Top dollar and quick! Selling my old phone to Recell was a very positive experience. I decided to try Recell initially because the quoted price was the highest compared to competitors. I was emailed simple instructions and a mailing label immediatly. I was notified promptly when my phone was received, confirmed that the phone was in the condition that I had claimed, and when my payment was in process. The whole process took only about two weeks. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to sell a cell phone.

SCAM! If you want your phone stolen use this company. They received my phone on May 2nd. May 5th got an email that payment was being sent. On May 13th I got another email that payment was being sent. I waited till the 27th to contact them because no check ever came in the mail. They emailed me a PDF check the next day but got sent back for insufficient funds after I deposited it. I then contacted them again and was told it would be looked into and sent to management and marked urgent but now they stopped communication with me. BEWARE!

My experience with this iPhone 13 Pro… My experience with this iPhone 13 Pro Max order has been a complete nightmare. They received and confirmed the receipt of my phone, but after that, they simply stopped responding to my multiple emails. It has been over a month, and I have neither received payment nor had my phone returned. This level of disregard and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. Initially I was little hesitant to sell… Initially I was little hesitant to sell my phone with them by seeing the few 1 star negative reviews. But after had a nice experience with them, I realized that, it's absolutely fake review. Recell.io gave me best offer. I sent my phone to them and they acknowledged the receipt of my phone. After inspecting it they adjusted my offer, because they thought my phone wasn't an unlocked phone. I wrote an email to them explaining it's an unlocked phone. They again inspected it and honored my promised sale price. Within few days I received my payment cheque.
