i bought a desk top that was suppose to… i bought a desk top that was suppose to coome with a 17in montitor and wifi camera and wifi adaptor and got the run around from them now they refuse to awncer their phone or emails and i had to pay for a new screen and still no camera or adaptor this is 3weeks later. i called walmart and they said flat out there was nothing they could do.

My computer arrived right on time & DC provided me with a tracking # and confirmation. The monitor, keyboard, mouse, and computer are like BRAND NEW & there's a handy little manual guide too. They also sent a monitor cable and two power cords. The experience as a first time customer has been so satisfactory, I recommend them to everyone. Just waiting for the internet to be installed so I can get windows up & running but so far so GREAT! They provide a step by step link to get windows going too. You will need your own ethernet cable. I'm not sure who the problem is with. I'm not sure who the problem is with. However I ordered a couple computers an got email saying it shipped with a tracking number. The number has been making a label for a week. I understand what's going on with covid 19. Just wish there was more communication
