NLPurchasing process is bad Purchasing process is bad. Paying is easy, but information on retreiving the download for this product is not very clear. You must register to the community, whereupon you are supposed to find your purchased products on your Products page. Despite the message stating "Products for new contacts and online orders can take up to 1 hour to show under My Products" my purchased product has not shown up after waiting several hours. So on the whole, not very satisfying at all. In this digital age you could expect a smoother transaction.

GBOK product, bad licensing policy I have used WSFTP pro for many years -- practically daily. The product itself is not bad, but they have found that they can't really add much to it, so they do things like restricting your license to only one machine. It's kind of a ripoff given that there are other (free) products available. I have not had great interactions with their support staff either. If you are a first-time buyer: just say no. Many of us are kind of locked in because the product has stored login information in a way that is not easily exportable to other programs. I am in the process of migrating to another system so I can get free of the tyranny.

There seems to be at least one or two people comming to me each week saying "I heard you have a solution to my problem." And I usually do. It's MoveIT.

CAThe FTP connects but only reads all and… The FTP connects but only reads all and every file on hmspress.ca as having 0 content, I cannot delete, upload or download any files to update the website. It used to work years ago but now on a secnd and third try it doesnot even accept my credentials or login information. Program is faulty and not useful to me anymore. Why does it not work. GBAtrocious customer service The product itself is not bad. However, they farm out their customer service and technical support to call centers in India, so it takes at least 12 hours to get a response, and even if you get one, they don't understand what you are trying to ask so you have to re-ask and then get another response 12 hours later still not understanding, and though they are claiming to be empathetic, they offer more politically correct responses that offer NO helpful solutions AT ALL. So you ask again, except this time more emphatically, and they escalate to a "manager" who still doesn't understand, nor provides any tangible practical solution. This has gone on for over a week, while business is being held up, and time continuing to be wasted. I have asked for a refund, and if i do not get it, I will be downgrading this review to one star.
