GBDimeCuba: they help you all the way! This company has an outstanding service. They are excellent in answering your questions. Calling to find out about your transactions is a great experience. I paid for 60 lbs. of medications and other goods to my family in Cuba on July 9th. The shipping had some delays due to COVID-19 infection on the warehouse in Havana and poor service from the Cuban customs. The tracking service is complex like any transaction with Cuba. There is no automation for the distribution once your shipment arrive to Havana. We know that any simple process in Cuba it gets easily translated to a nightmare. However, DimeCuba is helping with their team to make it possible to send medications and miscellaneous to our families in the island that basically don't have anything to survive the COVID-19 pandemic. As you can see, I encountered some roadblocks and still give them 5 stars because they listen and support you. Thank you!
