I'm not sure who the problem is with. I'm not sure who the problem is with. However I ordered a couple computers an got email saying it shipped with a tracking number. The number has been making a label for a week. I understand what's going on with covid 19. Just wish there was more communication

No return calls as stated in message while on hold When calling in to get information on computer I was interested in, was placed on hold then told that some one would call me back. Several times this happened and still have never received a call. I did order on line, received yesterday in the evening. Left a message about computer monitors one is bad. And there has still been no reply back.

My computer arrived right on time & DC provided me with a tracking # and confirmation. The monitor, keyboard, mouse, and computer are like BRAND NEW & there's a handy little manual guide too. They also sent a monitor cable and two power cords. The experience as a first time customer has been so satisfactory, I recommend them to everyone. Just waiting for the internet to be installed so I can get windows up & running but so far so GREAT! They provide a step by step link to get windows going too. You will need your own ethernet cable. Ordered through Walmart, Scam Ordered through Walmart. The Discount Computers sent me a different model with missing accessories and no windows 10 Pro key (Possibly Illegal software). Contacted both Walmart and the seller. No response, typical behavior of illegal (scam) business. These problems are happening frequently on Walmart online (shows Walmart involvement). I have now stopped buying from Walmart online.
