Most of our client undergo higher level of stress, emotion and expectations and are generally more sensitive. We are now able to make more data driven decisions and also deploy technology to improve sentiments in our regular communications through their Sentiment Analyzer feature. The case management features are simple and easy to use. We specially like the Reminders feature. It allows us to create reminders for just anything and has helped improve our deliverables.

GBTruly terrible customer service Truly terrible customer service. Never answer the phone. The site goes down often and you can't log on. I did get a call back once out of 3-4 tries about a week later and the guy sounded like a high school student. I am done with this awful product
