I RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION STATING THE PHONE WAS RECEIVED 5/12/23. THE OFFERED LESS THAN MY QUOTE. I DECLINED THE OFFER AT FIRST BUT THEN, THEY OFFERED ME MORE ON 5/15/23, SO I ACCEPTED. WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE MY CHECK WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS. IT WASNT MAILED ON TIME, I CONTINUED TO EMAIL THEM AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS A DELAY ON PAYMENTS BECAUSE THEY WERE SO BUSY. MY CHECK WAS FINALLY MAILED ON 5/30/23. I DEPOSITED THE CHECK ON 6/12/2023 AND ON 6/14/2023 SAW THAT THE CHECK WAS RETURNED. I CONTACTED MY BANK AND WAS TOLD IT WAS RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. IVE BEEN SENDING THIS COMPANY EMAILS EVERYDAY SINCE AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE AT ALL. SO I LOST OUT ON MY MONEY AS WELL AS MY PHONE!!

Received price as quoted, highest of all trade-ins! I sent in my iPhone 12 Pro Max for the quoted estimate, highest of all trade-in values, and upon inspection I received the full original quote. I was notified throughout the process but didn't receive my payment as anticipated. I called the recell.io support staff, they were helpful and kindly expedited my device payment. I would recommend their service to anyone trading in electronic devices!

I was emailed simple instructions and a mailing label immediatly. I was notified promptly when my phone was received, confirmed that the phone was in the condition that I had claimed, and when my payment was in process. The whole process took only about two weeks. June 2 2023 - Sent another follow up email for an update June 5 2023 - Ariel: "I will found out and let you know" June 12 2023 - Sent yet another follow up email June 15 2023 - Sent yet another follow up email, still no response June 27 2023 - Sent yet another follow up email, still no response Closing in on 2 months and this one reputable company has gone dark and are stealing people's phones. Initially I was little hesitant to sell… Initially I was little hesitant to sell my phone with them by seeing the few 1 star negative reviews. But after had a nice experience with them, I realized that, it's absolutely fake review. Recell.io gave me best offer. I sent my phone to them and they acknowledged the receipt of my phone. After inspecting it they adjusted my offer, because they thought my phone wasn't an unlocked phone. I wrote an email to them explaining it's an unlocked phone. They again inspected it and honored my promised sale price. Within few days I received my payment cheque.
