I’ve been working with Brainy Apps over… I’ve been working with Brainy Apps over two years to create an app. it’s been an overly long process. When the team would say they would have XYZ done by XYZ it was always multiple weeks up to months pushed back. I gave them full payment upfront. They are claiming to be done with my project yet have not fixed crucial issues that are making it a non-user-friendly app. I’d like to believe I did not get scammed but…… Evidence is pointing elsewhere. I am hoping this app can be salvaged with a different reputable, honest, and ethical company. Like everything else in life…… Lesson learned.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Go to Better Business Bureau or Yelp! Look at the reviews, I wish I had!! Do your research. They take advantage of peoples dreams. They ask you to do reviews on Trust Pilot when you just start so they get a good one and then never finish or give you an unusable or no good app. I started this app in 2017. They said it would take 3-4 mnths. Its now 2021. In the store not able to purchase, was told to tell customers to go around it to my website that "Apple wont find out they never check" Old equipment my website went down for years. I paid my own coders to help them, they cost me wasted years and alot of money. They are not professional and when they don't know how to fix something they dont respond. When I disputed additional fees they charged so that I would have access to my own website co owner said " As part owner of the company I have every right to be involved. The amount that you have been charged is for partial payment of this months server and a service fee. You apparently dont understand the amount and of time and money that you cause our company. If you choose to do a charge back we will then have no other choice but to stop our services" You are stuck because they have your money and app. So without the money you have no app and the app they give is either not completed or not working correctly. They are rude and do not respond. They have now said in 2021 that my website is expired and I have to create another app. They moved my website from Godaddy in 2017 where it was safe to their server where it kept crashing for years. Now in 2021 they say it expired to start a new app... sooooo more money?? What ANOTHER 4 years!!!! I have gone to someone else that said I should've known it doesnt take 5 years to create and app. I am not tech smart, they take advantage of people. They make you sign paperwork so you cant sue. Look at all the reviews they are all the same. You get an app that doesnt work. They take your money, dont respond and try to frustrate you and give you something that doesn't work so you go somewhere else. They win every time, but its wrong and they will eventually be stopped. Please read the reviews if you have a dream go to a reputable company, don't let them waste years of your time and money. **(Lets all get together and stop scams Class Action Lawsuit-Del Albright) IN REPLY TO Brainyapps...I paid for an App promised in 3 months 5 YEARS LATER ITS STILL NOT DONE!! You must be trying to correct reviews to start phishing for more people to scam, as you have now resorted to absolute lies. First my website was in Godaddy working perfectly til I was FORCED to transfer to your server that repeatedly crashed. And server to server as Ben says Dec 8 2020 "Sorry Del yesterday Deron didnt get back to me until late. The new server is overcrowded. We have to get a whole new provider entirely. From my understanding it is a bigger upgraded than expected. Your site is the first to be moved." Another we have no idea whats going on among MANY others from Ben "Hey Del, I want just to let you know. I am adding our head developer to take a stab at your project. He will need time to review the codes. Doesnt look like our guy can do this, but it doesnt hurt to add our best coder to the project." Then you didn't pay your cloud hosting n it went down! And FREE services?? LOL You had me paying MONTHLY for an app not working, poor server conditions, AND added fees for my developer to see my website. FOR 5 YEARS!!! And then your Carmen charging my card WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. 2nd I was never given any fees to update that was turned away although I wld NEVER have trusted you to fix it esp after waiting 5 YEARS. 3rd the app was NEVER COMPLETED. Its actually in the stores try and sign up LOL. Im still paying someone else to replace it, as money wasn't the issue it was poor service, & waiting 5 YEARS for a product STILL UNFINISHED! And final I was told you had to update your servers because they were not capable of handling these projects and your team knew nothing about Wordpress. You all lied to me from the very beginning saying you had been in business for years. And according to Better Business you started your business THE YEAR I CAME TO YOU LIARS. Pressuring me to write a review when you started the app as you knew it would never be finished just like the others, reviews are given when a project is done. Your business is built on LIES. Keep on phishing, and lying to people to get those bills paid as you filed CHAPTER 11. Truth is out, and bad people dont get very far. I guess why you had to file CHAPTER 11!! LOL You cant keep up with your lies!! First you said you "finished" the app many years ago, completed it perfectly AFTER which time this client wanted to connect it to a broken and outdated website platform. Then said I approached you 4 years ago to have it built around the website LOL!! I'd love to go to court with you scammers!

They worked with us, resolving all issues and concerns despite our limitations in experience. They worked hard and long and has help us launch our idea on google play store. If you believe and trust in your ideas there is always someone available to help you introduce it to the world. BrainyApps has become our dream maker and is still helping on continuing projects. Couldn't have done without them...Outstanding team and staff.

Brainnyapps The Worst Apps Brainnyapps makes the worst apps on the market. Their apps are not usable.. I made the biggest mistake trusting these clowns and liers, they wanted to charge me DOUBLE at the end, the what we agreed, so i did not get all i wanted and i am stuck now. Don’t have funds to complete the app. They only have good marketing, saying “you have idea, we will turn it into million dollars” biggest lies. They are hidding everything from people, saying just what you want to hear. A few Brainnyapps employees left them and i got email from them, not to deal with them anymore, they are not honest, that’s why poeple leaving them left and right. My worst experience in my life, dealing with somebody.. STAY AWAY, you will be left with no money with half project done..

Worst company ever Worst company ever. It took them 3 years and whole lot of promises and extensions. I paid over 20,000 for an app. It did launch I’ll give them that but it’s not what I wanted by any means. They won’t release my source code so I can’t even give it to another company. I have to start all over. Do not use them!
