When he reached out, they gave him a full refund and responded in the same day, even though the mistake was all on him. Such a lovely service with great customer service!! Highly recommend!!!

What can I say What can I say? the support is one of the worst I've ever seen maybe the FUNCOM is much worse. If you tell the true on the steam forum you just got a BAN even if what you said did not violated the rules of the forum.
