SCAM! If you want your phone stolen use this company. They received my phone on May 2nd. May 5th got an email that payment was being sent. On May 13th I got another email that payment was being sent. I waited till the 27th to contact them because no check ever came in the mail. They emailed me a PDF check the next day but got sent back for insufficient funds after I deposited it. I then contacted them again and was told it would be looked into and sent to management and marked urgent but now they stopped communication with me. BEWARE!

Absolute Scam Absolute Scam! Stolen my phones over $3000. Sold my phones to them in March. Recieved an email claiming they have initialed my paper check in April, however, nothing was received since then. Asked for reissue a echeck but no response since May. Today is June.15. Looking for legit solution now. Stay away from this scam company please!

Received price as quoted, highest of all trade-ins! I sent in my iPhone 12 Pro Max for the quoted estimate, highest of all trade-in values, and upon inspection I received the full original quote. Easy transaction, quick refund I dropped my old but perfectly functioning iPhone6S in salt water.
