First time ordering from hyped effect First time ordering from hyped effect, i was skeptical and nervous but i reached out to them on Instagram and they responded immediately, made me feel comfortable with ordering, sent me links to reviews and assured the delivery process. They promptly checked on my order & provided updates by email & Instagram messenger. I received my items, and the quality of the leather on my iPad cover and iwatch band is unmatched (amazing).The only think i would recommend is to upgrade the material used for the gold accents. Ordered a phone case and the gold accent chain felt and looked cheap. The leather of the case was perfect. Amazing customer service.

I find their response laughable I find their response laughable. If they really wanted to make this right, they would have contacted me personally, and not some fake public display. They make it seem like its a small error, oh well, we are sorry. They know full well that their products are not leather and that the size of the bag is not the same as their website.
