Do NOT order from this place! It's been going on two weeks since I placed my order and my shipping label was created but my order has yet to be shipped. I have emailed multiple times now and stopped getting responses about 5 days ago. I have asked about a refund process and again no response. I thought I had gotten lucky discovering this site as I needed materials to be able to work from home with everything going on but I feel I have been ripped off. Do NOT order from this place!

The experience was 4out of 5 stars… The experience was 4out of 5 stars because you guys phone answering system sucks. We hold because it says you are 2callers in que then it sends to voicemail after 8 minutes of holding. No matter how many times I call back this happens. Other than that my experience was cool.

Buyer BEWARE ! The computer arrived nicely wrapped .I spent over 7 hours trying to get it to work ! I got 13 blue screens of death. I reinstalled Windows completely. I got 3 more blue screens !I am DONE wasting time and Walmart will get it back with a strong suggestion they STOP doing business with your company !Since I can't charge you for my valuable time and utter frustration, I will try to prevent you from annoying future customers by spreading the word how absolutely horrible your company operates. There is NO NEED for treating customers this badly by shipping defective computers !

SWINDLERS SWINDLERS, SCAMMERS , CROOKS! They use Walmart.com and Microsoft Windows as platforms to cheat people out of money selling obsolete ,defunct products cheating people out of money we don't have. If I could've afforded to by of Brand New PC I would of done so.. I'm going to take legal action against them and their many other fake businesses they operate selling defunct PCs claiming to have WINDOWs 10pr..ya I've done some research on Discount Computer ... hopefully taking action will prevent from being cheated out of their money!

Speedy delivery, top notch quality! I am rating Discount Computers 5 stars! The ordering process was simple and easily navigable, plus they send a receipt right away after you order. My computer arrived right on time & DC provided me with a tracking # and confirmation. The monitor, keyboard, mouse, and computer are like BRAND NEW & there's a handy little manual guide too. They also sent a monitor cable and two power cords. The experience as a first time customer has been so satisfactory, I recommend them to everyone. Just waiting for the internet to be installed so I can get windows up & running but so far so GREAT! They provide a step by step link to get windows going too. You will need your own ethernet cable. Thank you, Discount Computers for the excellent product & top notch service, and I will order again!
