SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS!! STOLE MY PHONE! Seems like this is a common issue with this company. They received my phone and i accepted their low ball offer. Was told id receive payment within 7 business days and never did!! Now they wont reply to any of my emails. I am calling the local police department asap!!

Easy transaction, quick refund I dropped my old but perfectly functioning iPhone6S in salt water. Unfortunately I could not resuscitate it and therefore started looking for options to recycle it and get some money back. Recell offered the most money as well as totally free shipping. I packaged the phone, printed the return label, posted it and a few days later received my Paypal credit.

Absolute Scam Absolute Scam! Stolen my phones over $3000. Sold my phones to them in March. Recieved an email claiming they have initialed my paper check in April, however, nothing was received since then. Asked for reissue a echeck but no response since May. Today is June.15. Looking for legit solution now. Stay away from this scam company please!

My experience with this iPhone 13 Pro… My experience with this iPhone 13 Pro Max order has been a complete nightmare. They received and confirmed the receipt of my phone, but after that, they simply stopped responding to my multiple emails. It has been over a month, and I have neither received payment nor had my phone returned. This level of disregard and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. SCAM! If you want your phone stolen use this company. They received my phone on May 2nd. May 5th got an email that payment was being sent. On May 13th I got another email that payment was being sent. I waited till the 27th to contact them because no check ever came in the mail. They emailed me a PDF check the next day but got sent back for insufficient funds after I deposited it. I then contacted them again and was told it would be looked into and sent to management and marked urgent but now they stopped communication with me. BEWARE!
