GBThey stole my phones and didn’t pay Currently owed $1000+ by Recell. They sent me a check for partial payment and it bounced. They are making no efforts to fix the situation. Edit: I have received payment for the bounced check after countless emails, currently waiting for payment for 2 other orders. Will update next week when I hear back. Another update: they stopped responding to me again, threatened to not pay me unless I remove the reviews. I told them I would remove the reviews once I’m paid. I am still owed. Beware, they will steal your phones and not pay you

GBWill steal your phone I should of read the reviews and researched this company first. I originally dealt with these people back in may 2023. Received a email that there was an issue with the sim lock. I confirmed with them that the phone was indeed unlocked and May 31, 2023 was the last I heard of from these people. I went to check their website to see if there was any kind of address or phone number, to find out they have taken down their website as well. I am so mad at myself for allowing myself to fall for this.

GBSCAMMERS! SCAMMERS!! STOLE MY PHONE! Seems like this is a common issue with this company. They received my phone and i accepted their low ball offer. Was told id receive payment within 7 business days and never did!! Now they wont reply to any of my emails. I am calling the local police department asap!!

GBIt’s not the value until they inspect your phone Even though my phone fit their requirements for being in top condition, when they received it, they found two issues (that weren’t listed as criteria), and countered with a lower purchase price. I accepted the lower price, to avoid the time to get it back and try another (I accepted what they say they found too). Point is, I didn’t get the price their website made it seem I would get, so be aware.

GBDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RECELL May 10 2023 - iPhone 12 Pro Max sent to their facility, inspected, and accepted offer May 21 2023 - Sent follow up email regarding payment status May 22 2023 - Ariel (Customer Support) emails stating they'll follow up and get back to me within 24 business hours. June 2 2023 - Sent another follow up email for an update June 5 2023 - Ariel: "I will found out and let you know" June 12 2023 - Sent yet another follow up email June 15 2023 - Sent yet another follow up email, still no response June 27 2023 - Sent yet another follow up email, still no response Closing in on 2 months and this one reputable company has gone dark and are stealing people's phones. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RECELL
