your money buy your mechanical keyboards from any of the many other sites to choose from. These people will literally rob you
