THrecharge mobile service not reliable attempted recharging my viettel mobile number on a number of occasions. Each time rejected 'due to security' - debit card address mismatch. I'm using UK bank debit card which I've used many times, entering the same address and not encountered any issues with other retailers. Also just tried paypal and it's the same story. stay well clear.

GBSome times my calling to Vietnam hang up while we are talking, the voice some time mess up , we need better voice... Try to improve the better voice.
