GBTerrible experience trying to get a… Terrible experience trying to get a pre-owned item up and running. Paid for their "used equipment fee" to register a pre-owned item. After more than 3 months of attempting to get their software to run on my Mac I had to scrap the whole project. Less than stellar customer service. Hard to get a hold of their one main tech guy (Jeremy) & on top of that kept getting emails from sales asking if I wanted to purchase other equipment. Huge bummer because they have a very small competitor market. But you've been warned. This company comes with a lot of set up headaches. Not worth it.

GBexcellent customer service and care excellent customer service and care. i had a issue with an item i ordered but jewel was quick to guide and assist me throughout the entire process. i will be back!
