Absolutly Amazing Company Decided to order a custom keyboard and after doing some research went with mechanical keyboards. Their website was easy to use and had a lot to choose from. The customer service i received was so fantastic.. They kept me informed through the whole process. EX: any delays in the keys i had ordered, when parts came in, as well as when it was finally done and shipped out to me.

Great parts and wonderful customer service I bought 5 10-packs of cherry MX blue switches. Two were the wrong switch type (Kailh blues), so I brought up the issue to customer support and they quickly resolved my issue and sent me replacements. No other electronics website has ever been this fast and with as good customer support and I fully intend to buy more keyboard parts from them in the future. I just wish they had LEDs in stock. 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

Charged 25 dollars for shipping than… Charged 25 dollars for shipping than tried to extract another 20 for import fees. The company is tiger imports. I called to discuss the charges and overpriced delivery fee. Than after the phone call the next day they pulled the delivery back.
