Vague chat support after removing great features I used to be really happy working with HiTask. It was easy to use, line item task management, color coding, project connection. Perfect for someone like me who has to keep their eye on lots of small moving components across different projects. A few years ago they removed what in my opinion was an amazing feature without any sort of heads up. After repeatingly asking about it via chat support (is it removed forever, will it be brought back?), they either ignore or give "bot" like vague answers that don't answer my questions at all. It's still a pretty nice tool, but if you're a single person using it, please be aware customer support is extremely limited, putting it mildly.

Horrific company and a total scam- STAY… Horrific company and a total scam- STAY AWAY unless you want to lock yourself into a service that is impossible to cancel. I have been trying to cancel for over a year by emailing them, chatting on website, submitting forms, filing a FTC complaint, and nothing worked- I still get charged monthly ( which I dispute). Maybe the owners died and it is all on autopilot but I cant even get an agent online to chat with I just submit the info and wait until I realize I am not getting responded to since they don't want me to cancel.
