GBThey do not "deliver" I sent a 3 pound medicine package for a person in Havana. Besides the 45 dollars I paid ( 15 dolars a pound) and the 3 percent fee for paying with a credit card, the person in Cuba was supposed to pay 100 cuban pesos (the delivery is in a province other than Havana). I am not complaining about the fees because I paid that money so they could take the package to the person's house. It didn't happen, the person had to go get the package himself. Very disappointed.

GBThis is the second time I buy food for… I had some delivery issues with Dimecuba, due to COVID19 but they took good care of me. their food is of great quality and I recommend them.And I'm very grateful for the custumer service given to me by Alicia the supervisor from Dimecuba.
