My computer arrived right on time & DC provided me with a tracking # and confirmation. The monitor, keyboard, mouse, and computer are like BRAND NEW & there's a handy little manual guide too. They also sent a monitor cable and two power cords. The experience as a first time customer has been so satisfactory, I recommend them to everyone. Just waiting for the internet to be installed so I can get windows up & running but so far so GREAT! They provide a step by step link to get windows going too. You will need your own ethernet cable. Ordered a computer and never received it!! I ordered a computer from them and received a shipping notification. The computer was never shipped and I sent 4 emails and left multiple voicemails (you can't get anyone on the phone) and they never responded. It has been 3 weeks since my order and no product or response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I disputed the charge and moving on but WOW this company is obviously overseas and is completely unethical.

We hold because it says you are 2callers in que then it sends to voicemail after 8 minutes of holding. No matter how many times I call back this happens. Other than that my experience was cool.

No return calls as stated in message while on hold When calling in to get information on computer I was interested in, was placed on hold then told that some one would call me back. Several times this happened and still have never received a call. I did order on line, received yesterday in the evening. Left a message about computer monitors one is bad. And there has still been no reply back.
