USI ordered a designer cologne that… I ordered a designer cologne that smells nothing like the real scent which I own. It was through Walmart.com and because I didn’t find out that it was a knockoff until 30 days had passed I was not able to return or exchange it. I was told to contact Device Replay but I got no response to my email. Would never purchase from them again.

USDISHONEST BUSINESS, BUYER BEWARE Ordered a refurbished Fitbit Blaze for Christmas gift and when it arrived it did not work properly. Called customer service number only to get a recorded message (with children in the background) that due to COVID there is no phone support at this time. Emailed multiple email addresses listed on website to get a refund or replacement. It’s been over a week and no reply. There is nothing on the website stating any issues and you can still place orders you just cannot get any help. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I recommend anyone else that has problems with them do the same. Probably the only way this person will stop dishonest business practices.

USOrdered a "refurbished" IPOD in August… Ordered a "refurbished" IPOD in August 2020. When I received it a week later the device was turned on, battery was dead and it would not take a charge. Per the website I enclosed a note as to why I was returning it. I explained the problem and I was told it was functioning perfectly. It . 5th that a reds now Oct. 17, 2020 and I am still waiting for a refund. They emailed me on Oct that a refund was issued. I have never received it. Don't do business with them. The stuff is junk.

USPoor customer service Ordered a Motorola modem, in time for shipping with Comcast scheduled for the install. Received notification the device shipped - WAS CHARGED - and 4 day later received notification order "was canceled because of unforseen circumstances and your payment has been refunded". No time to order another one before Comcast arrives in 2 days. Avoid these losers.

USThis company is a SCAM!! This company is a SCAM!!! I purchased a phone for 89.99 but when I got the copy in the mail with the phone, it said I only paid 69.99 and when I emailed them I got no response!!! Where’s my other $20??? Then I had to take it in to the shop because my Husband couldn’t hear out of either speaker. Plus it has a cracked screen! Shop came back with it needing a motherboard!!! I WANT ANSWERS!!! Do not buy from these guys!
