DISHONEST BUSINESS, BUYER BEWARE Ordered a refurbished Fitbit Blaze for Christmas gift and when it arrived it did not work properly. Called customer service number only to get a recorded message (with children in the background) that due to COVID there is no phone support at this time. Emailed multiple email addresses listed on website to get a refund or replacement. It’s been over a week and no reply. There is nothing on the website stating any issues and you can still place orders you just cannot get any help. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I recommend anyone else that has problems with them do the same. Probably the only way this person will stop dishonest business practices.

Devicereplay is not fraudulent. I was at first scared because as soon as I sent my money to the website my friend told me that it was a fraud. I was stubborn and chose not to believe so i kept looking at websites and they all said it was fraud. But I looked closely and I realized it was the same person posting in all these websites with the exact same comment word for word and I thought it was suspicious. My package came today as they said but the only problem was that they gave me the charging case not the wireless one. It is not fake I have taken it to apple certified people and they say the same, “looks normal”. In conclusion it is not a fraudulent website but don’t trust everything you see on the internet.
