GBScam --- DO NOT BUY from DigitLook!! My husband bought a digitizer online as a Xmas gift to his parents, and was charged on 12/14/2009 with $231.81. Then we went on a 2 weeks trip on 12/18/2009 until 1/2/2010 came back home, still didn't see the digitizer. Then checked email found on 12/20/2009 they send a cancellation email. We called and only got voice mail, email and no reply. Our credit card was charged and paid. I thought I would lost $231.81 but I still called my credit card company, Chase, surprisedly, they told me they that would take care of it and will refund me in 48 hours. What a relief!! Chase is great!! For those of you haven't called your credit company, call them and you have a good chance to get your money back!! I hope for those who are thinking about buy anything from DigitLook will read my story, DO NOT BUY!!

GBPoor Customer Service I ordered my item which functioned poorly and wasn't as described and now they won't respond to my e-mails requesting a return. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND SHOP SOMEWHERE LEGIT!!!
