I called to discuss the charges and overpriced delivery fee. Than after the phone call the next day they pulled the delivery back. Absolutly Amazing Company Decided to order a custom keyboard and after doing some research went with mechanical keyboards. Their website was easy to use and had a lot to choose from. The customer service i received was so fantastic.. They kept me informed through the whole process. EX: any delays in the keys i had ordered, when parts came in, as well as when it was finally done and shipped out to me.

Lightspeed Shipping and Excellent Customer Support I purchased a keyboard and deskmat from Varmilo and was very impressed when it arrived less than 24 hours later. This was even more impressive because I live outside of the US and was quote 3-7 business days. Packaging was ample and products looked even better in person. I did have an issue with the deskmat as it had a small flaw. Amanda from customer support was understanding and offered a partial refund considering the flaw, which I accepted. Overall very happy with my purchase!

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. Placed an order, they charged my card and then nothing for 18 days. I call and they say “oh, someone just bought the last one before you, but we could give you a different color” - but they wouldn't pay for overnight shipping to make sure it arrived in time for my sons birthday, even though their system screw-up caused this. I do not recommend these rude people at all.
