I ordered an up computer I ordered an up computer , from discount computer, on the wal mart website. It arrived early and very well packaged. Everything was in perfect condition. All connections went well.installed Windows activation code. No problem. All functions work great. Very happy.

Speedy delivery, top notch quality! I am rating Discount Computers 5 stars! The ordering process was simple and easily navigable, plus they send a receipt right away after you order. My computer arrived right on time & DC provided me with a tracking # and confirmation. The monitor, keyboard, mouse, and computer are like BRAND NEW & there's a handy little manual guide too. They also sent a monitor cable and two power cords. The experience as a first time customer has been so satisfactory, I recommend them to everyone. Just waiting for the internet to be installed so I can get windows up & running but so far so GREAT! They provide a step by step link to get windows going too. You will need your own ethernet cable. No return calls as stated in message while on hold When calling in to get information on computer I was interested in, was placed on hold then told that some one would call me back. Several times this happened and still have never received a call. I did order on line, received yesterday in the evening. Left a message about computer monitors one is bad. And there has still been no reply back.

The computer was ordered through…walmart.com The computer was ordered through walmart.com. It arrived with a faulty video card. It went out intermittently each week but was useable because we did not understand it was an issue with the computer and thought it was the monitor. After replacing the monitor at our own cost, the computer continued to not work. We contacted the company for a replacement or refund and they absolutely refuse to repair, replace, or refund our computer.

We hold because it says you are 2callers in que then it sends to voicemail after 8 minutes of holding. No matter how many times I call back this happens. Other than that my experience was cool.
