Worst app company to use. I used this company to build me an app over 3 years ago and still have yet to see a working app from them. I would never use them. There customer service if you can even get in touch with anyone is an absolute joke. Heed my warning and find a different app company.. Brainy apps is terrible.

Not timely or efficient in their process After over 6 months of working on a project that was suppose to take 10-12 weeks we are finally making progress. I had to write a negative review to get the process moving in any timely fashion.

Karen and Mykola were excellent Karen and Mykola were excellent (Gus and Robert, too, for that matter), putting the app together just as I'd wanted. Karen and Mykola listened and adjusted as requested. They even threw in ideas I'd not considered but recognized would make the app even better. Karen created a great "flow" of the app. She suggested it include "top five" performers, and I agreed. Mykola offered a few designs beyond what I imagined, and I picked the one(s) that he embellished beyond my initial ideas.

DO NOT FALL FOR IT DO NOT FALL FOR IT! These guys (Deron, John, and Carmen) are professional scam artists. They filed for bankruptcy in the middle of my app build, and then went totally silent. I was able to get some money back through my credit card company, but am still out $17k+. I am in contact with the FBI regarding wire fraud, and I encourage anyone else who was scammed by them to do the same. Research App Development, and DO NOT use these guys. They also took my friend for over $40k, his retirement fund, and now won't return calls. I cannot stress enough that these guys are scammers. Maybe we need a class action lawsuit? Karma is a real, and let's hope they see legal repercussions for scamming so many people out of their hard earned money.

I’ve been working with Brainy Apps over… I’ve been working with Brainy Apps over two years to create an app. it’s been an overly long process. When the team would say they would have XYZ done by XYZ it was always multiple weeks up to months pushed back. I gave them full payment upfront. They are claiming to be done with my project yet have not fixed crucial issues that are making it a non-user-friendly app. I’d like to believe I did not get scammed but…… Evidence is pointing elsewhere. I am hoping this app can be salvaged with a different reputable, honest, and ethical company. Like everything else in life…… Lesson learned.
