My computer arrived right on time & DC provided me with a tracking # and confirmation. The monitor, keyboard, mouse, and computer are like BRAND NEW & there's a handy little manual guide too. They also sent a monitor cable and two power cords. The experience as a first time customer has been so satisfactory, I recommend them to everyone. Just waiting for the internet to be installed so I can get windows up & running but so far so GREAT! They provide a step by step link to get windows going too. You will need your own ethernet cable. Accepted upgrade Laptop when DC could not fill order but it did not work upon receipt. AFTER MANY EMAILS AND PHONE CONVERSATION RETURN LABEL WAS TO BE PROVIDED, NEVER RECEIVED. tHEY HAVE IGNORED REPEATED INQUIRIES. forced to put stop payment on credit card. They can't be trusted anymore.

Caution Caution: This company uses bait-and-switch tactics. The received computer doesn't match the order—1TB instead of 2TB storage, 8GB instead of 16GB RAM, and an i5 instead of the promised i7. Ordered Windows 11 Pro, got Home. They bank on buyers not checking specs. Refund requested on arrival

We hold because it says you are 2callers in que then it sends to voicemail after 8 minutes of holding. No matter how many times I call back this happens. Other than that my experience was cool.
