Very satisifed new customer I'm a brand new customer (as well as a new mechanical keyboard enthusiast). My first order came in SO fast, and everything was packaged perfectly. I really love how I can order switches in increments/packs of 10 (but still get a discount for ordering a lot more). That way I can just order a small pack of 10 without committing to a (possibly expensive) entire set of 100+ switches. I am definitely going to order again. Customer for life!

Excellent Customer Service I ordered some keycaps and the product did not exactly match the photo on the product listing.
