GBTerrible customer service! Sorry I can’t give less than one star! Sent NUMEROUS emails regarding a problem with my order and have not received a response. Called customer service line and was on hold over FIFTY (50) minutes before I gave up! Horrible customer service! If you order anything from them, good luck...

GBSWINDLERS SWINDLERS, SCAMMERS , CROOKS! They use Walmart.com and Microsoft Windows as platforms to cheat people out of money selling obsolete ,defunct products cheating people out of money we don't have. If I could've afforded to by of Brand New PC I would of done so.. I'm going to take legal action against them and their many other fake businesses they operate selling defunct PCs claiming to have WINDOWs 10pr..ya I've done some research on Discount Computer ... hopefully taking action will prevent from being cheated out of their money!

GBThe experience was 4out of 5 stars… The experience was 4out of 5 stars because you guys phone answering system sucks. We hold because it says you are 2callers in que then it sends to voicemail after 8 minutes of holding. No matter how many times I call back this happens. Other than that my experience was cool.

GBDo NOT order from this place! It's been going on two weeks since I placed my order and my shipping label was created but my order has yet to be shipped. I have emailed multiple times now and stopped getting responses about 5 days ago. I have asked about a refund process and again no response. I thought I had gotten lucky discovering this site as I needed materials to be able to work from home with everything going on but I feel I have been ripped off. Do NOT order from this place!

GBThe computer was ordered through…walmart.com The computer was ordered through walmart.com. It arrived with a faulty video card. It went out intermittently each week but was useable because we did not understand it was an issue with the computer and thought it was the monitor. After replacing the monitor at our own cost, the computer continued to not work. We contacted the company for a replacement or refund and they absolutely refuse to repair, replace, or refund our computer.
