They received and confirmed the receipt of my phone, but after that, they simply stopped responding to my multiple emails. It has been over a month, and I have neither received payment nor had my phone returned. This level of disregard and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. It's high time we all file a complaint with the local law enforcement agency. Stay away from this company at all costs! My order #1684425670

Initially I was little hesitant to sell… Initially I was little hesitant to sell my phone with them by seeing the few 1 star negative reviews. But after had a nice experience with them, I realized that, it's absolutely fake review. Recell.io gave me best offer. I sent my phone to them and they acknowledged the receipt of my phone. After inspecting it they adjusted my offer, because they thought my phone wasn't an unlocked phone. I wrote an email to them explaining it's an unlocked phone. They again inspected it and honored my promised sale price. Within few days I received my payment cheque.

Received price as quoted, highest of all trade-ins! I sent in my iPhone 12 Pro Max for the quoted estimate, highest of all trade-in values, and upon inspection I received the full original quote. I was notified throughout the process but didn't receive my payment as anticipated. I called the recell.io support staff, they were helpful and kindly expedited my device payment. I would recommend their service to anyone trading in electronic devices!

June 2 2023 - Sent another follow up email for an update June 5 2023 - Ariel: "I will found out and let you know" June 12 2023 - Sent yet another follow up email June 15 2023 - Sent yet another follow up email, still no response June 27 2023 - Sent yet another follow up email, still no response Closing in on 2 months and this one reputable company has gone dark and are stealing people's phones. Absolute Scam Absolute Scam! Stolen my phones over $3000. Sold my phones to them in March. Recieved an email claiming they have initialed my paper check in April, however, nothing was received since then. Asked for reissue a echeck but no response since May. Today is June.15. Looking for legit solution now. Stay away from this scam company please!
