Then called the number and was on hold for 26 minutes before they just said "our offices are now closed" then got kicked back to the main menu.

It may take about an hour of use or for some people, more time, to get used to the requirements of the system. Once this is done, the system is relatively easy to use and it works great.

OK product, bad licensing policy I have used WSFTP pro for many years -- practically daily. The product itself is not bad, but they have found that they can't really add much to it, so they do things like restricting your license to only one machine. It's kind of a ripoff given that there are other (free) products available. I have not had great interactions with their support staff either. If you are a first-time buyer: just say no. Many of us are kind of locked in because the product has stored login information in a way that is not easily exportable to other programs. I am in the process of migrating to another system so I can get free of the tyranny.

It used to work years ago but now on a secnd and third try it doesnot even accept my credentials or login information. Program is faulty and not useful to me anymore. Why does it not work.
