What a joke, be careful "It take weeks to get my order. They sell me a defective noctua fan and dont want to refund me! The guy at support even said to me that there's a problem with noctua fan btut say to me after that its not defective. What a shitty place, incredible. NEVER buy from there. It cost me 1800$ for my computer without monitor and now i can't have a normal cpu cooler who work on the cpu controller of my motherboard. Dont make my mistake to save a few bucks: go to micro-bytes.

Bad customer service Bought a 100$ item that was defect. I went in person to their desk and paid cash. Contacted them the next day for a replacement and their policy is No Refund/No Exchange. Their website clearly mentions there is some left in stock so exchange could be easy. They only offer me to take care of the RMA for me. Too bad if they keep my money while I'm waiting 4-6 weeks for a replacement. Totally unacceptable. Ended up buying another one elsewhere and took care of the RMA myself with the manufacturer. Staaayyy aawwwaaayyy.
