GBI ordered an up computer I ordered an up computer , from discount computer, on the wal mart website. It arrived early and very well packaged. Everything was in perfect condition. All connections went well.installed Windows activation code. No problem. All functions work great. Very happy.

GBDo NOT order from this place! It's been going on two weeks since I placed my order and my shipping label was created but my order has yet to be shipped. I have emailed multiple times now and stopped getting responses about 5 days ago. I have asked about a refund process and again no response. I thought I had gotten lucky discovering this site as I needed materials to be able to work from home with everything going on but I feel I have been ripped off. Do NOT order from this place!

GBI bought the Dell optiplex 980, am not happy! I bought the Dell optiplex 980 through Walmart, I have spent at least $75.00 on different cables trying to get the damn thing to recognize the tv I'm using for the monitor. After reading the reviews here, I really believe that Walmart should be ashamed to let this company sell this crap through the Walmart.com site, but since they do maybe Walmart should be held responsible as well. Merry Christmas everyone, I hope y'all get these issues taken care of.

GBLong term buyer of Discount Computer… Long term buyer of Discount Computer with satisfactory history of returns and operation until now. Accepted upgrade Laptop when DC could not fill order but it did not work upon receipt. AFTER MANY EMAILS AND PHONE CONVERSATION RETURN LABEL WAS TO BE PROVIDED, NEVER RECEIVED. tHEY HAVE IGNORED REPEATED INQUIRIES. forced to put stop payment on credit card. They can't be trusted anymore.

GBThe computer was ordered through…walmart.com The computer was ordered through walmart.com. It arrived with a faulty video card. It went out intermittently each week but was useable because we did not understand it was an issue with the computer and thought it was the monitor. After replacing the monitor at our own cost, the computer continued to not work. We contacted the company for a replacement or refund and they absolutely refuse to repair, replace, or refund our computer.
