It’s not the value until they inspect your phone Even though my phone fit their requirements for being in top condition, when they received it, they found two issues (that weren’t listed as criteria), and countered with a lower purchase price. I accepted the lower price, to avoid the time to get it back and try another (I accepted what they say they found too). Point is, I didn’t get the price their website made it seem I would get, so be aware.

Received price as quoted, highest of all trade-ins! I sent in my iPhone 12 Pro Max for the quoted estimate, highest of all trade-in values, and upon inspection I received the full original quote. I was notified throughout the process but didn't receive my payment as anticipated. I called the recell.io support staff, they were helpful and kindly expedited my device payment. I would recommend their service to anyone trading in electronic devices!

They received and confirmed the receipt of my phone, but after that, they simply stopped responding to my multiple emails. It has been over a month, and I have neither received payment nor had my phone returned. This level of disregard and lack of communication is completely unacceptable.
