My computer arrived right on time & DC provided me with a tracking # and confirmation. The monitor, keyboard, mouse, and computer are like BRAND NEW & there's a handy little manual guide too. They also sent a monitor cable and two power cords. The experience as a first time customer has been so satisfactory, I recommend them to everyone. Just waiting for the internet to be installed so I can get windows up & running but so far so GREAT! They provide a step by step link to get windows going too. You will need your own ethernet cable. I ordered an up computer I ordered an up computer , from discount computer, on the wal mart website. It arrived early and very well packaged. Everything was in perfect condition. All connections went well.installed Windows activation code. No problem. All functions work great. Very happy.

The experience was 4out of 5 stars… The experience was 4out of 5 stars because you guys phone answering system sucks. We hold because it says you are 2callers in que then it sends to voicemail after 8 minutes of holding. No matter how many times I call back this happens. Other than that my experience was cool.

I called this company twice I called this company twice. The first call was put on hold for about 30 minutes, then is just disconnected. The second time I called, I held for approximately 30 minutes and finally knew what their drill was and hung up. I finally called Walmart where my call was taken immediately. The kind lady told me she would arrange for a full refund and issue a Shipping label. The shipping label was in my email box before the call was completed. I am surprised Walmart contracts with this company.
