THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I wish I could give negative stars. Ordered a subpar wallet that arrived 4 weeks late well after Christmas after sitting in China for weeks. I tried to cancel the order the week before Christmas to no avail. I asked to return the worthless wallet since I no longer needed it for a Christmas gift after Christmas. Was told because I used a 10% discount code, I could not get a refund because I did not pay full price. Vard M then offered half refund in an email to me in January 2023 which I have never seen. Emailed every month since and get told thank you for your patience. Your refund is being processed. IT HAS NEVER BEEN PROCESSED to date. Run away as far as you can from this company.

I did Not receive the wallet I ordered for my husband, now you messed up his birthday gift. Ridiculous company, be aware and don’t order from them, very irresponsible and not communicative at all. NEED MY MONEY BACK

Be Very Careful with Swisst - I don't trust them I placed an order on 8th April for a wallet which has not arrived. I have been provided with a tracking number - which doesn't work; I have used web chat - no replies except for once; I have emailed asking for information - no response; I have asked for the order to be cancelled and the purchase price to be refunded - no response

I got the wallets in good condition I got the wallets in good condition. They are really genuine as it was described. This really made me happy, thank you guys. Highly recommended 👍
