Worst online shop EVER!! Worst online shop EVER!!! no back-up, no customer service, no help at all. I purchased Office 2016 from them but can not get it to activate. Can't even get a response from my email that went to the Support line. Can not get into Chat line even though I waited for over 2 hours and it did appear that I was moving up in the queue. When I got to #1 it just sat there. As for getting a refund just forget it. Count you loses and move on! I am so angry that they have the nerve to sell online but with no help. And their web page states they are all over the world! Just a complete RIP OFF. Do not buy anything from this (Company) and I use that term loosely.

worst online shopping experience ever. here is my experience purchased windows 7 retail key but did not receive my product even after emailing them, reporting the issue on their website and having an online chat with them. I finally got the key after a few day, activated the product and 2 days later the key gets blocked by Microsoft. yes technically they sell the product to more than 1 person. I have reported them the issue again and they don't even bother replying back. stay away from these guys if you don't want extra headache, stress and lost money in your life.
