
RIPPED OF CUSTOMER
GBTHIS IS A TERRIBLY BAD COMPANY. COMPUTER ARRIVED NOT WORKING I bought a computer from Discount Computer. It arrived not working. I have sent 8 emails to resolved this and they still keep asking questions that don't resolve it but prolong their time to give a refund. 4 emails are just asking 4 a return label. 3 more were stupid questions about blinking lights that give a code to the problem. And another one was telling me to unplug the computer and hold the button for 60 seconds. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE COMPANY AND THEY ARE PARTNERING WITH WALMART.

GBNo return calls as stated in message while on hold When calling in to get information on computer I was interested in, was placed on hold then told that some one would call me back. Several times this happened and still have never received a call. I did order on line, received yesterday in the evening. Left a message about computer monitors one is bad. And there has still been no reply back.

GBTerrible customer service! Sorry I can’t give less than one star! Sent NUMEROUS emails regarding a problem with my order and have not received a response. Called customer service line and was on hold over FIFTY (50) minutes before I gave up! Horrible customer service! If you order anything from them, good luck...

GBI'm not sure who the problem is with. I'm not sure who the problem is with. However I ordered a couple computers an got email saying it shipped with a tracking number. The number has been making a label for a week. I understand what's going on with covid 19. Just wish there was more communication
