It’s not the value until they inspect your phone Even though my phone fit their requirements for being in top condition, when they received it, they found two issues (that weren’t listed as criteria), and countered with a lower purchase price. I accepted the lower price, to avoid the time to get it back and try another (I accepted what they say they found too). Point is, I didn’t get the price their website made it seem I would get, so be aware.

Received price as quoted, highest of all trade-ins! I sent in my iPhone 12 Pro Max for the quoted estimate, highest of all trade-in values, and upon inspection I received the full original quote.
