They received and confirmed the receipt of my phone, but after that, they simply stopped responding to my multiple emails. It has been over a month, and I have neither received payment nor had my phone returned. This level of disregard and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. SCAM! If you want your phone stolen use this company. They received my phone on May 2nd. May 5th got an email that payment was being sent. On May 13th I got another email that payment was being sent. I waited till the 27th to contact them because no check ever came in the mail. They emailed me a PDF check the next day but got sent back for insufficient funds after I deposited it. I then contacted them again and was told it would be looked into and sent to management and marked urgent but now they stopped communication with me. BEWARE!

Top dollar and quick! Selling my old phone to Recell was a very positive experience. I decided to try Recell initially because the quoted price was the highest compared to competitors. I was emailed simple instructions and a mailing label immediatly. I was notified promptly when my phone was received, confirmed that the phone was in the condition that I had claimed, and when my payment was in process. The whole process took only about two weeks. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to sell a cell phone.

SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS!! STOLE MY PHONE! Seems like this is a common issue with this company. They received my phone and i accepted their low ball offer. Was told id receive payment within 7 business days and never did!! Now they wont reply to any of my emails. I am calling the local police department asap!!
