I bought the Dell optiplex 980, am not happy! I bought the Dell optiplex 980 through Walmart, I have spent at least $75.00 on different cables trying to get the damn thing to recognize the tv I'm using for the monitor. After reading the reviews here, I really believe that Walmart should be ashamed to let this company sell this crap through the Walmart.com site, but since they do maybe Walmart should be held responsible as well. Merry Christmas everyone, I hope y'all get these issues taken care of.

Speedy delivery, top notch quality! I am rating Discount Computers 5 stars! The ordering process was simple and easily navigable, plus they send a receipt right away after you order. My computer arrived right on time & DC provided me with a tracking # and confirmation. The monitor, keyboard, mouse, and computer are like BRAND NEW & there's a handy little manual guide too. They also sent a monitor cable and two power cords. The experience as a first time customer has been so satisfactory, I recommend them to everyone. Just waiting for the internet to be installed so I can get windows up & running but so far so GREAT! They provide a step by step link to get windows going too. You will need your own ethernet cable. Buyer BEWARE ! The computer arrived nicely wrapped .I spent over 7 hours trying to get it to work ! I got 13 blue screens of death. I reinstalled Windows completely. I got 3 more blue screens !I am DONE wasting time and Walmart will get it back with a strong suggestion they STOP doing business with your company !Since I can't charge you for my valuable time and utter frustration, I will try to prevent you from annoying future customers by spreading the word how absolutely horrible your company operates. There is NO NEED for treating customers this badly by shipping defective computers !

I ordered an up computer I ordered an up computer , from discount computer, on the wal mart website. It arrived early and very well packaged. Everything was in perfect condition. All connections went well.installed Windows activation code. No problem. All functions work great. Very happy.
