GBLove this product and great service This is a great product which works perfectly in our audio/video system. This product allows extracting audio in both analog or 5.1 ch digital sounds. I used it to send the audio from HDMI signal to the external computer speakers. Both sound and video quality are excellent. I spent a few weeks to look for this kind of product, this listed product is the perfect one I am looking for. So far I am very happy.

GBTerrible experience trying to get a… Terrible experience trying to get a pre-owned item up and running. Paid for their "used equipment fee" to register a pre-owned item. After more than 3 months of attempting to get their software to run on my Mac I had to scrap the whole project. Less than stellar customer service. Hard to get a hold of their one main tech guy (Jeremy) & on top of that kept getting emails from sales asking if I wanted to purchase other equipment. Huge bummer because they have a very small competitor market. But you've been warned. This company comes with a lot of set up headaches. Not worth it.
