My computer arrived right on time & DC provided me with a tracking # and confirmation. The monitor, keyboard, mouse, and computer are like BRAND NEW & there's a handy little manual guide too. They also sent a monitor cable and two power cords. The experience as a first time customer has been so satisfactory, I recommend them to everyone. Just waiting for the internet to be installed so I can get windows up & running but so far so GREAT! They provide a step by step link to get windows going too. You will need your own ethernet cable. I called this company twice I called this company twice. The first call was put on hold for about 30 minutes, then is just disconnected. The second time I called, I held for approximately 30 minutes and finally knew what their drill was and hung up. I finally called Walmart where my call was taken immediately. The kind lady told me she would arrange for a full refund and issue a Shipping label. The shipping label was in my email box before the call was completed. I am surprised Walmart contracts with this company.

Terrible customer service! Sorry I can’t give less than one star! Sent NUMEROUS emails regarding a problem with my order and have not received a response. Called customer service line and was on hold over FIFTY (50) minutes before I gave up! Horrible customer service! If you order anything from them, good luck...

Ordered through Walmart, Scam Ordered through Walmart. The Discount Computers sent me a different model with missing accessories and no windows 10 Pro key (Possibly Illegal software). Contacted both Walmart and the seller. No response, typical behavior of illegal (scam) business. These problems are happening frequently on Walmart online (shows Walmart involvement). I have now stopped buying from Walmart online.
