Avoid at all costs - they don't care about customers. Horrible service all around. If you're international, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. They DO NOT deal with the shipping/brokerage for you, meaning extra delays and import fees which they do not give any mention of at the checkout page. They're also liars. UPS said they will happily return to sender, but MK support for some reason says UPS will destroy the package and that they cannot refund me (Hmmmm...). Guaranteed it's because they don't want to accept any responsibility and want to keep my money which they do not deserve, instead of functioning with any integrity whatsoever. Imagine scamming your customers instead of being decent human beings. Save yourself time, money and peace of mind. Order elsewhere for your keyboard needs.

Super fast international delivery, great product Ordered a Ducky One SF keyboard from mechanicalkeyboards.com because 1) Ducky keyboards are hard to find in stock at UK retailers 2) it's unlikely you will find the exact configuration you want (eg, silent red MX switches) 3) I specifically wanted the US layout 4) the price was comparable even after adding taxes and international shipping I ordered it on the 20th and it arrived on the 22nd from US to UK! Arrived in perfect condition, very happy with the product. Would recommend.

Great parts and wonderful customer service I bought 5 10-packs of cherry MX blue switches. Two were the wrong switch type (Kailh blues), so I brought up the issue to customer support and they quickly resolved my issue and sent me replacements. No other electronics website has ever been this fast and with as good customer support and I fully intend to buy more keyboard parts from them in the future. I just wish they had LEDs in stock. 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

Absolutly Amazing Company Decided to order a custom keyboard and after doing some research went with mechanical keyboards. Their website was easy to use and had a lot to choose from. The customer service i received was so fantastic.. They kept me informed through the whole process. EX: any delays in the keys i had ordered, when parts came in, as well as when it was finally done and shipped out to me.

Do not buy from here. I ordered a Ducky One Two keyboard and at first it was fantastic, everything was working well until I noticed the RGB lighting inside was starting to go off color. I didn't pay much mind to it until soon after my keyboard which was set to an orange color turned half green and other colors. Obviously the lightboard was faulty and only showed up after the warranty was gone. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Not only is the lightboard broken but even now I am having trouble sometimes with certain keys not working like alt or ctrl. They sell faulty keyboards whose problems only show up after months of use.
