It’s not the value until they inspect your phone Even though my phone fit their requirements for being in top condition, when they received it, they found two issues (that weren’t listed as criteria), and countered with a lower purchase price. I accepted the lower price, to avoid the time to get it back and try another (I accepted what they say they found too). Point is, I didn’t get the price their website made it seem I would get, so be aware.

Top dollar and quick! Selling my old phone to Recell was a very positive experience. I decided to try Recell initially because the quoted price was the highest compared to competitors. I was emailed simple instructions and a mailing label immediatly. I was notified promptly when my phone was received, confirmed that the phone was in the condition that I had claimed, and when my payment was in process. The whole process took only about two weeks. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to sell a cell phone.

I RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION STATING THE PHONE WAS RECEIVED 5/12/23. THE OFFERED LESS THAN MY QUOTE. I DECLINED THE OFFER AT FIRST BUT THEN, THEY OFFERED ME MORE ON 5/15/23, SO I ACCEPTED. WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE MY CHECK WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS. IT WASNT MAILED ON TIME, I CONTINUED TO EMAIL THEM AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS A DELAY ON PAYMENTS BECAUSE THEY WERE SO BUSY. MY CHECK WAS FINALLY MAILED ON 5/30/23. I DEPOSITED THE CHECK ON 6/12/2023 AND ON 6/14/2023 SAW THAT THE CHECK WAS RETURNED. I CONTACTED MY BANK AND WAS TOLD IT WAS RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. IVE BEEN SENDING THIS COMPANY EMAILS EVERYDAY SINCE AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE AT ALL. SO I LOST OUT ON MY MONEY AS WELL AS MY PHONE!!

SCAM! If you want your phone stolen use this company. They received my phone on May 2nd. May 5th got an email that payment was being sent. On May 13th I got another email that payment was being sent. I waited till the 27th to contact them because no check ever came in the mail. They emailed me a PDF check the next day but got sent back for insufficient funds after I deposited it. I then contacted them again and was told it would be looked into and sent to management and marked urgent but now they stopped communication with me. BEWARE!

Absolute Scam Absolute Scam! Stolen my phones over $3000. Sold my phones to them in March. Recieved an email claiming they have initialed my paper check in April, however, nothing was received since then. Asked for reissue a echeck but no response since May. Today is June.15. Looking for legit solution now. Stay away from this scam company please!
