GBDISHONEST BUSINESS, BUYER BEWARE Ordered a refurbished Fitbit Blaze for Christmas gift and when it arrived it did not work properly. Called customer service number only to get a recorded message (with children in the background) that due to COVID there is no phone support at this time. Emailed multiple email addresses listed on website to get a refund or replacement. It’s been over a week and no reply. There is nothing on the website stating any issues and you can still place orders you just cannot get any help. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I recommend anyone else that has problems with them do the same. Probably the only way this person will stop dishonest business practices.

GBOrdered a "refurbished" IPOD in August… Ordered a "refurbished" IPOD in August 2020. When I received it a week later the device was turned on, battery was dead and it would not take a charge. Per the website I enclosed a note as to why I was returning it. I explained the problem and I was told it was functioning perfectly. It . 5th that a reds now Oct. 17, 2020 and I am still waiting for a refund. They emailed me on Oct that a refund was issued. I have never received it. Don't do business with them. The stuff is junk.
