No explanation, no customer service - voice messages unanswered. Am now battling w/ CC company to reverse charges Stay away from these scumbags!!!!

Poor Customer Service I ordered my item which functioned poorly and wasn't as described and now they won't respond to my e-mails requesting a return. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND SHOP SOMEWHERE LEGIT!!!

Good selection and prices on apple stuff. I've purchased a number of iPod accessories from the store. No complains at all.
