Truly terrible customer service Truly terrible customer service. Never answer the phone. The site goes down often and you can't log on. I did get a call back once out of 3-4 tries about a week later and the guy sounded like a high school student. I am done with this awful product

Now we donot miss a deadline, forget to raise invoices and our receivables have reduced significantly. All the information is accessible on the go and I can now be out of office with complete control on my business through the iPhone app.
