I was emailed simple instructions and a mailing label immediatly. I was notified promptly when my phone was received, confirmed that the phone was in the condition that I had claimed, and when my payment was in process. The whole process took only about two weeks. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to sell a cell phone.

It’s not the value until they inspect your phone Even though my phone fit their requirements for being in top condition, when they received it, they found two issues (that weren’t listed as criteria), and countered with a lower purchase price. I accepted the lower price, to avoid the time to get it back and try another (I accepted what they say they found too). Point is, I didn’t get the price their website made it seem I would get, so be aware.
