Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. Placed an order, they charged my card and then nothing for 18 days. I call and they say “oh, someone just bought the last one before you, but we could give you a different color” - but they wouldn't pay for overnight shipping to make sure it arrived in time for my sons birthday, even though their system screw-up caused this. I do not recommend these rude people at all.

Should have read the return policy… Should have read the return policy before hand because Jesus, it seems as if they want the product to be newer than it came before.
