The order was shipped out first thing Monday morning after I ordered it over the weekend, and aside from UPS creating headaches with their incredibly lackluster tracking, it was an excellent transaction. Super fast international delivery, great product Ordered a Ducky One SF keyboard from mechanicalkeyboards.com because 1) Ducky keyboards are hard to find in stock at UK retailers 2) it's unlikely you will find the exact configuration you want (eg, silent red MX switches) 3) I specifically wanted the US layout 4) the price was comparable even after adding taxes and international shipping I ordered it on the 20th and it arrived on the 22nd from US to UK! Arrived in perfect condition, very happy with the product. Would recommend.

Buyer beware Buyer beware! I ordered a Varmilo x MK x Ducky MIYA Pro for a birthday gift. The order confirmation said I would receive 4-7 business days. On the 6th business day, I contacted the company to track the item and learned they were still trying to figure out if the keyboard was in stock, and after I complained they offered to refund my money, which I did immediately! This company is sketchy!

Lightspeed Shipping and Excellent Customer Support I purchased a keyboard and deskmat from Varmilo and was very impressed when it arrived less than 24 hours later. This was even more impressive because I live outside of the US and was quote 3-7 business days. Packaging was ample and products looked even better in person. I did have an issue with the deskmat as it had a small flaw. Amanda from customer support was understanding and offered a partial refund considering the flaw, which I accepted. Overall very happy with my purchase!
