The wallet arrived very late for Christmas- I tried to return it for a refund but when ordering I was sent a 10% discount code which I used only to be told when I tried to return that they only refund full price items. In the end they offered a 50% refund which i accepted- this has never arrived and my emails are ignored.

Update i Got it after 3 and a half week Wrong colour 😳 I dont have strengt to spend more time on this

Terrible customer service and no delivery I've ordered an Apple Watch band from this site on the 22nd of May they have never dispatched the item casually rarely respond to my repeated emails asking for an update and now three weeks later I have still not received a dispatch notice. It seems like a scam site that just wants to get your money using flashy instagram ads and get you to purchase but never deliver. BE CAREFUL AND AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Absolutely pathetic product and even… Absolutely pathetic product and even worse customer service. Order number SW35411 - One product was canceled and was promised an immediate refund but never received the same even after 4 months. The other one was delivered but did not come with the airtag and was promised a 50% refund on it. Despite over 60 emails and promises to refund back the amount, none of it has been actioned.
