GBThere cases are okay but too expensive… There cases are okay but too expensive for the money and on top of that their customer service is worst in the world. I ordered products for iPhone XS but received it for iPhone XS Plus. After multiple emails and creating request on their site, I received no response. I wasted my $45, you can save yours.

GBDoes. Not. Honor. Warranty. The product is pretty decent. I’ve purchased the edge (corners) and the bumper (just a metal edge around the phone, open front and back.). The edge never really stuck, I waited for 6 months to put them on, so I assumed I was in the wrong and had waited too long. After ordering the bumper, I received TERRIBLE customer service and got the case nearly a month later. After 2 more months, it’s falling apart. They sent me back a determination that it was due to normal wear and tear. After telling them that normal wear and tear does not void their warranty, the same pictures I sent them apparently NOW show damage. They don’t answer phones, the take days to respond. I was reticent to purchase the bumper, but it’s pretty. So I succumbed to the aesthetic. My mistake. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. There’s a reason why they used to be called bumpies and had to change their name. They had to dissociate themselves from their old ways. But they don’t seem to be doing too well at that either.
