GBSpeedy delivery, top notch quality! I am rating Discount Computers 5 stars! The ordering process was simple and easily navigable, plus they send a receipt right away after you order. My computer arrived right on time & DC provided me with a tracking # and confirmation. The monitor, keyboard, mouse, and computer are like BRAND NEW & there's a handy little manual guide too. They also sent a monitor cable and two power cords. The experience as a first time customer has been so satisfactory, I recommend them to everyone. Just waiting for the internet to be installed so I can get windows up & running but so far so GREAT! They provide a step by step link to get windows going too. You will need your own ethernet cable. Thank you, Discount Computers for the excellent product & top notch service, and I will order again!

GBi bought a desk top that was suppose to… i bought a desk top that was suppose to coome with a 17in montitor and wifi camera and wifi adaptor and got the run around from them now they refuse to awncer their phone or emails and i had to pay for a new screen and still no camera or adaptor this is 3weeks later. i called walmart and they said flat out there was nothing they could do.

GBDo NOT order from this place! It's been going on two weeks since I placed my order and my shipping label was created but my order has yet to be shipped. I have emailed multiple times now and stopped getting responses about 5 days ago. I have asked about a refund process and again no response. I thought I had gotten lucky discovering this site as I needed materials to be able to work from home with everything going on but I feel I have been ripped off. Do NOT order from this place!

GBTHIS IS A TERRIBLY BAD COMPANY. COMPUTER ARRIVED NOT WORKING I bought a computer from Discount Computer. It arrived not working. I have sent 8 emails to resolved this and they still keep asking questions that don't resolve it but prolong their time to give a refund. 4 emails are just asking 4 a return label. 3 more were stupid questions about blinking lights that give a code to the problem. And another one was telling me to unplug the computer and hold the button for 60 seconds. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE COMPANY AND THEY ARE PARTNERING WITH WALMART.

GBNot enough info before payment Not enough info before payment, need to know location, need to know how delivery is being handle, how many days to shipping. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes called early this morning to cancel order I still haven’t spoke with anyone I’m still on hold going on an hour!
