Buyer beware Buyer beware! I ordered a Varmilo x MK x Ducky MIYA Pro for a birthday gift. The order confirmation said I would receive 4-7 business days. On the 6th business day, I contacted the company to track the item and learned they were still trying to figure out if the keyboard was in stock, and after I complained they offered to refund my money, which I did immediately! This company is sketchy!

Super fast international delivery, great product Ordered a Ducky One SF keyboard from mechanicalkeyboards.com because 1) Ducky keyboards are hard to find in stock at UK retailers 2) it's unlikely you will find the exact configuration you want (eg, silent red MX switches) 3) I specifically wanted the US layout 4) the price was comparable even after adding taxes and international shipping I ordered it on the 20th and it arrived on the 22nd from US to UK! Arrived in perfect condition, very happy with the product. Would recommend.

Excellent Customer Service I ordered some keycaps and the product did not exactly match the photo on the product listing. I would've given a 3-star rating for the product, but the service made me reconsider the entire shopping experience. Customer Service is 5-stars, so I'll settle on an average total of 4-stars. I reached out to support and they cleared up some confusion about terminology. Isaac is knowledgeable, while also being attentive to small details. Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. Placed an order, they charged my card and then nothing for 18 days. I call and they say “oh, someone just bought the last one before you, but we could give you a different color” - but they wouldn't pay for overnight shipping to make sure it arrived in time for my sons birthday, even though their system screw-up caused this. I do not recommend these rude people at all.
