GBPoor customer service Ordered a Motorola modem, in time for shipping with Comcast scheduled for the install. Received notification the device shipped - WAS CHARGED - and 4 day later received notification order "was canceled because of unforseen circumstances and your payment has been refunded". No time to order another one before Comcast arrives in 2 days. Avoid these losers.

GBDISHONEST BUSINESS, BUYER BEWARE Ordered a refurbished Fitbit Blaze for Christmas gift and when it arrived it did not work properly. Called customer service number only to get a recorded message (with children in the background) that due to COVID there is no phone support at this time. Emailed multiple email addresses listed on website to get a refund or replacement. It’s been over a week and no reply. There is nothing on the website stating any issues and you can still place orders you just cannot get any help. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I recommend anyone else that has problems with them do the same. Probably the only way this person will stop dishonest business practices.
