USTHEY WONT RETUN MONEY FROM A FRADULANT PURCHASE I have a Amazon account, well in the beginning of January my bank card along with my wallet was stolen. I reported it to my bank right away, not realizing someone would have hacked into my Amazon account and purchasing a $1800.00 PC. My bank card would not work as it was considered stolen by my bank so when the person who ordered this PC tried to use my bank card, Amazon took it upon themselves to say "Hey her bank card is not working so were going to charge it to another persons card on her account with a totally different name linked to it. So now my fathers card was charged $1800.00 from this company J-Tech Digital, Inc. I have been in contact with J-Tech Digital, Inc. and Amazon regarding this matter. I never received the PC as who ever signed for it( a TSMITH) intercepted it at FedEx and now the company J-Tech Digital, Inc. will not refund a fraudulent purchase on my Amazon account for something that i never purchased or received. Now there insisting that I did receive it and they will not refund the money until I return the PC!! HOW CAN I RETURN SOMETHING THAT I NEVER ORDERED NOR RECIEVED..I HAVE NOTING TO RETURN...This company has the dumbest people who do not understand what I and Amazon is stating to them. I would never recommend this company, especially after seeing such bad reviews on them. Now I guess ill have to go to the Better Business Bureau on this matter!

USAwful Customer Experience I purchased an HDMI Splitter 1x8 from J-Tech via Amazon. I only made the decision to go with J-Tech after reading such great reviews regarding their products and customer service. Unfortunately, after about 4-5 months of the product working well, it suddenly failed. Five phone calls and 3 emails later, I finally procured a pre-paid return shipping label from the manager. I sent the item in the last week of October. It is not the second week of December, and I still have yet to receive a replacement or repaired item. I have spoken to at least 3 different people in their company and received multiple empty promises. I was given a tracking number and entered it on the USPS tracking website only to find that the item had in fact not been shipped yet. Save yourself the agony and don't shop with J-Tech.

USLove this product and great service This is a great product which works perfectly in our audio/video system. This product allows extracting audio in both analog or 5.1 ch digital sounds. I used it to send the audio from HDMI signal to the external computer speakers. Both sound and video quality are excellent. I spent a few weeks to look for this kind of product, this listed product is the perfect one I am looking for. So far I am very happy.

USGood company and great service I've had this switch in place for a couple weeks now and It is the perfect solution to switch audio sources for my VIZIO S4251w-B4 5.1 Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer and Satellite Speakers. I have the IR receiver mounted just underneath the soundbar which in turn is mounted several inches under the TV on a Bell'O PP59B TV Mount. I'm using 6 foot 9To5Cables Premium Toslink Optical Digital Audio Cables to make all the connections between my 50" 3D Plasma TV, Smart 3D Blueray player, and my XBMC/Mac Mini based Media Center to the Soundbar/Surround system. The remote control is very simple to operate and doesn't seem to confuse my wife. We are 8' or closer when we use the remote and the IR receiver never fails to receive the signal and switch the audio source. The smart blue ray player is what we use most so it is #1, TV #2 and Mac Mini #3. All the cables and the switch is out of the way and since the stand and soudbar are all black you can't even see where the IR receiver is mounted. The system is completely out of site and works perfect. The 9To5 cables compliment this J-Tech switch very well and are worth every penny. Excellent build quality and they fit very snug in the switch and devices. To connect to the Mac Mini I purchased an inexpensive Toslink-to-3.5mm Mini Optical Adapter on Amazon but wasn't happy with that item because it would not stay connected to the 9To5 cable. I went to BestBuy/Magnolia and purchased an AudioQuest adapter, Model OPLNKMINIADAPT, for a few dollars more and it stays connected to the 9To5 cable. I'll will update my review so people have a better idea about the longevity of the J-Tech product but I'm glad I read all the reviews and went with this setup.

USI was very pleased with the purchase experience. The product worked as I expected I needed this product so I could hook up a Roku with only HDMI output to my older Harmon Kardon Receiver that only has optical digital input. After reading all the review online I was a little concerned because there were a couple of reviews stating that the picture quality was not good. That is not my experience at all. I am extremely picky about picture and audio quality and this thing delivers on both. On a 60" Samsung I can't tell the difference in picture quality with the J-Tech in the mix. Great product. I would highly recommend it.
