GBCost effective live chat solution Let me start out by saying that there is no such thing as picture perfect software. Even Honda recalls its cars. That said, Live2Support’s live chat service is indeed value for money and that is the first thing I noticed when I set out to find a cost effective live chat solution for my website. You can’t beat more than a couple of hundred features for under $10 for a single chat operator which is all I want at least at this point in time. I really like the fact that I can respond to chat requests from my customers using my smartphone literally while waiting in line for the bank teller to serve me. I also like the customizing feature which lets me put all the Christmas decorations I want in the user chat window during Christmas.

ESnot fit for purpose avoid at all costs Live2Support & their parent company ProProfs.com are NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, their server is down for whole weekends, they have no phone support, no email support and ironically no chat support. Avoid these Indian companies AT ALL COSTS

BOUnreliable The support they provide is useless, some might even lie to you just to get you to purchase something. I've had really bad experience with these people and sometimes I've received the exact opposite of support, they brought problems to me. What makes it even worse is that you can hardly communicate with them because their english is so bad.
