GBi bought a desk top that was suppose to… i bought a desk top that was suppose to coome with a 17in montitor and wifi camera and wifi adaptor and got the run around from them now they refuse to awncer their phone or emails and i had to pay for a new screen and still no camera or adaptor this is 3weeks later. i called walmart and they said flat out there was nothing they could do.

GBOrdered a computer and never received it!! I ordered a computer from them and received a shipping notification. The computer was never shipped and I sent 4 emails and left multiple voicemails (you can't get anyone on the phone) and they never responded. It has been 3 weeks since my order and no product or response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I disputed the charge and moving on but WOW this company is obviously overseas and is completely unethical.

GBSpeedy delivery, top notch quality! I am rating Discount Computers 5 stars! The ordering process was simple and easily navigable, plus they send a receipt right away after you order. My computer arrived right on time & DC provided me with a tracking # and confirmation. The monitor, keyboard, mouse, and computer are like BRAND NEW & there's a handy little manual guide too. They also sent a monitor cable and two power cords. The experience as a first time customer has been so satisfactory, I recommend them to everyone. Just waiting for the internet to be installed so I can get windows up & running but so far so GREAT! They provide a step by step link to get windows going too. You will need your own ethernet cable. Thank you, Discount Computers for the excellent product & top notch service, and I will order again!

RIPPED OF CUSTOMER
GBTHIS IS A TERRIBLY BAD COMPANY. COMPUTER ARRIVED NOT WORKING I bought a computer from Discount Computer. It arrived not working. I have sent 8 emails to resolved this and they still keep asking questions that don't resolve it but prolong their time to give a refund. 4 emails are just asking 4 a return label. 3 more were stupid questions about blinking lights that give a code to the problem. And another one was telling me to unplug the computer and hold the button for 60 seconds. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE COMPANY AND THEY ARE PARTNERING WITH WALMART.

GBI called this company twice I called this company twice. The first call was put on hold for about 30 minutes, then is just disconnected. The second time I called, I held for approximately 30 minutes and finally knew what their drill was and hung up. I finally called Walmart where my call was taken immediately. The kind lady told me she would arrange for a full refund and issue a Shipping label. The shipping label was in my email box before the call was completed. I am surprised Walmart contracts with this company.
