I was emailed simple instructions and a mailing label immediatly. I was notified promptly when my phone was received, confirmed that the phone was in the condition that I had claimed, and when my payment was in process. The whole process took only about two weeks. It’s not the value until they inspect your phone Even though my phone fit their requirements for being in top condition, when they received it, they found two issues (that weren’t listed as criteria), and countered with a lower purchase price. I accepted the lower price, to avoid the time to get it back and try another (I accepted what they say they found too). Point is, I didn’t get the price their website made it seem I would get, so be aware.

SCAM! If you want your phone stolen use this company. They received my phone on May 2nd. May 5th got an email that payment was being sent. On May 13th I got another email that payment was being sent. I waited till the 27th to contact them because no check ever came in the mail. They emailed me a PDF check the next day but got sent back for insufficient funds after I deposited it. I then contacted them again and was told it would be looked into and sent to management and marked urgent but now they stopped communication with me. BEWARE!
