Complete scam I purchased their software online and never received my serial number. Then sumbitted my information on their sales and support forms and heard nothing back. Then called the number and was on hold for 26 minutes before they just said "our offices are now closed" then got kicked back to the main menu.

Does not display properly on 4k Windows 10 The app on windows does not display properly in 4k which is the only real choice for my laptop where I need to run it. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and now I'm being told that there is no fix for the problem and no estimated time for a fix to go into place. I feel really let down. Now, I hear that IpSwitch has been bought out and I have not received a response what they are going to do about my problem.

It used to work years ago but now on a secnd and third try it doesnot even accept my credentials or login information. Program is faulty and not useful to me anymore. Why does it not work. You do not have to be a computer nerd… You do not have to be a computer nerd to use Ipswitch. The user interface for moving files couldn't be simpler. FIles can be moved by simply dragging them from a computer folder to a website folder or vice versa. Also, the Iipswitch help menu shows how easy it is to create scripts that upload or download files from a website to a computer and schedule the scripts to run once a day or every 5 minutes.
