GBPCCLEANER ARE A SCAM Bought a PC Cleaner for 12 months, Required to spend even more money to activate PCCleaner. AVOID AS THIS COMPANY DO NOT PROVIDE ANYTHING FOR YOUR INITIAL PAYMENT OTHER THAN A REQUIREMENT TO SPEND EVEN MORE ON A MONTHLY BASIS.

GBUseless Total PC Cleaner upgrade purchase I bought the upgrade to Total PC Cleaner from Microsoft Shop. I could not find the download file I had paid for. It has not upgraded the product free version which is not very good. I cannot contact support except through MS Outlook which I do not use. A shocking waste of money

SIUseless!!! I bought a license key, but every month I get a notification, that my license has expired. I contacted them numerous times, and they gave me a new key, that may work for two months, then the story repeats. It is annoying and don't bother investing a cent, as there are more troubles than benefits!!!

GBDO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE! DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE!! When I recently purchased PC Cleaner 1 year service, I was offered a special offer for lifetime upgrade to PC Cleaner Pro. I was charged for both the 1 year service and the Lifetime service which amounted to almost $200. When I installed it, I started having interruptions in my internet service so I ran a virus/malware scan (eset virus software). Turns out PC Cleaner has malware and the eset virus scanner actually deleted PC Cleaner (this occurred on all 4 computers in my house) . When I tried to contact PC Cleaner about the overcharges, they didn't reply and when I emailed them about the malware issue, they scoffed at me and said impossible.

AUPoor Product or is it Poor Service I recently purchased and downloaded a 5 licence copy of this application. The product, seemingly, worked well on the first PC; however, the product (scan) seizes whilst it attempts to undertake a scan of the Com/ActiveX Files. It will not pass approximately 80% of the scan within the Com/ActiveX file registry and seizes completely. Unfortunately, the level of support that I've attempted to enlist has failed. When I ring the Sydney (Australia) nominated support number, I am constantly greeted with a message that the call centre is closed and to call back between XX and YY Hours Eastern Standard Time. It is never answered so I have a product that fails to meet my expectations and requirements. I am at a loss in terms of seeking to achieve a beneficial outcome.
