Vague chat support after removing great features I used to be really happy working with HiTask. It was easy to use, line item task management, color coding, project connection. Perfect for someone like me who has to keep their eye on lots of small moving components across different projects. A few years ago they removed what in my opinion was an amazing feature without any sort of heads up. After repeatingly asking about it via chat support (is it removed forever, will it be brought back?), they either ignore or give "bot" like vague answers that don't answer my questions at all. It's still a pretty nice tool, but if you're a single person using it, please be aware customer support is extremely limited, putting it mildly.

Definitely a great tool. Definitely a great to-do list tool and project manager.

Took my money I paid for an upgrade, they took my money and did not provide me with any upgrade. After the trial period ended they simply informed me my trial was over and offered me the opportunity to upgrade. No response from any support chat or email addresses. Disgusted. £100 down the drain and caused me all manner of issues.
