Rarely any issues. Quick merchant inquiry response time. Reports always available. I've yet to have any real issue with PriceGrabber as a merchant, and we've been with them since 2009 at least. Our agent is very responsive, reports are reliably available and very granular, their listing and bidding options are among the most varied among comparison shopping engines, and any technical issues we've had with our feeds have either been a mistake on our end, or quickly identified by PriceGrabber's support. My only gripes have been minor at best. I'd love web-query options for data reporting, and their product search in the bidding tool through their UI leaves some to be desired, and I'd love an option for a CPA pricing model, but it's all very manageable.

Stay away i signed up with them and i uploaded 1 product and i found a product that i wanted to sell on there site and they put my account on hold. i have sent them an email and no response yet. Stay away from them

Great prices, outstanding cusomer service, and will definetely recomend anyone to pricegrabber. Customer service is amazing, great prices and very satisfied, will definitely buy again.
