My experience with this iPhone 13 Pro… My experience with this iPhone 13 Pro Max order has been a complete nightmare. They received and confirmed the receipt of my phone, but after that, they simply stopped responding to my multiple emails. It has been over a month, and I have neither received payment nor had my phone returned. This level of disregard and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS!! STOLE MY PHONE! Seems like this is a common issue with this company. They received my phone and i accepted their low ball offer. Was told id receive payment within 7 business days and never did!! Now they wont reply to any of my emails. I am calling the local police department asap!!

lost 400 dollars I sold my iphone to them and accepted their offer for 400 and never heard from them again please stay far away from this company unless you want your phone stolen!!!

Initially I was little hesitant to sell… Initially I was little hesitant to sell my phone with them by seeing the few 1 star negative reviews. But after had a nice experience with them, I realized that, it's absolutely fake review. Recell.io gave me best offer. I sent my phone to them and they acknowledged the receipt of my phone. After inspecting it they adjusted my offer, because they thought my phone wasn't an unlocked phone. I wrote an email to them explaining it's an unlocked phone. They again inspected it and honored my promised sale price. Within few days I received my payment cheque.

Will steal your phone I should of read the reviews and researched this company first. I originally dealt with these people back in may 2023. Received a email that there was an issue with the sim lock. I confirmed with them that the phone was indeed unlocked and May 31, 2023 was the last I heard of from these people. I went to check their website to see if there was any kind of address or phone number, to find out they have taken down their website as well. I am so mad at myself for allowing myself to fall for this.
