No customer service I purchased a $500 flight yoke from them. When I opened the box, the packaging had been pre-opened and there was dust all over it. The item was also defective. I contacted them about returning it and they told me to take it up with the manufacturer. Since that didn't work, I pursued the matter with them and they said that their policy clearly state no refunds or exchange. They called me a liar and said they would take legal action against me to prove that the product was new. Stay clear from this retailer.
