SCAM! If you want your phone stolen use this company. They received my phone on May 2nd. May 5th got an email that payment was being sent. On May 13th I got another email that payment was being sent. I waited till the 27th to contact them because no check ever came in the mail. They emailed me a PDF check the next day but got sent back for insufficient funds after I deposited it. I then contacted them again and was told it would be looked into and sent to management and marked urgent but now they stopped communication with me. BEWARE!

Received price as quoted, highest of all trade-ins! I sent in my iPhone 12 Pro Max for the quoted estimate, highest of all trade-in values, and upon inspection I received the full original quote. I was notified throughout the process but didn't receive my payment as anticipated. I called the recell.io support staff, they were helpful and kindly expedited my device payment. SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS!! STOLE MY PHONE! Seems like this is a common issue with this company. They received my phone and i accepted their low ball offer. Was told id receive payment within 7 business days and never did!! Now they wont reply to any of my emails. I am calling the local police department asap!!
