Item not delivered Ordered a scooter at the beginning of January which still hasn't been delivered. I have emailed twice and had no reply whatsoever. Now the website is down I fear my money has been taken and no product has been sent to me.

I was very pleased with the purchase experience. The product worked as I expected I needed this product so I could hook up a Roku with only HDMI output to my older Harmon Kardon Receiver that only has optical digital input. After reading all the review online I was a little concerned because there were a couple of reviews stating that the picture quality was not good. That is not my experience at all. I am extremely picky about picture and audio quality and this thing delivers on both. On a 60" Samsung I can't tell the difference in picture quality with the J-Tech in the mix. Great product. I would highly recommend it.
