10/10 Amazing Customer Service I bought a Keyboard a while a ago, to be exact a year ago, and noticed my keyboard would do the causal key chattering. So I contacted support if maybe they could probably help me with this issue. So Isaac S, sent many useful documents about some things that can help me with my issues. After doing that, nothing really worked. So Issac told me If I could send him a Video of me doing the procedures that were listed in the documents. After doing that all of that, Isaac told me to send them the keyboard and it'll be covered by the warranty.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. Placed an order, they charged my card and then nothing for 18 days. I call and they say “oh, someone just bought the last one before you, but we could give you a different color” - but they wouldn't pay for overnight shipping to make sure it arrived in time for my sons birthday, even though their system screw-up caused this. I do not recommend these rude people at all.

Fast shipping and standout customer service. I ordered a Cherry MX switch tester along with a Ducky One 3 Aura Black 100%. The order was shipped out first thing Monday morning after I ordered it over the weekend, and aside from UPS creating headaches with their incredibly lackluster tracking, it was an excellent transaction. Excellent Customer Service I ordered some keycaps and the product did not exactly match the photo on the product listing. I would've given a 3-star rating for the product, but the service made me reconsider the entire shopping experience. Customer Service is 5-stars, so I'll settle on an average total of 4-stars. I reached out to support and they cleared up some confusion about terminology. Isaac is knowledgeable, while also being attentive to small details. Super fast international delivery, great product Ordered a Ducky One SF keyboard from mechanicalkeyboards.com because 1) Ducky keyboards are hard to find in stock at UK retailers 2) it's unlikely you will find the exact configuration you want (eg, silent red MX switches) 3) I specifically wanted the US layout 4) the price was comparable even after adding taxes and international shipping I ordered it on the 20th and it arrived on the 22nd from US to UK! Arrived in perfect condition, very happy with the product. Would recommend.
