All good result for the upgrade to PRO. All went well ... just a bit of back-track and re-do in the installation process. All is well that ends well!

Easy upgrade -

I screwed up but MS Office saved me I purchased a copy of windows home and I needed windows pro. I went on the MS Office website and got in contact with Jason in like 10 seconds. Jason quickly help me get my issue resolved and sold me windows pro for the price difference of my previous purchase. Jason saved my life and blew me away with the response that I received from MS Office! I can easily recommend every one buy keys from them.

Worst online shop EVER!! Worst online shop EVER!!! no back-up, no customer service, no help at all. I purchased Office 2016 from them but can not get it to activate. Can't even get a response from my email that went to the Support line. Can not get into Chat line even though I waited for over 2 hours and it did appear that I was moving up in the queue. When I got to #1 it just sat there. As for getting a refund just forget it. Count you loses and move on! I am so angry that they have the nerve to sell online but with no help. And their web page states they are all over the world! Just a complete RIP OFF. Do not buy anything from this (Company) and I use that term loosely.
