Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. Placed an order, they charged my card and then nothing for 18 days. I call and they say “oh, someone just bought the last one before you, but we could give you a different color” - but they wouldn't pay for overnight shipping to make sure it arrived in time for my sons birthday, even though their system screw-up caused this. I do not recommend these rude people at all.

Excellent Customer Service I ordered some keycaps and the product did not exactly match the photo on the product listing. I would've given a 3-star rating for the product, but the service made me reconsider the entire shopping experience. Customer Service is 5-stars, so I'll settle on an average total of 4-stars. Absolutly Amazing Company Decided to order a custom keyboard and after doing some research went with mechanical keyboards. Their website was easy to use and had a lot to choose from. The customer service i received was so fantastic.. They kept me informed through the whole process.
