Thank you for the support you have provided to keep the business up and running. We received support by them, even long after our support agreement was expired and there was no delay when we had the need.

Worst tech support I have ever… Worst tech support I have ever encountered. Takes an act of congress to reinstall and activate software after a crash. They say to call tech support to get it reactivated but then say you can't contact tech support without a support contract.

Great product with many useful… Great product with many useful features. Service support is also exceled and very proactive in their investigation. I'm sure that we keep using their great product range in many years to come.

I can't quit you Ipswitch! I started using Ipswitch in 2004 while working as a webmaster and found the product to be very reliable with features to control large user groups and track files. Retirement started 5 years ago and recently, after being a bit bored, took on a volunteer webmaster position. My first choice, over all the free ftp apps, was and still is Ipswitch. Even though I am on a limited income, the money spent is well worth it. Ipswitch is a reliable, stable application that is easy to use and hard to forget.

Purchase/upgrade has bugs and can make the application unusable The application works great, but I've had trouble with the program upgrading. I used the free version without issue, then I purchased it and it won't work. Gives me an error and I can't uninstall the original free version. I've been a web developer for over 20 years so I'm highly experienced with installing programs, etc. It's been so annoying that I'm considering finding another solution and taking the purchase of wsftp as a total loss, because I have to have something that works. I've done some research and this is not an isolated issue. There are work arounds posted, so far no luck, but a good product would not require work arounds. It's a shame because the product works great, just your purchase/upgrade functionality is flawed.
