Complete scam I purchased their software online and never received my serial number. Then sumbitted my information on their sales and support forms and heard nothing back. Then called the number and was on hold for 26 minutes before they just said "our offices are now closed" then got kicked back to the main menu.

I have used the Ipswitch FTP software… I have used the Ipswitch FTP software for many years. When my computer crashed and I could't download the old version of the software I purchased the current version. On the surface at least it appears identical to the old version I used everyday for about 10 years. It's easy to install and set up, always dependable, and is a real workhorse. Its a GREAT software product and I've always found the support to be quick and spot on...It's obviously a GREAT company too!!!

The FTP connects but only reads all and… The FTP connects but only reads all and every file on hmspress.ca as having 0 content, I cannot delete, upload or download any files to update the website. It used to work years ago but now on a secnd and third try it doesnot even accept my credentials or login information. Program is faulty and not useful to me anymore. Why does it not work. You do not have to be a computer nerd… You do not have to be a computer nerd to use Ipswitch. The user interface for moving files couldn't be simpler. FIles can be moved by simply dragging them from a computer folder to a website folder or vice versa. Also, the Iipswitch help menu shows how easy it is to create scripts that upload or download files from a website to a computer and schedule the scripts to run once a day or every 5 minutes.

Great product with many useful… Great product with many useful features. Service support is also exceled and very proactive in their investigation. I'm sure that we keep using their great product range in many years to come.
