Speedy delivery, top notch quality! I am rating Discount Computers 5 stars! The ordering process was simple and easily navigable, plus they send a receipt right away after you order. My computer arrived right on time & DC provided me with a tracking # and confirmation. The monitor, keyboard, mouse, and computer are like BRAND NEW & there's a handy little manual guide too. They also sent a monitor cable and two power cords. The experience as a first time customer has been so satisfactory, I recommend them to everyone. Just waiting for the internet to be installed so I can get windows up & running but so far so GREAT! They provide a step by step link to get windows going too. You will need your own ethernet cable. Thank you, Discount Computers for the excellent product & top notch service, and I will order again!

Buyer BEWARE ! The computer arrived nicely wrapped .I spent over 7 hours trying to get it to work ! I got 13 blue screens of death. I reinstalled Windows completely. I got 3 more blue screens !I am DONE wasting time and Walmart will get it back with a strong suggestion they STOP doing business with your company !Since I can't charge you for my valuable time and utter frustration, I will try to prevent you from annoying future customers by spreading the word how absolutely horrible your company operates. There is NO NEED for treating customers this badly by shipping defective computers !

THIS IS A TERRIBLY BAD COMPANY. COMPUTER ARRIVED NOT WORKING I bought a computer from Discount Computer. It arrived not working. I have sent 8 emails to resolved this and they still keep asking questions that don't resolve it but prolong their time to give a refund. 4 emails are just asking 4 a return label. 3 more were stupid questions about blinking lights that give a code to the problem. And another one was telling me to unplug the computer and hold the button for 60 seconds. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE COMPANY AND THEY ARE PARTNERING WITH WALMART.

Ordered through Walmart, Scam Ordered through Walmart. The Discount Computers sent me a different model with missing accessories and no windows 10 Pro key (Possibly Illegal software). Contacted both Walmart and the seller. No response, typical behavior of illegal (scam) business. These problems are happening frequently on Walmart online (shows Walmart involvement). I have now stopped buying from Walmart online.

Terrible customer service! Sorry I can’t give less than one star! Sent NUMEROUS emails regarding a problem with my order and have not received a response. Called customer service line and was on hold over FIFTY (50) minutes before I gave up! Horrible customer service! If you order anything from them, good luck...
