The order was shipped out first thing Monday morning after I ordered it over the weekend, and aside from UPS creating headaches with their incredibly lackluster tracking, it was an excellent transaction. The keyboard never arrived The keyboard never arrived even though it is marked as delivered. I checked the keyboard on the time of delivery but there was no package. They also opted for the cheapest option for delivery (Surepost) so that they can delegate missing packages to USPS. However, USPS doesnt give a d*mn about the missing package. Very irresponsible and sketchy business practice.

Absolutly Amazing Company Decided to order a custom keyboard and after doing some research went with mechanical keyboards. Their website was easy to use and had a lot to choose from. The customer service i received was so fantastic.. They kept me informed through the whole process. EX: any delays in the keys i had ordered, when parts came in, as well as when it was finally done and shipped out to me.
