SCAM! If you want your phone stolen use this company. They received my phone on May 2nd. May 5th got an email that payment was being sent. On May 13th I got another email that payment was being sent. I waited till the 27th to contact them because no check ever came in the mail. They emailed me a PDF check the next day but got sent back for insufficient funds after I deposited it. I then contacted them again and was told it would be looked into and sent to management and marked urgent but now they stopped communication with me. BEWARE!

Easy transaction, quick refund I dropped my old but perfectly functioning iPhone6S in salt water. Unfortunately I could not resuscitate it and therefore started looking for options to recycle it and get some money back. Recell offered the most money as well as totally free shipping. I packaged the phone, printed the return label, posted it and a few days later received my Paypal credit.

I RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION STATING THE PHONE WAS RECEIVED 5/12/23. THE OFFERED LESS THAN MY QUOTE. I DECLINED THE OFFER AT FIRST BUT THEN, THEY OFFERED ME MORE ON 5/15/23, SO I ACCEPTED. WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE MY CHECK WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS. IT WASNT MAILED ON TIME, I CONTINUED TO EMAIL THEM AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS A DELAY ON PAYMENTS BECAUSE THEY WERE SO BUSY. MY CHECK WAS FINALLY MAILED ON 5/30/23. I DEPOSITED THE CHECK ON 6/12/2023 AND ON 6/14/2023 SAW THAT THE CHECK WAS RETURNED. I CONTACTED MY BANK AND WAS TOLD IT WAS RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. IVE BEEN SENDING THIS COMPANY EMAILS EVERYDAY SINCE AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE AT ALL. SO I LOST OUT ON MY MONEY AS WELL AS MY PHONE!!

Absolute Scam Absolute Scam! Stolen my phones over $3000. Sold my phones to them in March. Recieved an email claiming they have initialed my paper check in April, however, nothing was received since then. Asked for reissue a echeck but no response since May. Today is June.15. Looking for legit solution now. Stay away from this scam company please!

They stole my phones and didn’t pay Currently owed $1000+ by Recell. They sent me a check for partial payment and it bounced. They are making no efforts to fix the situation. Edit: I have received payment for the bounced check after countless emails, currently waiting for payment for 2 other orders. Will update next week when I hear back. Another update: they stopped responding to me again, threatened to not pay me unless I remove the reviews. I told them I would remove the reviews once I’m paid. I am still owed. Beware, they will steal your phones and not pay you
