The MoveIT Automation and MoveIT DMZ… The MoveIT Automation and MoveIT DMZ products solve so many problems in my enterprise that I've become somewhat of a hero at my company. There seems to be at least one or two people comming to me each week saying "I heard you have a solution to my problem." And I usually do. It's MoveIT.

It used to work years ago but now on a secnd and third try it doesnot even accept my credentials or login information. Program is faulty and not useful to me anymore. Why does it not work. somewhat intuitive somewhat intuitive, flexible and convenient to use. The transfer of files is quick and seamless. However, you do need to know what you are doing. It is a little bit confusing to navigate through the file structure, but this depends on how the file structure is set up. It may take about an hour of use or for some people, more time, to get used to the requirements of the system. Once this is done, the system is relatively easy to use and it works great.

Purchasing process is bad Purchasing process is bad. Paying is easy, but information on retreiving the download for this product is not very clear. You must register to the community, whereupon you are supposed to find your purchased products on your Products page. Despite the message stating "Products for new contacts and online orders can take up to 1 hour to show under My Products" my purchased product has not shown up after waiting several hours. So on the whole, not very satisfying at all. In this digital age you could expect a smoother transaction.

Complete scam I purchased their software online and never received my serial number. Then sumbitted my information on their sales and support forms and heard nothing back. Then called the number and was on hold for 26 minutes before they just said "our offices are now closed" then got kicked back to the main menu.
