They received and confirmed the receipt of my phone, but after that, they simply stopped responding to my multiple emails. It has been over a month, and I have neither received payment nor had my phone returned. This level of disregard and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. Will steal your phone I should of read the reviews and researched this company first. I originally dealt with these people back in may 2023. Received a email that there was an issue with the sim lock. I confirmed with them that the phone was indeed unlocked and May 31, 2023 was the last I heard of from these people. I went to check their website to see if there was any kind of address or phone number, to find out they have taken down their website as well. I am so mad at myself for allowing myself to fall for this.

Received price as quoted, highest of all trade-ins! I sent in my iPhone 12 Pro Max for the quoted estimate, highest of all trade-in values, and upon inspection I received the full original quote. SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS!! STOLE MY PHONE! Seems like this is a common issue with this company. They received my phone and i accepted their low ball offer. Was told id receive payment within 7 business days and never did!! Now they wont reply to any of my emails. I am calling the local police department asap!!
