Do NOT order from this place! It's been going on two weeks since I placed my order and my shipping label was created but my order has yet to be shipped. I have emailed multiple times now and stopped getting responses about 5 days ago. I have asked about a refund process and again no response. I thought I had gotten lucky discovering this site as I needed materials to be able to work from home with everything going on but I feel I have been ripped off. Do NOT order from this place!

I called this company twice I called this company twice. The first call was put on hold for about 30 minutes, then is just disconnected. The second time I called, I held for approximately 30 minutes and finally knew what their drill was and hung up. I finally called Walmart where my call was taken immediately. The kind lady told me she would arrange for a full refund and issue a Shipping label. The shipping label was in my email box before the call was completed. I am surprised Walmart contracts with this company.

THIS IS A TERRIBLY BAD COMPANY. COMPUTER ARRIVED NOT WORKING I bought a computer from Discount Computer. It arrived not working. I have sent 8 emails to resolved this and they still keep asking questions that don't resolve it but prolong their time to give a refund. 4 emails are just asking 4 a return label. 3 more were stupid questions about blinking lights that give a code to the problem. And another one was telling me to unplug the computer and hold the button for 60 seconds. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE COMPANY AND THEY ARE PARTNERING WITH WALMART.

Ordered through Walmart, Scam Ordered through Walmart. The Discount Computers sent me a different model with missing accessories and no windows 10 Pro key (Possibly Illegal software). Contacted both Walmart and the seller. No response, typical behavior of illegal (scam) business. These problems are happening frequently on Walmart online (shows Walmart involvement). I have now stopped buying from Walmart online.

Buyer BEWARE ! The computer arrived nicely wrapped .I spent over 7 hours trying to get it to work ! I got 13 blue screens of death. I reinstalled Windows completely. I got 3 more blue screens !I am DONE wasting time and Walmart will get it back with a strong suggestion they STOP doing business with your company !Since I can't charge you for my valuable time and utter frustration, I will try to prevent you from annoying future customers by spreading the word how absolutely horrible your company operates. There is NO NEED for treating customers this badly by shipping defective computers !
